They r so compassionate and caring. My 17 yr old daughter's emotional support animal Siamese 4 yr old cat had fluid in his lungs, incurable. And she was devastated. They were so kind and caring. Even the vet was , cuz she went thru same thing with her cat. My daughter beyond upset . . I take my dogs here as well as my son and his animals. They r awesome.

I took my cattledog, Chronos, to check out his leg and everyone was beyond nice to us. They really took the time to hear my concerns and check him out. He loved every person he got to meet and he had the best time. Some of the kindest staff ever and I appreciate everything they did for us during our visit! 🐶🐾 thank you!

Parker Vet was awesome. My little Yorkie Bonnie was really ill last week and I called them and they saw her the next morning. No waiting time at all till they called us in. Dr. Pritchard and her assistant were so kind and helpful. They were so gentle with Bonnie and caring. They had her on the road to recovery in no time. I highly recommend them. Friendly, but also very knowledgeable.

My dog had been throwing up for 2 weeks. I took her in to Parker and after X-ray found out she had an obstruction in her stomach. Two days later she was in in surgery and they pulled out hair and bones from something she ate. She is recovering nicely.

This is the best veterinarian around. My family and my friends have always gone here. And it has the best hours. The are a walk in office that sees animals like they are their own. I always feel like I am the only one there even when the entire waiting area is full. Check in is easy and checking out is quick too.

I’ve used the veterinary services in Parker for years. I’ve watched them grow, expand, add, and update their practice to meet the needs of their clients. Along with the rest of all businesses, prices have changed. I’ve wondered many times why people think animal hospitals should give away their services and time. Do people really not understand the amount of medical training they’ve had? I’ve never walked into a physicians appointment and expected free consultation and medication. The staff has gotten me in for emergencies, treated me with kindness and helpfulness. Dr Margaret Thornburg has saved more of my rescue cats than I can list. She listens, is attentive, and is a cat whisperer. I can’t imagine anyone having a different opinion or experience that couldn’t be worked out. Am I a number one fan? You betcha!!!

I used to like the Parker Vet. But this week, we scheduled an appointment and when we arrived, there was no place to park. I called the front desk and she said “Did you go around the back?” We did. “Well there should be parking.” That was it. So we canceled . They also misdiagnosed a brain tumor on our dog and we had to have her put to asleep at the emergency clinic on a weekend because she was suffering. Our dog’s eyes weren’t dilating and she was running into walls. The emergency vet knew what was wrong immediately. We’re going to a different vet now.

They have lost their touchTwice now we have gone there and we’re less than 10 minutes late. I got a voicemail that said our appointment was 30 min later than the time I showed. I drive 40 minutes because this was my favorite vet for a decade. Now they refuse to see you if your are even one minute late. And then refuse to reschedule same day after you have made the drive. I offered both times to hang around for an hour in town to grab another time or wait until they could squeeze me in. They were rude and not flexible. And there was literally no one in the parking lot for over 30 minutes!!I worry that after the remodel they lost their family focus. They lack compassion and listening skills.
