I made the appointment the day before my husband took our dog. They were told what we wanted done. My husband took our dog the next morning and repeated what we wanted done. Our dog is an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix, whichmeans he has long hair in certain places. My husband went back to pick up our dog and she did not follow what we wanted to have done. She butchered our dog. Cutting the hair behind his legs which is supposed to be long. Cutting his facial hair which was not supposed to be touched. Basically she cut all of his hair making him not look like the breed he is. He doesn't look like our dog. Then after my husband put a bad review up she called him crying using her deceased husband and that she has doing this for many years as an excuse. If you can't do what the customer asks and butcher their beloved family member you should not be in business

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.A dog suffered injuries from strangulation due to the owner’s negligence. The owner has just been charged with animal neglect & is in jail.

I have seen several people come out and say that their dog had not been acting normally after taking their dog here and one dog had suffered strangulation here. Do not take your animals here.
