Very good place to support if you don't support locally owned businesses and appreciate broke people being prosecuted in a heavy handed way.There is a rumor that Salem Walmart would prosecute Jesus Christ for theft for ripping the first blank page out of a bible and taking it.

Always long lines at self checkout due to only 1 or 2 real employeel on register to check out customers an many employees standing around an the night shift floor associate is so rude to customers at 11 she tells an elderly lady she can put her things in bags outside we are closed an helped kinda pushing lady out the doors at 1103pm smh horrible disrespectful humans now a days

Upon check out, it was late and I was trying to be fairly quick, i scanned my products in the self check out and apparently I scanned them too fast. Customer service rep had to assist and accused me of stealing! I told her to go over everything i had so far, it was all there. She scanned quite a few items herself after that and threw them down on my bags. I tried asking her something when she was finished and but she walked away mid sentence. I believe she was recording me and my children the rest of the time we were there. Rudest Walmart employee ever!

What can you say it's Walmart? Sometimes you see crazy looking people it's a good place to shop. I didn't see any crazy people today an bit Disappointed :)

Walmart in Paoli. Good,but interesting organization of the space. It is smallest market than in Corydon or in Salem. But anyway, I found all groceries that I needed.

Store is clean and well organized. Everything we needed was in stock and employees were seen multiple places willing to help. Down side is that there were only 4 or 5 check outs that were not self scans (which they had at least 8 of). I dont usually mind self scan but when you are getting alcohol it is annoying. Or when you are in a hurry. There were long lines at the other check outs. So to abide by social distancing we went uscan. The cashier was under age so we had to wait for someone else to come check id. Definitely dont come if you want to fet in and out quickly.

Not price matching ANYTHING was news to me (don't shop at Walmart often, and now another reason to avoid). And the lady at "customer service" would not even look me in the eye to explain my legitimate questions while my 2 year old was screaming. She rolled her eyes often and was condescending when she spoke to the ONE associate that was going out of her way to assist me. This store lacks customer service. This business lacks customer service. Does anyone actually have an enjoyable Walmart experience??

I've had to lower this rating , from Florida and back I haven't found an old fashioned Great customer service Walmart it has declined so much , the few people they have working usually have no knowledge of the store and barely any of there sections , most just shun you off like their to busy to do their job

I generally always shop the Walmart in Paoli because it is more convenient for me and I know where things are at in this store. I was in a couple of weeks ago to do my last minute shopping for my trip to Rome. I needed some leggings and sweaters which I bought and my daughter told me to buy a boar brush, which I had no idea what that was. She showed me hers which was a rounded brush that said boar on the handle, which I couldn't find, so I just bought a rounded brush. That's not a boar brush, I found out (Walmart did have them, I just didn't know that it was the bristles that I needed to be concerned about, not the shape of the brush)

Over all I would say it's a good store for shopping. However your electronics department could use a little more knowledge and experience possibly more training. Cell phones particularly.

Very great store. Prices are low. Always have great sells. Deli food is absolutely amazing. There are 2 very kind cashiers a women named Kristy and another women. They were able to help me locate items and cash out difficult transactions.

Everything has been relocated in the store. You will spend more time searching for what you need than actually shopping. This Walmart has been demoted to the Home and Grocery category. It has been tied to the proverbial tree, and now someone needs to end its suffering. If you ask an employee where something is, you may be acknowledged, but they aren't going to send you in the right direction because they don't have any idea where things are located, either. And why should they? They just work there. Save your time and your sanity. Shop Dollar General or drive to an actual grocery store.

The staff at the Sellersburg Walmart were just great people. They I gave us food and water and my dog food for free and helped me activate a new phone bc mine were this man's old while in Indiana after fleeing Kentucky. I wish people like the staff at this Walmart were here in Michigan.

Dropped my cell phone at Walmart, not sure if it was inside or outside but did not realize until 30 minutes later it was missing. Because I was working, I asked my husband if he would stop by the service desk and see if someone had turned it in. Not only had it been turned in but the lady at the service desk made sure it was ours by asking for the password to get into it. I appreciate the responsibility of someone turning it in and the service desk and making sure the phone went to the right person. Forever grateful.
