A very nice store, but it is pretty sad that they have no dressing room. Don't sell slacks if you don't have a dressing room. That is a complete disservice to your customers.

A very unwelcoming staff of employees who will give you mean glares for greeting them and will follow you around and will constantly complain if something you are purchasing seems to be more than it's going for. Y'all get everything for free what is worth complaining about?

I enjoyed my experience at this clean, organized store. The clothing prices were really decent however the shoes were $ 15+ which was a big hop from the 4.99/average tag of the clothing. For regular used shoes. Not even new with tags. Accessories ranged from .99 for belts to 9.99 for bags, which was decent as well. But maybe skip this store for shoes.Just one person on register so you will have a wait to check out but the cleanliness and organization were so nice to see.

Nice store as most of them are but the only reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5 is the annoying constant reminder updates ever 5 minutes that the store is closing, the store is closing,the store is closing once again the store is closing. Yes i understand how that works and I also know the closing time can you please just shut up. Its almost every store and I was at the danville store the last time and the lady on the intercom was so loud she actually frightened some of the elderly shoppers and shortly after I heard them making jokes that they had thought it was an evacuation call she was so loud. The time before that at the same store it was great. The lady on the intercom was not annoying and also didnt announce it every 5 minutes just once or twice as it was actually getting ready to close. That was so much better but a rarity. Im often at the stores later because I work so I experience this almost every time I choose to go and It has become one of my pet peeves. It just depends on who is working but it would be nice if goodwill would change their policy to a automatic message that isnt so annoying. Just as long as its better than the cvs and there "you NEED a vaccine and we can do multiple at one time" recording every 30 seconds when your on hold to talk to the pharmacy for 10 minutes. Thats another rant. I feel better now. I know someone else out there is feelin me.

I have been to this Goodwill store more than a dozen times. Pros: tons and tons of great 2nd hand products to choose from. I've never seen a Goodwill with as many shoes as this one has. Cons: there isn't a fitting room! If you are looking for 2nd hand furniture, this may not be your best bet. Only have a small selection. I have bought many very nice items from thus Goodwill, many things still brand new! Store is always clean, and employees are super friendly

Cons• The staff is unfriendly-Last night a young gentleman with long hair and a tan complex took my donations. He refused to speak 1 word to me at all. He was incredibly rude. Took my donations so quickly that I couldn’t record them for my tax records.- Overall the employees here are rather rude, with the exception of about 2 of them.• The store is disorganized and dirty• A lot of non- functional junk to sort through• Opened food products and opened beauty products (lotions, sprays, etc.)ProConvenient location

I do wish they had kept the changing rooms, but it's still a decent store. Some prices have gone up some but overall it's still fairly cheap. I can get a good big bag full of clothes and toys for under $20. If you're that pressed about discounts, get a goodwill rewards card 🤷‍♂️

The cashier was very nice. She also had a newer register .So she was able to put my phone number, in instead of looking up my address every time for my rewards.👍Snagged 5 pairs of shorts. Changing rooms were closed 😒 Bummer. Got home and they all fit 😁. Good Shopping trip. Also next to Aldi's where I picked up a couple extra items I needed to finish dinner. No need for another stop ☺.Yeah 👍

As always I go in looking for yarn but this visit there wasn't any to be found. But I came out with flat style tote and a square cloth bin (they will be for my yarn storage)! A drink bottle with llamas 😍 on it, 2 stuffies for my Pittie mix Blue, a scarf for her, a carry bag with lemons on it. Makes me think of my my mil 😁 All for under $10 bucks!!! Didn't find anything for Scott this time 😲 Per usual had good and friendly cashier. Keep up the great work y'all do 😁😁😁

I went here with my grandma last Friday and we did not have a good experience. We came to return some clothing items . The lady who took care of the returns had a horrible attitude. She had a very angry expression on her face and didn’t want to answer any of our questions . It seemed like we were inconveniencing her. After she type a few things in the computer she just abruptly walked away. She left us sitting at the cash register. No thank you have a nice day or anything just a dirty look when we asked if we were finished. I asked another cashier what her problem was and she said “she’s pregnant”. No apology or anything for how her coworker just treated us. I’m pregnant myself and was very offended by that response because it’s not an excuse to treat people how ever you want especially a paying customer. Goodwill really needs to consider hiring friendly staff to run the registers. I don’t think I will come back to this location for a while.

I came here for the first time in years and it was busy but the staff kept it clean and organized. They were very helpful. The deals here are great when you can find something good! I hate that they don’t have everything, but the rare finds are very cool and one of a kind.

I was.in this store yesterday and found everything i needed and MORE. I've been to many Goodwill stores and this one is by far the best. The staff were friendly and helpful, unlike some i have visited. Although the checkout line was long, it moved quickly. I would recommend this store to everyone. Plus - Things were fairly priced.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I like this Goodwill store! I just moved here and I've never experienced a visit to a Goodwill store like this. I found what I needed for once in a Goodwill store they had my sizes. Awesome job!! I would definitely go there again.

Nice selection. I love going to Goodwill. I find really good deals. Really nice and gently used heels are always scores for me. I also got a 90$ sweater with tags attached for like 2 bucks. Steal! Kinda a dusty place but the employees are very nice. Love to go back

This store is fine, but the pricing of west side goodwills is inappropriate. East side goodwills has their items properly priced. Fishers is the richest place in Indiana, and you can find couches there for $20. Here, furniture and other items are marked up to extremely high prices for goodwill. I asked an employee how they price things at a south side goodwill which is also part of the problem. They said they check their prices online and adjust them that way. This is HIGHLY inappropriate. First of all, employees are not getting paid more for these rising prices. Second, goodwill is not a resell store or a pawnshop. MeNing you do not pay the people who give you inventory for the items and then resell it marked up like a pawnshop. These are all donations. Do not price check online to decide the price of merchandise.

I used to love to go to this store until last Saturday. It was the first Saturday of the month, half price day. A customer told one of the employees that she was interested in 2 upholstered dining chairs that were in the back, so they went to the back and priced them and a little later another employee brought them out for her to pull the tags off. It was obvious that she was known in Goodwill because several employees called her by her first name. I had been waiting for an hour and a half for them to bring out some items that were clearly priced and in the front of the pile - vintage items. We had to leave, but when we were leaving I saw someone drop off a beautiful vintage chest of drawers. I went back a little later, items were no longer in back or front including the chest of drawers that had just been dropped off - wondered if they were saving for someone because the chest of drawers had just been dropped off.

This store seemed to have a smaller selection of housewares. It was really a mess inside as well even compared to other good will stores. It may have just been a busy day for them but not my best experience. Everything being piled up doesn't give the second chance merchandise it's full potential. Just my opinion

This store overprice their stuff! A regular used shoe for $19.99 while you can get a new one for $ 26 at Marshals! The staff is friendly but rude towards the special needs boys who work there! Shame!

They need to open the dressing rooms bck up. Bc i bought 3 pairs of pants hoping they'd fit me but i got home n tried them on & of course they didn't fit. And last time i checked u can't return clothes which is ridiculous. Just wanting ppl to buy clothes that there's a 50% chance they're wasting their money especially if they dont fit bc y'all are being ridiculous & dont wanna open the dressing rooms.

Non profit my arse!! Goodwill "used" to be a decent place to thrift for resellers or people needing used items for a decent price. When Goodwill started selling things on Ebay that should tell you all you need to know. Things are marked up pretty much full retail,or what they are selling for on Ebay or other platforms. Goodwill is cutting their own throat with this tactic,as you will lose most of your reseller market. They mark it up to high and when it does not sell they send it to the bins,where it goes for much cheaper if it doesn't get destroyed in the process. They also are taping boxes,cd-s etc.. which will destroy the art etc on the box or cd cover. Very poor decisions being made either locally or policy wise at Goodwill. I rarely even bother to stop anymore..But hey they get it for free,so who cares I guess!!!
