We signed Oscar Dean our 4 month old dachshund puppy up for the puppy and intermediate training classes with Kylee and couldn’t be more impressed! We learned so much from her classes! Kylee was wonderful to work with. She was very attentive to Oscar’s training needs while also staying consistent to get him to listen. You can tell she really loves what she does! Would definitely recommend!

All Petsmarts are an asset to animals. They sell anything pet related. More importantly they host adoption drives for local rescues. I adopted my senior dog at Petsmart from Creek Side Rescue. Even though I adopted it from a rescue, Petsmart cares for animals so much that they provide huge adoption coupons for anything you may need. Petsmart allowing these rescues to hold adoption drives gives so many unfortunate animals a chance for a new, better life. THANK YOU PETSMART!

Nice, friendly staff. Always. Their cat food and supplies section is getting smaller and smaller. The gigantic dog section is encroaching on it more and more. Now I have to order more things online. My latest visit, card readers were down and it was cash only. No sign on the door, didn't find out until I was at the register. Clerk was lovely and set my cart aside until I could go out to an ATM.

I Love this place. We buy crickets, worms and dog food here.I've never had a bad experience.Just remember, if you're going for crickets, tell the cashier AS SOON as you walk in. Because if you just go chill by the crickets and expect someone to come over, you will be there all day.

Typically this place isn't terrible with the animals but today was particularly bad. All the fish are bottom sitting (sign of stress or illness) or had visible fin rot, or fungal infections. Their reptiles was another story, they have leopard geckos with horribly stuck shed to where their eyes couldn't open, which is 100% preventable. As a reptile and fish owner of many years it's just sad to see the lack of care

No complaints. They have a big selection with everything I need. Some items can be found cheaper elsewhere, but plenty of items are reasonably priced (the cheapest price I've seen.) Always, have good deals/sales for items you actually need for your pet. Love the rewards program to get extra perks and points depending on what I buy and the points last a while. Clean and friendly staff. Of course they have a grooming place and Banfield Vet right there. Training classes are offered. I personally prefer them over Petco.

Fur baby got groomed today. His groomer not only remembers him when he comes in, but is also aware of the special medical issues he is faced with. She did a great job reassuring me that he would be ok and if there were any concerns...they would stop and call immediately. They are an extension of family when it comes to the compassion and care that they have given my boy.

Understand the animals from this place are merely product and merchandise. Very cruel, and they're numb to it. The manager found it comical that I called the cockatiel "a life". He said I can return it and can have "1st dibs" if I'd like if it lives, otherwise more will be in stock eventually. How nice. 😒👎 they ravished this poor bird so bad, how could I possibly send him back to be finished? They sell you back your humanity ((photos irrelevant just tossed in))

My dad took his husky Bella here to get groomed and they shaved her in patches and I'm not sure what shampoo they used to bathe her with but her hair has been falling out like this since she got back from being groomed. He paid $60 for this hack job.
