Went there today while in search of things to make a gift basket for my grandmothers birthday. Staff was so so friendly. Two workers talked to me while I was shopping and made me feel very welcomed. Unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. And the cashier was the sweetest lady I have ever met!! I believer her name was Angela? She was so so sweet and the next time I go I will make sure to keep my eye out for her to let her know how much she made my day today!!

Great job keeping those shelves stocked with Christmas items when other stores are pretty much out of almost everything! Our cashier was especially helpful and courteous.

2 of the best workers here in Plainfield Indiana. Both ladies. They have it looking nice, clean and organized. I just wish they'd bring back the purple bag of pork rinds. They were soooo good. Think they were called sweet heat or something close to that.

Got supplies to make a basket of treats and toys for some kids. Not to mention kid Shark themed balloons that boys would like. Go to place for craft supplies and a little bit of this and that. Plus they have an excellent, affordable, getting card area.

Why is this my second time needing to come to this Dollar tree at 9:30pm 30 minutes before closing. First time I was basically forced out. Then today it was closed. The store is scheduled to be opened until 10pm. Yes I saw the associate leaving as I was pulling up.

Hours state open at 9am….9:35am & still not open. If this is not the case, at least post a handwritten sign for consumers & for less negativity on your behalf! 101 Customer Service Folks!

2-2-19 5:45pmCashier Steven was nice, but overly stressed from the enormous crowd that "management" made him handle by himself, all while they sat in the office, then gave a huge attitude and chewed him out in front of everybody all because he ran out of change and had the audacity to ask for more.Seriously, your line was all the way down at the end of the kitchen ware wall. Store was also a mess.Terrible management and poor representation of your DM, RM and company altogether.

We get our supplies to pass out to the homeless here. Everyone should spend $50 and put some care packages together of snack drinks and hygiene products. We just reuse our grocery bags and take them downtown a pass out. At least once a month is doable to everyone and great experience for a family unit or group of friends.

Not much where it should be. Didn't look like it had much new stock. Heard it was having trouble get employees but i did see a few acting like shoplifters. Store definitely needs help. Hopefully next time I go in there they have gotten it.

So dirty! The floor and ceiling vents are nasty. Please for the love of Pete clean that front door of all that ripped off stickers. Scraper and some glass cleaner. You wouldn't have your front door at home look like that!

Absolutely fithly. I get being busy, but in a weeks time and you still haven't vaccummed? Come on now! The floors are covered in trash, every isle! On top of the stacks and stacks on boxes everywhere. Avon will get my business from now on.

Plainfield location, OMG! What a mess! Couldn't find anything unless I wanted to dig thru the piles. I went home to Avon, our Dollar Store is sooo much more clean and organized. I do love the Dollar Store though.

One cashier with nine customers in line. Manager comes out of office but doesn't acknowledge or assist with customers. Thus store use to be professional and fully staffed. Where are all the cashiers???

The second time ive come here and the store was closed during regular business hours. This is bad for business. Today a sign was posted and the store was closed 3 hours before closing time due to "staffing problem." I'm sorry, that sounds like bad management and no care for your customers. Not impressed Dollar Tree.

Love this store! I can find so many odds and ends for a story/craft time with preschoolers. And it doesn't cost a great deal to get everything I need!

The staff here is wonderful and they keep the store clean. They just need a cart corral in the store because rude customers just push their carts next to the front windows in the way of others and the registers.

This store is always a mess! I was in there yesterday and a whole isle was blocked off just full of boxes. It’s totally ridiculous!! Too bad it’s the only close store for me or I would go elsewhere. Management needs to straighten this mess out before they lose all their customers.

Lots of stuff for a buck. Party items, gift wraps, decorations, unique candy not found in regular stores (sour apple licorce, cupcake flavored bubble gum), school supplies, etc.

Most dollar stores are not clean. But this store was very dirty, merchandise all over the place and trash everywhere all over the floor. They had staff there I guess no one likes to clean or sweep.

It is sad to see how much this store has gone downhill. In spite of the physical condition, I was able to find what I needed for craft projects. I am guessing a lack of staff is a big part of the problem.

This store was an absolute mess! Most shelves were unorganized or empty. Boxed inventory was all up and down the aisles unpacked. The store looked like it was ransacked.
