My wife and I went to this store we bought two items that were in the ad the ad had no reservation or no limit on the product yet they had to ring up the both products separately and different transactions the cashier and the assistant store manager were great they were very patient I'm sorry that the people behind us had to wait they need to be more clear on their ad restrictions 😒

My last visit was a joke! I paid for 2 large bags of ice, (after a power outage) the 4 bags in cooler had frozen to the bottom. A simple swap of 6 small bags, perfect and send customer, me in this case, on way ;with a smile; NO! 20 minutes later after the employees used hammers and pry tools andtugged and pulled and still stuck. I had to go back inside, get in line even, wait for a refund on 2 lrg bags so I can pay for 6 small, a whole total of 26 cents. It's frozen water people!! It was on July 4th and they was busy, so was I, and I had to fill out a return form, wait on the refund, and then buy 6 bags. Really made me mad to have to get out my ID and sign my name on that form because of......no fault of my own. When I finally got my ice paid for, there was 4 plus people in line at both registers. And it took both cashier's to look at my ID and tell me where to sign. 26 cents!

Went there yesterday, August 5, 2019 to get some Swanson beef or chicken broth...the date was....2018. Another one was August 6, 2019....didn't want either one..lot of items are out dated.

Serious staffing issues and/or management problems make the store hours very loose. They can have normal hours one day and be totally closed the next day without warning.

This is as good a Dollar General as any of them and probably better than a lot of them. It’s a Dollar General - we got what we wanted and the service was fast and friendly.
