Tried their purchase online and pick up at the store option today. It worked out very nicely. I got to the store pulled in the assigned parking spot and they had my pet food brought out within 2 minutes. Somebody else followed up as the first person was just coming back just to make sure I was taking care of. Turns out the first person saw me parked before I signaled I was there through the app and had a bias for action to bring me the food. The second person had seen the notice go off via the app that I was there and they were following up to make sure I received my purchase. Both were very helpful.I was picking up puppy food for my new puppy Audrey. Say hello to Audrey.

Workers are great. Managment doesn't care about employees though. I was sick with covid and tested positive. After I came back to work they cut my hours from the already part time to about 8 hours a week. Knowing full well I had 2 kids to take care of.Don't support this company. Becoming just like everything else in America, greedy without guilt.

Update review 10/14/2020:Went in for boots, was greeted as I entered the store, went to boot section and a manager checked in on me, gave some boot suggestions and made sure I was well taken care of.Barb at the check out was wonderful and in a great mood too.I love shopping here2019 review;We like this place and it’s where we get our dog food. Tried the petVet for our kitten’s shots today but they recommended we come back when they are past 8 weeks. We’ll come back then.Staff are friendly and helpful.

I took some Justin boots back that I brought last month on the 26th. I walk in and I asked could I return them the first associated said no we can’t do it with a receipt then the other manger comes up and yes we can exchange them for something else. The manger scanned the tag and ripped me off the boots I brought was 149.99$ and he ran them up for 38.99 and ripped me off the boots were two different sizes so instead of getting what I wanted I got hat and drink this was very unprofessional I will not be shopping at this location again that’s awful how they treat there customers

We had to return some items, and we were able to do that with no issues. They had the rimmed tire we needed for our boat trailer. They have some really cute seasonal items up front. They employees were nice and helpful.

I love this location, the employees are nice and helpful. They even loaded my purchase that I couldn't, with no problem, I didn't even have to ask. I think the bag was heavier than me. They have great prices on pet foods and chickens. Also I love that you can just walk in and have your pets shots for a feasibly amount done here every Saturday afternoon.

Employees standing around and talking about covering shifts, I went to hardware and found the correct thread but couldnt find a correct size, So out loud i asked for help and the talking stopped but no one come to help, Every one working there was about 50ft from each other, I had to go ask a older lady for help and she was rude. Im here to purchase something, indiana people are horrible at customer service. I cant tell you how many places give inadequate service. I drove down to ACE and got what i needed.

Called to check if they had a certain 3 point tiller in stock, verified it was there. Drove an hour to get there asked a employee to show it to me went out to the yard and seen the tiller, employee commented it had been there as long as he can remember.all manuals were gone due to sun and weather and was rusted everywhere. Asked about a discount due to condition and was informed we had to talk to Matt, found Matt asked him about condition he never looked at it to see the condition and said there was nothing he could do, lol didn’t even look at it. So they can keep the rusted thing out there another couple years and won’t waste me gas or time dealing with this store again.need some improvements to customer service.

My husband & I enjoy going here, small enough to find everything easily but still a nice selection.Found the perfect replacement wheel for our wheelbarrow. Very friendly employees @ checkout, 4☆'s instead of 5 because of the customer service desk :/ I asked the women about 2 different products (one of them from TS website)they were clueless & not very friendly.

Nice alternative to the big box stores for all the essential tools and hardware at solid prices. Only downside was some particularly loud staff in the backroom that did not seem particularly aware customers could hear their conversation. Otherwise, a great first trip . . . will be back for sure.

Walked around for quite awhile went through check out .Paid for my item ...."have metal signs" "I sure they are over there but if you want I will call someone but I'm sure they are over there somewheres" So I go over in the direction he pointed ask the staff member "Any metal signs"I think they are in hardware " This store has been open long enough they should at the very least be able to help me find what I was looking for....they are entirely to put out by there customers...I will go elsewhere...

I was told by a salesman that they didn't have a certain product. As I scrolled the isles, I found what I was looking for. Salesman needs to be more aware of the inventory in the store! Other than that, I love the store and the variety of products.

10/10 not happy with the curbside pickup. Ordered my order twice. Was billed twice. Order got cancelled by the computer system “accidentally” according to staff. Waited on hold for 5 minutes to fix it. Didn’t have good customer service in the store with from the management staff today during my pickup order. Disrespectful, and rude. Will definitely take my business elsewhere. Steer clear of the green hair.

Came in like 5mins before close and the little gal at the register said hello how can I help you so I told her what I was looking for and she sent me to the right spot. Then went to checkout and was like 80cents short and she and the young man there helped me out with that. They didn't have to do that they just did it and I am grateful for their help. Love my quick visit there. Thank you the the kids that helped me out. God bless you both.

I had placed an order online for pickup and included specific information about the person who would be picking up my item. When my mom went in to pick up my order, it took multiple store team members and nearly 30 minutes of searching around for the store to tell her my mom that my order was out of stock and therefore canceled and the order was not left undermy mom's name for pickup, as I had specificallyindicated. I also had never been alerted that my order had been canceled, so it was all a big waste of time and very frustrating - very unnecessary altogether.

Omg, I went there for dog food & chicken feed. I spent over $300. I have been needing tools since my husband raided my toolbox 11 years ago, I bought drill bits, wrenches, pliers, assorted tools, paint, reusable rags for cleaning, I don't even know what else. Oh garden clogs. I had tall rubber boots but these were slip-ons. Be careful when you go there! My 3 kids each found toys I couldn't say no to, it was a delightful store!

I purchased a Cub Cadet tractor 42" deck on 7/17/2020 and went to pick it up and everyone was friendly and helpful. However, when I returned home with my purchase I was disappointed that the tires were either over inflated or under inflated. The steering wheel was off center, which I corrected. Being a mechanic most of my life, I am very particular about all my vehicles and equipment while, performing the necessary maintenance that's provided in the manuals, that the manufacture provides. Another thing that annoyed me was that the owner doesn't give Veteran's a discount, as many other businesses provide. I, most likely will not be returning to this location in the near future. I also requested a spare key and the owner said that I could purchase one, but the sales representative said he would get me one, which never happened. Later the owner changed his mind. However, I was not going to return to the store after I had just been there.

The folks at TSC are by far the most friendly people!! Always willing to help even with questions that are outrageous(me asking really unrealistic questions)!!!! Take the time to shop there, you'll be thoroughly surprised by what they have to offer!!! They are winter remodeling so go get the summer things that are on sale!!! Once again top of the line staff and supplies you always need!!!!

It has become our favorite store. My boys are always asking to go to tractor supply. We get our dogs food there and toys of course for the boys. Everyone has always been very polite and helpful. Personalities definitely match the atmosphere ;)

This is the best place to get propane tanks filled. I got 2 tanks filled for the cost of swapping one (and swaps are only 3/4 filled). I also picked up some tractor supplies while I was there. Employees are always helpful and pleasant.

They make you feel appreciated. Prices are good. Selection is decent. Not a Menards or Walmart but they care and go out of their way to help. Quality products are worth every penny.

I would give negative stars if I could. My husband and I went to tractor supply to get a trailer. It only took us a total of ten mins to decide which one and stand in line to pay for it. The cashier was the most rude and hateful person I have came in counter with in a long time. Not only was she was on her personal cell phone in a call while ringing up both the person in front of me and myself, she proceeded to make sure my husband and I were aware she was upset that they closed at 6 and it was slightly past six. After complaining that we were taking her time, another cashier came up and proceeded to tell ask her why she had to wait for us to buy a trailer before she counted the register. She did ALL but tell us we couldn’t buy the trailer. It was the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had and I honestly would never recommend them to anyone I know. I would rather drive 45 mins to rural king than to give them my business. I wouldn’t ever want someone to work for me that treated anyone like that.

Not a regular TSC customer here. Been quite some time since I shopped here to be honest. I didnt remember the prices being this high. I got a 80 cf argon tank for tig welding and after fees and tax it was close to 500$ to buy the tank and pay for the argon in it. Other prices on things like clothing and protective equipment were also sky high. Didnt want to rent a tank from airgas or praxair though. Not many other options these days

Love coming here & letting the kids pick out a tractor toy or little animal figurine! I always get their brand of dog food (4health) & our golden retriever does really well on it! Every time I come here though, I always spend at least 30 minutes browsing everything else. Last of the "mom & pop" hardware stores

Good place to shop for hardware and rugged outdoor wear. Most of the jackets here aren't afraid of nails or grease. They also have food for almost all pets kittens and horses and cows to rodents. I suggest D-Con for the latter.
