Nice place especially the lady at the receiving office very cool, but the dayshift fat boy at the guard check is insane, I had an appointment at 11:00am tried early at 9 am he returned me, I understand 2 hrs early may not work. I came back at 10:30am, to my dismay and wonder he told me again to return at 11am sharp, before I made U turn in the facility it was 10:45 and went straight to the Receiving office and the lady assigned me a door and empty within an hour! I gave them 3 stars, if not that Crazy boy they deserve 5 stars!

Receiving office is between Door 112&113.Unloaded within two hours. Just remember to watch for the green light bol will be in the back of the trailer when they finished.

6:15am appt. Yes I was late by 1 hour due to accident, only 1 other truck there and turn me around and come back at 5pm. No reason they couldn’t have got me in, they do not care about drivers, they go home everyday and treat us as peasants. I would understand if they were extremely booked. Will never deliver here again. Guess I’ll go home Next week instead now.

Don’t come early if u do the reciveing office will tel u to sit in your truck till your appointment then come back to office then u get it there I had a 9 an appointment was at window at 9 am no one came to the window or even knowledge that there where 2 drivers there starred at the wall and wouldent even look at us finally at 930 someone came to the window once at door unload gose pretty quick so three stars could be five if the office would get there game togeather but me personally will not come back here

We have been here a couple times & wish all DC’s were like this. Checked in 45 minutes before appointment and received dock door immediately. Offloaded within an hour. Very nice & respectful folks at the guard shack and receiving office.

Very disappointed the way they treat drivers. They have huge space and they don’t provide overnight parking spaces. McDonald’s parking spots isn’t big and full so I will not shop this company anymore. Only reason I gave 3 stars because they were fast unloading.

Very rude lady in the receiving office, I’ll never be back here again!!!!!! As much money as my daughter, son in law and myself spend at Tractor Supply (in Cordele, Tifton and Sylvester GA) I may be taking my business elsewhere now!!!!!PLUS I get to the DC in Pendleton,IN 45 minutes early and the lady also tells me to park and come back in at my appointment time……

There were 7 trucks waiting to get in and that equals 30 minutes wait time to get in the gate. Once you're in, it's easy, they tell you where to drop your loaded trailer and let you know that the empties are marked with a green tag. The guard shack lady was really friendly and helpful even while she working both sides.

Guard shack get you in and out fast on delivery. We're usually here no more than 15 minutes on a drop and hook trailer. No complaints. Just make sure you have your seal # and tractor # on BOL

My appointment was on early morning at 6 next day but m trying to call them they excepted my delivery before 1 day i called them and talk with them they are so nice there was a woman she’s name kally she was so nice she treated me very well 5 star

Sometimes the guard shack can run pretty fast, but lately it’s like 15-20 minutes per truck that should only take 5 minutes at the latest. I missed a load because how long it took me to get in, over a hour for 4 trucks...seriously?

5th morning training on a machine (stand up reach truck). Was told not to worry about speed and rates,just learn the machine and your job. These ARE NOT standard fork trucks or stand up trucks,the steering is completely counter intuitive than they are on a regular machine. I told them I had over 15 yrs verifiable experience on ACTUAL stand up trucks and forklifts. Told I had 60 days to learn machine and adjust to rate,5th day training and I was demoted and sent to order pick,I bumped a fence taking my truck to park it because I was frustrated at being demoted. They claim I did over $250 damage bumping a fence (didnt have my phone,so couldn't take a picture).Mind you,if you hit something too hard,these machines lock you out(shut down). Nothing but a scratch in the paint on the fence,no damage to truck except a little paint transfer. Covid Delta running wild and they want me to swab my mouth,NOT HAPPENING... Supervisors should listen to what somebody says and not what they want to hear; they have experience but not on this particular machine...There is a learning curve on any machine,I used to tell my guys that the expert in any field was once a beginner...So in short Joey(liar),Jose,and Clay need to get their act together and give a chance or don't. Mind you, I was still on my 6 hour training,not started 12 hr shifts yet. A man I talked to yesterday(name not stated to help him) told me DO NOT TRUST ANY SUPERVISOR HERE!! In short,be careful what you wish for because it may come true. I never demoted somebody for a mistake in my own business, and never will. This is the second machine I've been moved to inside of 36 hours,so I AM NOT an expert,but have more experience loading and unloading pallets than 3/4 of your staff,and and by next weekend you would have saw it. You act like your equipment is industry standard,it is not. Stupid to have a training period if you aren't allowed to train. I see you only respond to truck driver reviews, but I've vented and I'm done.As an update,tried calling the number associated with their response,it's a customer hotline and at the end, I finally spoke to somebody that transferred me to H.R. @ Pendleton,and low and behold,nothing but voicemail...I can't imagine why you have the turnover you have, my guys would work 16 hrs and laugh and joke the entire shift.

20 minutes to check in 1 truck is really ridiculous. Especially when you have a line of trucks going in backed up all the way out onto the road leading to the place. Would give negative stars if possible.

This place is not a good place to work cause they do not care about their employees, they only care about there stock holders. So if your thinking about working in there think again, ur under paid and they don't even care about you, ur just a number to them

its a pretty nice place to work. the only downside is 2 20 minute breaks and being on your feet for 8 hours. Other than that the pay is good and the people are nice.
