This was an exceptional Walmart experience. Far better than most I've had. I was particularly thrilled to see the large amount of open checkout lanes with real human cashiers. This made getting rung up and and on my way a cinch.Store was always well laid out, appeared neat and organized.Plenty of good parking. My large RV had no issue easily getting in and out.

Mo cashiers, only one person at the self checks that could help. Clearance prices coming up wrong. Most of my trips to Walmart are pretty smooth, but not today.

This store is horrible and has been for quite some time now. I keep going back thinking it will get better and it continues to get worse. Not that anyone cares but I won't go back there again. I would rather pay more elsewhere than deal with that madhouse ever again ! Boxes and pallets are literally everywhere, blocking aisles and almost tripping you at every turn. Nothing is stocked or where it should be. It's dirty and the employees are just standing around and gossiping most the time. You can't ask where anything is because several times I've heard employees tell customers "uh, I don't know" and that's it. They don't try to help or find someone who can. I'm sure there are a few decent workers there but they are definitely being overshadowed by the lazy ones. I don't like to leave bad reviews but after several horrible experiences back to back I wanted to. I really wish they could get it together but I bet they won't because I'm sure we should just be thankful they showed up... to do nothing. This store is seriously a disaster. I'm convinced anyone saying otherwise is an employee trying to up their review rating. This review is based off several trips not just one and the photos are how the store constantly looks not just one bad day, it's always a mess in there !

Every time I come here and ask for help it seems like the kids working there all have attitudes whenever you ask them something. Customer service is truly dead with that generation. I have come across a few that were super nice but at no point should a customer get attitude when they are asking for help.

3 days later, and I still haven't been credited for the 3 lbs of ground beef they said they were out of. My order had already been pushed out an extra day because they were "behind." When I called support I was told they didn't even have very many orders to pick that evening and that they closed grocery pickup at 8. My order said to pick up between 9 and 10, and I didn't even receive the notification that it was delayed until after 9 pm. So, all my funds were on "hold" which gave me no ability to shop elsewhere and a refund would take 10 business days to credit.When I noticed the 3 lb roll of ground beef was marked as "out", I went in the store myself to see plenty as well as 1 lb rolls that were approved as a substitute. I called support and told them that it was that item I needed for everything else I purchased. She told me she'd have the store repick it. Before going to finally pick it up, I called Walmart 1 more time to be sure, and was greeted by an extremely unprofessional gentleman that stated no one called, and that nothing could be done because the order was closed out now that picking was complete. I let him know that I'd requested they go get the item that was clearly in stock, not once, but twice before it was "completed" because I didn't want to go without the 1 thing i needed most, nor wait for them to credit me in 10 days. He rudly kept mouthing off and stating he would do nothing because it had been refunded and CLOSED! I'm done with WalTrash!! Good riddance!!

Low quality customer service.I was trying to find a specific item and drove to the closest store that said it was in stock. When I got to the store, I went to the personal care department, and it wasn't on the shelf.I found one employee, and she acted like she didn't want to help me- yet alone talk to me. I found two other staff members, and one was kind enough to help me find someone that works in the area. I didn't catch her name but thank you to the middle-aged women that helped.Whenever I spoke with her about the item, she walked over to the shelf and said, "No, we don't have that. I just did this." then sped off to continue her work. I could be wrong, but she didn't even check her device to see if there was any in the overstock.If the item is out of stock completely in the store and "she just did this.", how come when I checked out the item still says it's available? ..... Genuine question- Does it take a while to refresh and say an item is out of stock online or did the employee simply not check the device to see if there was anything in stock?At this point, it's not even about the item I was trying to find. My tiff is the physical 'I-don't-want-to-help-you' attitudes present and the poor deliverance of the statements that were given during the conversation. Literally half of the employees a customer encounters shouldn't be rude.

I checked out and went to the lottery machine when I was approached by an employee asking to see my receipt as I’m purchasing lottery. I had not reached the door and my items were in bags. I gave him the receipt standing in the middle of the store as people were watching him come up to me and asked me for this receipt back to me. Have a good day. I asked why did you want the receipt? He proceeded to say is procedure. I said I’m still purchasing items. I’m nowhere near the doors so why would you come up to me and ask me for a receipt to try and embarrass me in front of people and make it look like I was stealing. He proceeded to say we ask everybody for a receipt, but five people had walked by and went out the door and nobody stopped them and they had stuff that was not in bags This is the most unacceptable behavior from these Walmart employees who think that they have a high stand to where they can insult and try to humiliate customers especially customers that spend so much money, and they are treated less than . My neighbors have also had these types of issues going to this Walmart so we are all coming together to start a different trend of not attending Walmart. Until Walmart fixes this issue, I have 300 people that will no longer purchase from Walmart

Stopped in just to be able to quickly change my child’s diaper. Changing table in women’s restroom is broken and not steady enough to safely change a child’s diaper.

I shop this location weekly but I have had enough of the rude employees, especially the pickers for online shopping. It seems like they are told to be rude, they will basically run you over. Yesterday my daughter and I were shopping, heading to the back on the east side of the grocery and there was this young girl with her cart heading towards us, she looked directly at me and all of the sudden cut us off to go down an isle. No sorry, or excuse me as she did it on purpose. I yelled "really, excuse you and that it was rude to cut someone off". This is not the first time that something like this has happened. I have heard many complaints about the pickers at this location. What happened to manners?? I will say that there are couple of gentlemen that are so polite, they move their carts to the side instead of the middle of the isle. They even speak to shoppers and tell them to have a nice day. I understand that they have a job to do, but they do not have to be rude. Maybe the manager needs to visit the Avon and Brownsburg store as it seems like the employees are very courteous as it should be. Sorry for the long rant but what if I had a baby or child in the cart as we literally almost collided!!! Please change how you train these employees to be a little more courteous while out on the floor!!!

If you ever think about working here, don't. They will unfairly fire you, make up accusations and claim that they saw it on cameras but will refuse to show it. Also, I have learned that one of my friends committed suicide two days after being wrongly accused of theft and fired. They WILL break you and screw your mental health over.

This was a horrible experience until the very end. I attempted my first time with pick up ordering. I sat 30 minutes after I was sent the message that my items were all ready and I had checked in. I was there 15 minutes early and someone pulled up after me and left before me. Then, I got home and I had been given a wrong item. I called the store and was told for refunds I had to “ call the 1-800 number”. Which I wasn’t even sure what the number was. So I tried to explain I didn’t want a refund, just the correct items. She again said call the number. I then drove to the store, waited in line for customer service another 20 minutes while the young girl doing the desk alone, was setting in a chair eating a fruit roll up, with no hands, while speaking to customers. (When did we lose this much professional expectation?). With a not so pleasant attitude she eventually looks at me and doesn’t say anything. I said my hello, stated my issue, she picked up the phone and pages for someone in the department, put the phone down, and said (while point) can you step aside so I can get the next person. I did, I waited, she over again. Someone came full force walking up, hollered out they were busy and only one of them. I said hello, stated I just waited 30 minutes to get my order and it was picked wrong, can I get just a few minutes to make this right. He looked at my issue, took off to the isles, came back, explained the mix up, put my items in the bag and then I said thank you and talked with him as we walked out about someone needing a job. He was in a much better mood then. Unfortunately, I will most likely not go back to this location again and definitely will not order ahead from here again. I will order Kroger or Amazon first.

As an employee, Walmart ain't a bad place to work. Now it does have its challenges, work is overwhelming at times, due to not having enough employees. However they could fix it by hiring more. But I've had that complaint for years. But we are paid well, above minimum wages, so I dont complain to much. This store in particular though is one of the better ones, its clean for the most part, employees will help you out, and will do their best to get you what you need. I know I've helped plenty of people when shoppers could at night before covid. So if you need dinner and say a table to put it on and fix your car too. Walmart got it for the most part. Heck I even shop here for when I need food.

Alex at the customer service desk is combative and unprofessional. Walmart money center is only open for certain hours. During the hours they are closed, they have a sign referring you to the customer service desk. I needed to cash a check for my daughter so off I went. Alex proceeded to tell me that I was wrong in a very curt manner. I asked for a manager. While I waited, he proceeded to mumble under his breath to his coworker. The Manager, Arya, showed up. I explained my issue and showed him the sign. He tried to incorrect me. Until he realized what he was saying didn't make sense. Then, he let me know that it was a matter of some sort of point system. They wouldn't cash my child's check because it would look bad on them. Good to know.

I Go To Different Locations, Because They All Seem To Have Something Different At Each Store.These Pics Are Just Some Of The Examples Of The Different Types Of Craft Goods They Carry, I Have Made All My Projects From There Stock,, They Have All My Sewing Needs,( Except I Didn't Get My Sewing Machine There) IDK Where My Boyfriend Ordered It From...But,I Imagine They Have Great Seeing Machines Also..

Do not get in line if Debby is your cashier. She left our line, on Black Friday, for 30 minutes to assist another line. This is the second time I've had Debby cash me out, and the second time she's left her register unattended. Never again. Get rid of her

I had a good experience I found everything easily even though they rearranged the the store on me parking was pretty easy this time compared to when they're busy and check out was easy and fast and all the employees were extremely helpful and friendly

One star because I hate how no one is ever available to help at check out, and they act like you're stealing even though you have a receipt and they eagle eyed you the whole time you scanned your items yourself because they barely have any regular check outs open. I'm tired of how they treat the or customers and employees alike.

Had to take a power wheel back that I had bought for customer service was very disrespectful rude got towed at the store for bringing something back because I use profanity I had to call the police I am going to talk to a lawyer and take this to small claims court damn people needs to be fired right along with Barney Fife and police officers they don't have to never worry about me going back over there again I don't deal with them type of people we're going to see what's going to happen when I go to this lawyer and take this stuff to court we going to see how funny they think it is and they say they can't get in trouble who you going to tell it to so we're going to see what's going to happen because I've already been on phones making reports and Colin turning them in will not let no one disrespect and talk to me like that because I had to bring something back you rude and you dirty

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. At 9:15 p my son and I are standing in the electronics depth. Iasked one of the hard to find Walmart associates to unlock an Xbox controller so we could buy it. He told me he can't because they're closing.....the store website says they're open until 11p. Long story short......we went to Meijer, the customer service was great, the price was lower, and we didn't have to wait forever to checkout .

Great Customer Service! Awesome pizza and breadsticks! Casual clothing and if you want a beer with your dinner I believe it's available maybe wine. I don't drink but think I seen some beer! Nice quaint family friendly place by the lake!

They had what we needed and went there for, prices were reasonable. Checkout was a bit of a mess. Long lines at both self checkouts, shorter lines at traditional checkout, but those basically didn't move. So... Maybe what you expect from Walmart? Maybe hit Target, Kroger, even Walmart neighborhood market if you can? That said it was Friday evening which I suspect is a busy time.
