When I was younger my grandpa took me here all the time. It was my favorite place to get jerky, and him taking my there just made it even better! I’m glad I got to make memories with him in it. This place means so much to me because of the memory I get each time I remember it!

I'm not a farmer but I'm a customer of buying good quality meat from farmers. The farmers I deal with are from Delaware County Indiana and use Adair Processing. I think Adair is one of the greatest processing company's around east central Indiana. That's my opinion and a lot of other farmers opinion that I speak with. Adair Processing staff has always been very polite and easy to communicate with. They have always been very speedy with there process. I've never waited long for my order and the butchering has always been satisfactory. I highly recommend taken your live stock to this processing company.
