Went to the store with every intention on purchasing a much needed new iPhone tonight, we arrived to the store at 7:45pm....store closes at 8pm....Unpack my 1 yr old and what do you know the door was already locked, sign showing closed and no one in sight. Well, other than what I could assume was the workers two vehicles parked directly out of the front doors WITH people in them. Not a word was exchanged which seemed rather rude since it was obvious we were planning on coming in and had a baby to take in and out of the car. Skipping out of work early = no sales commission on a $800+ phone 🤷🏼‍♀️I’ll try another location in the future.

Was just there. They were so helpful and nice. They were polite, very quick and easy to get done what needed to be done. I would recommend Cricket to everyone.. Amazing company to have service through. Great service provider, always understanding and will walk you through anything you are not for sure of. Been with them for almost 4 years. Everywhere i go, i have service unlike some companies where you have service here but not down the road. And the prices are great too. Friendly customer service.

The guy that helped us was nice. Although he was sloppy, pet hair all over his clothes, untucked shirt, messy hair. He spoke way to fast and he had to repeat himself many times for us to understand him... also they have no chairs for customers. When I asked for one (mind you we were setting up a new plan and buying a new phone so I was a long process and my grandmother is 70+ years old..) I was told they are all broken. This place is unprofessional and sloppy. It's like a generic rundown version of ATT. (I guess that's the point) My tip to this place is put some effort and pride into your work ethic. Also, get some chairs!

I was not there yesterday . I was there today as i had a issue. On my prepaidLG Of multimedia. With my daughterRyan n. Dille and 4 other people..I am not technology smart and had no idea how this happened or how to fix it to stop . cricket dealer. Here in Plymouth took care of the situationThe 2 two guys working both worked on my phone and guy i am guessingManager fixed the multi mediaProblem . there great.. The same young boy was there again today.He has assisted me about 5 times since moving to Plymouth December 12. I appreciate his. Help alot
