It has been years since we started going to Tiffany's and we could not be happier with her grooming services. My Bichon actually gets excited when we arrive at the salon. I'm very particular about how I like my Bichon's hair cut, and Tiffany does an amazing job of accommodating my requests and making her look beautiful. I also have a very fearful/nervous American Eskimo, and Tiffany does a great job of moving slowly with her, and accommodating my request of giving her treats throughout the service. The cute bandanas she gives the dogs every time are a fun added bonus.

Tiffany always does an amazing job with my dog willow! She is very caring and professional. I always feel welcome in her salon and my dog loves going there! She has gained my full trust and I won’t take my dog anywhere else to be groomed. :) highly recommend her!!

Tiffany has groomed our dogs for years. We have always had positive and professional results. She does an amazing job and is always gentle and loving with our babies. We always feel like family with her and recommend her to everyone.

Tiffany is awesome. You and your dogs know when a groomer likes animals and cares about her clients. We had taken our 2 mini Schnauzers and our little Silkie to her for around 14 years.

Tiffany is absolutely wonderful! My puppy is always excited to visit her, which says a lot when he’s coming to get his nails and hair did. 😂 And he is so super soft and smells amazing when he comes home.I love this professional yet down to earth salon.I trust very few people with my pup, and Tiffany is on that very short list!Thank you, Tiffany!

I was very disappointed with how Tiffany's pet Salon has changed over the years from when I use to bring another dog to her to groom. Back then she was very professional and I could always rely on getting my dog groomed when I made an appointment. Now we have a new puppy and I have tried several times to make an appointment . The first time I tried was back when all this virus thing had started. She said at the time that she was backed up with appointments so she couldn't get to him for several weeks. I did make an appointment but she said that if I could find someone to do it before she could that she would understand and I could call and cancel. So I did find another groomer who was able to groom my dog much sooner. Then I tried again to get an appointment with Tiffany and she actually set up one for Aug. 22nd. She apologized for my having to wait so long before she could get him in. But I thought it was worth the wait just go get back in with her. But then I called her and left her a voice message asking what time his appointment was suppose to be on Saturday Aug. 22. Today I got a call from one of her groomers (who I've never met) and she said that I didn't have any appointment with Tiffany for the 22nd. In fact she said that Tiffany was booked up for that date a year in advance. Funny how Tiffany didn't tell me that and DID in fact make the appointment. I have managed to find someone else to take my dog to and she actually can get him in in 2 days! I'm not going to try to ever get my dog in with Tiffany and I think she should put on her website that she's so busy that she's no long even taking new dogs for grooming. I know she will dispute this and that's her right. I just feel so disappointed by how she now runs her grooming business.

When I am told that my dog falls asleep when his face is groomed, I know he is being treated gently. I also know Marco is happy to go into the salon, looks great when I pick him up , and that I’m treated kindly also. Tiffany and Autumn have groomed Marco and they both deliver a consistently excellent service. I recommend Tiffany’s to my friends.

Our Yorkie Sophie was cut on her pad and they denied anything happened while under their care. When my husband told them they cut our fur baby, they took a picture of a white towel that they supposedly laid our Sophie on. However my husband’s car and business attire had blood all over them. Our little Yorkie was taken to the vet immediately to which the vet determined our dog needed 1-2 stitches. However due to the area, they decided to use surgical glue to repair our fur baby’s wound. Tiffany’s Pet Salon never acknowledged, never apologized, and were completely unprofessional. Now she she just sent a text to my husband threatening to sue us due to our negative reviews.

Love the ladies here! They always take excellent care of my pets. When I need to have my 17 year old cat groomed they are always amazing with him. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I know my animals are in excellent hands when with Autumn and Tiffany

Came in to pick up my dog from being groomed by Amanda and another person. When I walked in the room I found the two groomers working on a dog with one hitting the defenseless animal on the head pretty hard while they had it musseled. Then on the way home I discovered my dog was bleeding from her paw and the blood was all over my pants and car seat. Sent a text to the groomer who insisted it didn’t happen there and I was just mad at the charges so I sent her a picture she sent me one of a towel that had no blood on it. She insisted it didn’t happen while my dog was under their care. I asked for the owners number which she would not give it to me. Then the owner text me her son was napping and she would contact me later. I sent her the pictures of my dogs paw with blood on it and the passenger seat in my car which is Tan and the blood all over it. She called me and said she woke her son up from his nap so she could call me and said what I told her was a lie. I told her I was headed to the Vet which is awesome. My Vet said my dogs paw pad was cut and needs a stitch or two but the pad is very difficult to stitch up so she used a surgical glue and cleaned up the blood on her paws. I talked to the owner on the phone and she never once apologized for my dog getting hurt while under her employees care nor has she offered any sympathetic words. However she is looking into the matter and will get back with me.😤😡Latest update Tiffany is now threatening me with a lawsuit if I don’t remove this review!!!! Beware of anything goes wrong at her salon she will not be concerned and she will threaten you!!!!

We are so thankful to Autumn - She has made it possible for our Shiba Inu, Finn, to have his nails trimmed on a regular schedule without it being an overly traumatic experience. Finn has HATED having his nails trimmed ever since a horrid experience with a groomer (Petsmart) who drugged him and cut all of his nails so short that he left blood puddles with every step that he took. He has every reason in the world to hate having his nails trimmed after that experience, but we have been determined to find a way to make it less traumatic for him. We have tried a number of vet techs and groomers, and finally found Autumn who is beyond amazing and she is a perfect fit for our finicky guy - We adore her for being so great to Finn and working with us. Today was our second time with Autumn and Finn didn’t even bless the building with Shiba-screams and throw a fit. Autumn spent time making sure Finn was comfortable with her and she continues to amaze me - Finn happily took treats from her today and we have had such positive experiences at Tiffany’s Pet Salon thanks to Autumn. We were one step away from talking to our vet about having Finn mildly sedated for nail trims, but I am soooo happy we gave Tiffany’s Pet Salon a try before going that route. We’re so excited to have Finn on a regular schedule with Autumn! She is truly a miracle-worker and beyond skilled. Thanks, Autumn!

Our old Abby dog had a seizure while getting groomed, they immediately stopped, called, and were very concerned. She did get a bath and they did not charge us. Highly recommend them!

They were very nice to my little pup. Reasonable price but great work. They even tired a tiny scarf around my pup's neck after they were done. Now, this is the only place I go to for his grooming needs.

Best salon I’ve been to!! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for groomers who truly care about all the furry friends who walk in the door and who treat them and their owners with the utmost respect!!! Anyone who thinks otherwise have no idea what they’re talking about! :))
