The cashiers are professional & very personalable. Prices are too high !! Tonight most milk products, especially quart size , were very low on quantity. Eggs were also low on quantity. The2 for $1 avacados, on sale were on the downside of ripe.The deli dept could have made a great batch of guacamole ! Perhaps using produce like this is against the "rules". Put them on sale before they are overly ripe & not proper to sale.Kroger capitalizes on the fact that, other than Aldi, Kroger is the only "game in town".

I’m losing my loyalty to this store. They are just out of so many items anymore. I mean, out of Kroger bottled water? Why, how? I just placed an order for delivery of 12 items, they were out of 4 of them. Ridiculous. If I have to go to another store to get those items, I guess I’ll just start going to the other store for everything. Pitiful, our small town can’t keep a major grocery store.

Tried giving this pharmacy a try & never have I had such rude, unprofessional, & just simply worse customer serciver. The place is a joke! They have no thought, feeling, or emotion towards what people actually need on a daily basis. Never have I been told it takes 3+ days for a medication that needs be taken daily. Sorry not sorry. Any other pharmacy would expedite or simply say hey it may take 30 mins or hour so tops!!! This unexampled, unexplainable, & unreal!!! These will be my first & last medications to ever be filled here again!

Good morning, just one comment after you apply for a job, you do 2 interviews with different people, you tell them that you don't speak the English language but anyway they test you for the position and they ask for all the documents when the day of the orientation arrives. They even give you a badge with your name a few minutes later they tell you that there is no position for you because in the position you need to speak English and you don't know it, imagine how one feels after being excited that they already got a job and at the moment they let them drop from the cloud, yes I know I don't speak the language but from the first moment I let it be known and they didn't reject me for that, they say equality but equality is in everything even in the language, because you can learn along the way, just like every task at any job, disappointing from kroger.

They never have the lactaid milk that we are suposed to get off wic... also how are you suposed to scan the weekly digital coupons if you dont get service inside the store... seems like a complete rip off...

KROGER pharmacy in Peru is not only rude but incompetent. They don't read the prescription correctly and refuse to fill them on time but they are also verging on legal problems. By not filling very needed prescriptions on time. Then is takes about 4 days To fill. Also there is a tech there named Hanna that is not only rude but incompetent and I believe that she has a problem with people getting any narcotics ordered by a Dr....

It should not take the pharmacy 8 1/2 hrs to fill a prescription that’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Every other pharmacy is 30 minutes to an hour. Either get it together or shut it down! I will never fill my prescriptions here ever again!!!

Kroger pharmacy has been an absolute joke for the past 2 years but inevitably I try to give them a chance to show improvement but this was the last straw, they are slow, rude and incompetent wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! I would say do better Kroger Pharmacy but I’ve said it over and over for the past 2 years. I’m done giving them chances to get better because evidently they only know how to get worse! CVS is by far much better and I NEVER thought I’d say that!! Unfortunately you have to give 1 star to leave a review otherwise I wouldn’t have given any stars, such an embarrassment for Peru!

Always out of stuff I'm sorry but if you know it's a high selling product you should have it in stock, not to mention certain members of management are rude and disrespectful. Literally stood and watched them standing around talking about unwork related stuff while there was a huge spill on the floor and customers were needing help..

I called them first to let them know I was bringing my service dog in they said no problem, but some of the employees were rude and talking about me and my dog while I was just 10 feet away and letting them know I was there with my service dog and to show my identification cards for the dog and I. I thought it was very unprofessional of the employees. The lady that checked me out was so great. I may not return here for business because of this issue.

Staff is not very nice to the minors that work there. My son was employed and was scheduled 3:45-10:45. Because they forgot to give him a break at 5:15 they informed him he was not going to get a lunch. Keep in mind he is a minor, so he called me his mom to find out what to do. His dad called up there and spoke with Mike the manager on duty about the situation and all seemed well. My son then called me and informed me that Mike then got upset with him for getting his parents involved. Would not recommend minors working there.

I have shopped at Kroger for 40 years and have never had such bad experience. Item limits not marked on signage and rules seem to change depending on who you are and what you look like. The cashiers and clerks are always pleasant but hope you never have to deal with one of the Asst Store Managers. Management has absolutely no social skills in dealing with customers. Even when their own 800 number customer service contacted them they were still nonchalant and could care less about the customers problems. There are too many other places to shop even if I have to drive further. Save The Hassle and Drive to Meijer!

Was wondering if they have the sample cooking stations anymore. This gets people trying new creative meal ideas. Very clean and wow on the flower arrangements...best work I've seen at a great price.

3rd time I've run out of meds for my serious condition because the pharmacy never answers the phone and in the rare instance they do, they constantly delay the refill.You're best off going in, waiting in line, getting terrible customer service and 3 days later picking your meds up.Go to Walgreens

Always good deals and friendly staff. However, I hate that the employees smoke by the exit door. My husband has brittle health and isn't allowed to smoke or be around 2nd hand smoke and is exposed to it often by the employees. He is a lung and dialysis patient and cigarette smoke can cause him terrible problems.

Pharmacy is the worse. I understand they are short staffed but when my medicine was supposed to be done 2 days ago and now they changed it to tomorrow so 3 days late now. I called my doctor and he couldnt do anything. Kroger pharmacy does this again and I will go to a different pharmacy and I know they have lost quite a few customers already. Dont lie and say it will be done one day then of oh no sorry it will be done today and now possibly tomorrow. The pharmacy has went down the toliet! When you say someones prescription is ready then on a certain day on a certain time then make sure it is! GET WITH IT KROGER PHARMACY!!! Thank you!!

The new reset of the store is Terrible. The aisles have been shortened and they are carrying LESS items. The manager states that they are actually caring more. I am sorry but I don't believe that. Take a look ! It will take a while to get used to the new setup, but am very unsure of Kroger's intentions. I have lost some of my total support for the store.
