At Plymouth Indiana CVS. This parking lot needs redone. People nearly backing up into other cars. the spaces are not thought out better for parking and getting through the drive up window safely.

The pharmacy staff have always went as they say, above and beyond. No matter what I need, or want or ask about the staff will always take the time too ensure I’m happy when I leave. They provide answers and guidance on new medications, and help find OTC products that can be cheaper and just as good as name brand products. I won’t mention the other neighborhood pharmacies I have utilized, but CVS is overwhelmingly the BEST

Service was polite even though they could have called to say there will be a 2-3 day delay in providing the item to fill the script written by the doctor.uThis store is the only one available to local people without having to drive to another town 25 miles away. So convenience is a plus.Usually have items on shelves comparable to a brand purchased elsewhere.

Never had any issues with this CVS pharmacy. I have seen them swamped with people before and seemed to do a good job handling it. I have not seen the rudness but I have seen the hohumness of the people working here but I have seen them interact with people and I can't say it was negative. I have no problem going there and they were helpful to me.

Because of their distributor issues, They've not had my pain meds in 3 mths. Forcing me to have to change pharmacies. Maybe if they went thru their regular people and counted what's needed they'd at least save what they get in for the reg customers.

I was thrown here when they bought out People’s. Inside, staff is so friendly! No complaints, not encountered anyone rude. However drive-thru RX is all I can do with my schedule and two kids and it takes FOREVER. I’ve spent 30 minutes in line at times. Currently sat in line for 25 and there were only 5 cars total. It seems like they are filling RX while people wait or something, they need to make this faster then they’d get 5!

Some people are very rude and don't care about you and have all excuses why your prescription aren't ready when they are on auto refill and now they are 2 day's behind. The last couple of years the pharmacy's have gone down hill. All of them!!

Great location. Friendly staff. It was hard to tell if they were open at 830 pm. The lighting isn't great in the parking lot and it was empty. I had to Google to check the store hours.

ALL of the ppl in the pharmacy are very helpful,given that they are constantly busy.They are very helpful & nice! I've not once had a problem talking to anyone! Hence the 5 stars!! They're #☝️in my book!!! 😀

RUDE!!! I don't know if the tech I talked to was having a bad day or what.. I feel like a total punching bag after our chat about my daughter's emergency medicine that they don't carry on hand cuz it's too expensive lol 😅 I really dislike this place

They are rude, they dont explain anything, and they don't tell you when you run out of refills until it's too late. I get sick when I don't have my meds and they don't care.
