Took our Pomeranian Bear here after taking him to Dirty Paws a few months back (disappointing groom). He looks fantastic! His hair was previously so long it was hard not to keep it from matting up. Now he has some character and seems to feel like a stud😅

They took great care of our pet! Nail clipping took barely 5 minutes and they were calm and patient with our pet, as she was nervous and not a fan of any of it, at first. They weren't afraid to work with her when she was nervous about the bath and haircut; the gentlemen working there were calm and gentle and we would recommend them!

Went here and got my puppy’s hair cut, she came out super cute and clean. They even gave her a little bow too. She’ll be due for another trimming soon so we’ll definitely be coming back!

I was not sure what I would think having my standard poodle trimmed there. Not a lot of experience in the more difficult cuts, but I will say I am so extremely thrilled with my boy! He is gorgeous!!! I will not use anyone else! She did an amazing job! I have provided before on the left and after on the right! ❤️❤️

I took my cats in to get flea baths and the lady was super nice. You can tell they really care about the people and animals that come in to be groomed! Thank you so much for having great customer service and being genuinely kind! I will be returning.

I ❤ Pampered Pets! They take such good care of my dog, Chance. Chance had serious grooming anxiety before going to Pampered Pets. Their patience and kindness has made Chance a different dog both on and off the grooming table!

I have to agree with Jen Paxton. I took our golden retriever there twice and each time we ended up taking him to the vet for a gash that turned into a hot spot that we weren't aware of. Needless to say, we don't take our lab or our golden there anymore

If I could leave zero stars I would. Upon picking up my pup I realized this groomer was VERY inexperienced in grooming yorkies as she chopped away at her face instead of buzzing, especially up the bridge of the nose. To make matters even worse, when I arrived home I found a HUGE gash that had been treated with a clotting medicine that she NEGLECTED to tell me about. I don't even think she was bathed, as she's looked like she did when I dropped her off. WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND. When I take a pet to a groomer I expect them to return to me in BETTER condition than when I dropped them off.

Love this place they are so sweet with our dogs and I'm always so happy when they are done they look so sweet we have even had to stay and all I heard was sweet talk to them I tell all my friends to take their dogs there
