I can never pick up western union unless it’s before 7 because they close the registers and way before the store closes. Used to come here all the time. Now, I don’t even waste my time, they will just send me somewhere else to pick up my money .

First of all this pharmacy has limited hours. Then when you go during those hours, they are closed anyway. Then it takes an hour on the phone trying to arrange delivery. While the techs laugh at you. Then they don't accept the goodrx price. So you still have to pay the regular price. You're better off going somewhere else.

Pharmacy was o lt open three days the week I went, hour wait in line. Annoying worker telling you every five minutes that they closed promptly at 6:30pm and you may not get served. Very rude, and not accommodating at all.

Had surgery Friday & hospital called in script for pain med, went to pick it up and they said it probably wouldn’t get filled until Monday WTH!!! They forgot to mention the pharmacy is closed weekends so I definitely can’t get it until Monday. What kind of pharmacy is closed on weekends?

The worst Pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with, yesterday I was treated like my time didn't matter because they were busy from the time I dropped my grandsons prescription off until when I was told it would be done, when I went to pick it up 2 hours later I was told that they could not fill it because of them not taking his insurance, I completely understand that what I don't understand is why they couldn't make a phone call to let me know that so I could fix the problem or take the prescriptions elsewhere, I was told they didn't have time, I'm sorry that is unacceptable, one phone call would have allowed me to proceed with getting it somewhere else. I will never again use this pharmacy, this isn't my first bad experience but it was definitely my last one.

Had major surgery and the Dr called in pain meds on Friday so I didn't go the weekend without them. Peru walgreen's pharmacy closed without notice and it appears that it will be closed indefinitely. So after a hysterectomy, I'll be going without necessary medication because walgreens can't get their act together and I refuse to take up room in an ER (not to mention an unnecessary ER bill that I can't have right now). The level of disorganization is shameful.

Nice store. Clean, well stocked. Pharmacy can be overloaded and wait at cash register up front is long at times. Used to be you could go to the register in the beauty section, but I never see anyone there anymore. Looks like they have reduced staffing and they need to undo that.

Pharmacy hours are just random, nobody has any idea when or why it will be closed. If access to your medication is important it's best to go elsewhere.

Horrible place! They wouldn't fill my medicine they gave me the run around and I eventually had the dr send it to another pharmacy! WILL NEVER GO BACK! If I could put 0 star I would

Very rude, uncaring manager wears her mask around her neck and laughs and says "I don't care" when a customer suggests she should be following Walgreen's safety protocols, which include "Health & safety: Mask required · Staff wear masks · Staff get temperature checks · Staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits · Safety dividers at checkout." What else is she not doing? I must pick up meds here for an elderly, very ill relative, so I have to be in the store at least weekly while this manager spreads her germs and flaunts her uncaring attitude. She should be fired.

The pharmacy needs to improve the hours and not be closed randomly. Some of us need our medicines regularly with out pause.

Terrible managerial staff. Went to buy laundry detergent that was in the ad. After loading up the cart and getting to the register the cashier recieve a phone call from a manager stating we were only allowed to buy 4. No where in the store had a sign that had a limit. Nor did the ad.

Peru Indiana walgreens is the rudest and worst customer service store I have ever been to and I have worked for cvs stores and walgreens stores in the past and never treated customers like I just witnessed them treat other people.... do not recommend shopping there.
