The Pharmacy.... Sheesh! The other reviews are correct. They're hardly open, and I'm pretty sure because of staffing difficulties, but the company needs to cough up some money to hire and retain more people! The only reason this review is more than 1⭐ is because the staff is very courteous and helpful as much as they can be.

I wish I could give a zero star review. They are rarely open and if you have a job at all you can't get there in time. Then they cancel your scripts. I will be moving to another pharmacy that actually wants to work and stay in business. I honestly hope this place gets shut down. They are barely more than a convenience store. And not a good one at that.

The pharmacy closes without notice at random times. I've showed up several times only to find it's going to be closed for days. Today was just the same.

Very disappointed. This Walgreens has been our only pharmacy for over 20 years. It’s changing today. Finding the pharmacy actually open is almost a miracle. I’ve witnessed them closing the gates in the middle of the day leaving customers high and dry who need their medication. This last Saturday morning I received an email stating my two prescriptions were ready for pick up and that the pharmacy opens at 10. I arrived at 10:25 to find a sign in the window that the pharmacy was going to be closed for Saturday and Sunday leaving me without my medication until Monday. Monday I arrive at 12:30 and there are 6 cars ahead of me. After waiting for 25 minutes and only getting through two cars, I leave and decide to come back later only to see another sign in the window that they’re closed for lunch. This is getting out of hand and I’m moving on.

The last several times I've attempted to get a prescription filled here, I had to call multiple times and beg them to fill them. Just about every time I would call, I would get the same woman that would ALWAYS say it would be about 15 minutes. I would ALWAYS have to call back and explain that this woman said it would be ready in 15 minutes only to find out that no one even touched it.If I didn't call, my prescriptions would go days without getting filled. I finally switched to the Meijer pharmacy. I have been getting my prescriptions from here for years, and I gave them multiple tries, but after having this happen about 6-7 consecutive times, with their awful customer service and their lack of urgency to do their jobs, I won't be coming back.

Came to get my COVID vaccine had a appointment scheduled for 7:20pm. Was waiting and finally asked Tanesha a worker is this where we get our COVID vaccine? She was like pharmacy is closed. I told we have a appointment scheduled and she was like what do you want me to do about that or how can I give you a intelligent answer. Tanesha is very rude. The pharmacist came out and said those appointment are set from corporate and we can’t do anything about that. You can come a different day and we can give you the vaccine. Make sure you don’t get appointment after 6pm because they will be closed.

Find some place else for your pharmacy needs. It's been over 6 months & different answers from every different person. Prescriptions are sent over, they'll tell you to call the day before to make sure they have it in stock. Then, the day its supposed to be ready, they'll keep telling you 15 mins. I chose to drive from Greencastle, there's no Walgreens there, but then you have to plan a whole day to maybe get it? Unacceptable. I'm shocked corporate even chooses to keep this location open. Horrible, horrible business.

Terrible, just TERRIBLE! Went to the doctor last Thursday and got a prescription sent over here. Never received a phone call that my medicine was ready so after 4 days I call them. Heather answers and says my insurance changed and they needed to get updated info. I get it for her and she says my insurance isn’t covered for my medicine. She couldn’t explained to me why they never called me and just kept saying I’ll put in a note for next time to give you a call. I’ve always received a call when medication is ready for pickup. People go to the doctor and get prescriptions because they are SICK. She never once apologized for the extreme lack of communication and now I have to wait at least another day for medicine. Very sad. I will find another place local here on out.

This Walgreens prescription is the worst, I never been to a pharmacy that closed because they are short of help or when you get a notification that your prescription needs refilled and three days later you go to pick it up they tell you they still working on it, but I called three days ago & you sent a notification that it was ready for pickup, or you call to speak with someone & your on hold forever & the phone hangs up that is so unprofessional, I get your short of help, but who ever manages this walgreens needs to be FIRED because you can't call another walgreens & see if they can send over extra help. I'm going to another pharmacy because this one is the worst!!!!! So if you want your prescription they same day or the next day don't waste your time at this walgreens.

Worst walgreens around. No 24 hour pharmacy, no weekend hours because people don't need meds on the weekend I guess. Rude staff and grimey dimly lit interior.

This place gets 1 star only because I'm not allowed to mark ZERO! I think they interview people for jobs at this store to ensure they hire only the slowest moving, least helpful, biggest idiots in the town. Wait. I forgot RUDE! Read the other bad reviews of this store. They are accurate. Corporate Walgreens should torch this store! The store on the west side of town is even worse, if you can believe that.

Best pharmacy and store in the area. Staff always polite and helpful in person and on phone. I've sampled 3 others close by and always come back. Never had an issue with anyone working the pharmacy or front checkout. In and out, easy peasey.

I had a full abdominal hysterectomy done on June 14, 2016...I lost a liter of blood too afterwards.I went to this Walgreens to have my prescriptions filled weening me off of my pain meds and I got nothing but bad attitudes and judgment. If you're a pharmacist with a God-like complex...you need a new job. Withdrawals from pain medication are horrible and for you to be judgemental and egotistical, especially if you've never had a surgery and been on pain meds before and afterwards, or went through withdrawals, you are wrong in every single way. Shame on you! I will never go back to this location after I'm off my meds. I have to go to it now because my insurance is locked into this location and there's a chance it could delay my meds.

I was in the check out line with 1 person in front of me which was taking forever. Then, 2 people stood behind me. One guy asked the photo lady to ring him out. So, she did and then the other guy behind me instead of helping the NEXT person in line. So I put the items I had to purchase in the closest spot and left, saying loud enough, thanks for helping the actual next person! They just encouraged poor behavior, line jumping, and no professionalism at all. Your not well!

1 of the cashier's at the front register by the name of Lin is rude and is very racist cause she ignores and won't help anyone that is African American or anyone else that is not white. I go in there a lot and she will have the white people go around the different color of people and then calls another cashier to help the ones that are not white.

I frequent this location often because it’s the only place our insurance will pay for. They have a very rude staff and don’t go out of their way to help you at all! I miss Meijer Pharmacy tons!
