I had Bassett install a new tankless water heater and remove our old tank. They also did some additional valve replacement to our main water line. Leon the plumber was awesome. He did a great job and explained everything step by step. The only complaint I have was the communication from the dispatch team regarding my appointment for the install day. My appointment got bumped to an afternoon time instead of the original morning time without any notification. This me to think they were running significantly late without any communication and caused them to need to come back a second day due to the substantial amount of work they had. Luckily I was able to make arrangements to make that work. Overall I was highly satisfied with the work we had completed.

Eric was awesome. He was very thorough spent quite a bit of time working and cleaning my furnace . He also helped me out with the proper setting for my humidifier. I have been very happy with Bassett service work I really feel like I am getting my money's worth with them they are just not in and out in a few minutes they really take there time and do a great job.

This review is overdue but it needs to be put out there about Bassett Services...I can not stress how important customer service is in a world where it is so rare, but still in high demand.The day Bassett came to our home was a difficult day. Within hours we not only suffered the loss of our 14 year old family pet but the main water shut off valve broke as we tried to turn the water off to our basement as it began to flood.The first technician on site was Edmund. He was patient and empathetic to our situation. Furthermore he was very thorough in his estimate and analysis of what needed repaired and what it would require.The following day the second technician, Matt, came out bright and early. Busting his hump (...on a Saturday) to get the job done, everything was better than new as he wrapped up. Plus he was professional in every manner.We've never needed plumbing services in all the years we've owned our home but because this was an emergency we could only go by reviews when trying to find a plumber.Bassett, Edmond and Matt has not only earned this review but our respect.If we ever need services again Basset will be the only one we call.

Our plumber, Steven Santana always does an amazing job. In addition to being professional, he is also very personable. Steven is very thorough. If he sees something that can be better, he addresses it immediately before it has an opportunity to become an issue. He also listens to any concerns and answers any questions we may have. We have always been happy with Bassett Services and their service professionals.

Bassett came to my home yesterday, same day service which was very nice to service my water softener. Miguel the service tech was courteous and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I didn't want to fix the old one which was out dated, so Miguel installed a new one and the installation was done in a timely manner. Great job Miguel.

We have been using Bassett Services for over 30 years for our heating and cooling needs. We have most always been satisfied with the technicians sent to service our system. Today we had Alex and he was the exception as he was truly a professional. We had a couple of small issues that he researched and corrected all the while explaining what he was doing. I liked him enough to request him for our subsequent service needs.

Anthony and Steven were very professional. and informative and did a great job.. I know have a complete heating system that I have not had in 5 years..I also added Central Air...which has never been in this home. They went above and beyond removing torn up ductwork and other things they encountered in a very narrow crawl space...Thank you guys!!!

We are so impressed with Bassett! The same day we called for help in January, they sent two of the nicest young men out to repair a leak in bypass valve of our water softener. Josiah V. was at our house within an hour and a half to assess the situation and let us know what needed to be done to make repairs. Within a few hours, Ryan C. arrived to make the repairs, and he was absolutely the most conscientious and thoughtful young man! The repair was done beautifully! I am so grateful that they were able to get to us so quickly, and that Ryan C. Did such a good job with the repair.

I recently had Eli Zarecky come out to inspect my heating and cooling system, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Eli arrived on time, was professional, and very thorough in his inspection. He took the time to explain what he was doing and provided clear, understandable feedback on the condition of my system. Very professional. Work done as requested. Price was a little on the high side, but acceptable. Just a couple of minor details prevented my giving 5 stars (wall plate and switch color did not match the rest of the room, outlets under fire place would have been better placed facing sideways instead of upwards resulting in cord closer to base of fire pit than I would have preferred), but I didn’t call him out on it when he presented the work so that’s on me. I would definitely ask him back for electrical work.

I had a replacement water heater and expansion tank installed by Bassett. I was pleased with the quick service and installation. I initially had some issues the invoice but it was quickly resolved after speaking with the general manager at Bassett. I was happy with the level of customer service I received.

FOLLOW UP, Eric from the Indianapolis office called me this morning. He was very nice and checked in with my sister to make things right for her. Eric didn't need to contact me but felt he wanted to explain. Thanks Eric and I have changed my rating because of your kindness and professionalismtechs a required to sell new units at least once a week. The told my sister she needed a new unit when hers was not working properly.The old one was bought from Drake and was only 6 years old. The new one also didn't work. After many visits a tech said it was a gear in the zone box. A $400 part when she paid over $6000 for a new furnace. So many techs have quit due to pressure to sell new units. We had pipes replaced in our basement, as well as a pipe replaced that led from our house to our septic tank which required the porch to be cut and the ground to be dug up. The two technicians that worked on our house, Gino and Nathan, were hard workers, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our setup was challenging and they problem-solved issues and kept us informed along the way. We are very thankful for their hard work. We will continue to use Bassett services for any needs that arise.

Our furnace was making crazy noises and bassett had a sticker and papers from the previous owner, so we called them. Tony was very helpful. Our furnace was 25 years old and kicked the bucket. He gave us multiple options, offered but didn't push. They are coming out tomorrow to replace our ancient furnace and AC. I hope the guys doing the install are as great as Tony was. Lucas has been amazing and helped us with our plumbing needs, he has been out multiple times and delt with all our questions and issues. We are definitely impressed 😁

Carl from Bassett got here on time Id himself I did ask if he was going to remove our tub and shower by himself said he was which surprised me thinking it was a big job went straight to work got everything removed didn’t take long about an hour or so showed me a few things to watch out for and was finished. Have used Bassett for all our plumbing needs before and am happy with there results. Good people!

After being a client for over 6 years, Bassett failed to keep an appointment that has been scheduled for a month now. I needed this appointment before closing on a house. They were aware of the importance of this appointment. They waited until less than 24 hours before the appointment to cancel. Their customer service somehow went from excellent to horrible. I trusted them. No more. Time to find a new HVAC company.

Water heater went out. Ryan Clyde -Bassett was out next morning. Quickly diagnosed problem, thoroughly explained options & costs. Installed new water heater.Just after he left I noticed a leak coming from a cracked PVC furnace pipe. I called Basett ASAP. Ryan was back in 15 min. He quickly found the problem. He inadvertently cracked the furnace condensation drain pipe while removing the old W/H.He didn’t know at the time. I’m not surprised. (The pipe was partially blocked by a metal pipe & sat next to the W/H stand.) The old W/H had never been drained so it was full of sediment & extremely heavy. Also, the furnace wasn’t running while he was there so he never saw the leak.I fully understand not all service calls go as planned without issues. What matters is how things are corrected. Ryan Clyde quickly replaced the pipe with PVC twice as thick. Should be much sturdier. He was courteous & professional. Fully satisfied with completed service. Would recommend Ryan Clyde to anyone. Update Review: We had Bassett come out again to do a few electrical projects for us! We had the pleasure of having Kea McDow be our technician! She did a wonderful job and very personable!! Thank you Kea!!We are new to Bassett as we were previously with Drake for many years! So far we have had excellent service! We had our first maintenance service with them last week. Josh Adkins was our technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable and personable! Also the staff in the office when you call are very welcoming and accommodating. Great customer service! We look forward to continue our membership/relationship with them! Highly recommend!

Payed for the yearly program, scheduled a HVAC checkup with them over a month in advanced (After going through 3 people to get it scheduled). They never showed up after I got multiple email and texts confirming the appointment and called AFTER they were supposed to already be done to say they weren't coming and I had to reschedule. They now say I never actually had an appointment due to their process errors "that they are working on". They are terrible and are impossible to work with and will hold you hostage if you do the yearly program. They won't let me out of the yearly program and said I have to buy it out after I said I was over them after terrible service. They will take your money and try to do everything in their power to not do your checkups. I have had them do multiple things including plumbing checkup and electrical work and they have never showed up on time, even with the 4 hour given window. DO NOT USE THEM!Update: They issued me a refund for the yearly subscription after speaking with the manager
