Dr. Keffer and her team provide incredible service! They are so very friendly and professional. One of my cats recently became ill very quickly and I had to take him to Purdue for emergency treatment after a referral from Dr. Keffer. She continued to follow up and I could tell that she was genuinely concerned about him even after he left her care. My sister is a veterinarian in another state which makes me a bit of a “high maintenance client” since I am always getting a second opinion. Dr. Keffer totally understands and is so patient with me. Excellent practice and incredible care for your fur babies!

Excellent vet services!! Great staff that are great with your pet! Some vets seem like it's just a job, not this vet, they all love your pet and are so good with them. Dr keefer knows what she's doing with my Bulldogs. Soooooooo happy I switched to her!!

My sons senior cat had to have teeth removed and instead of just taking them all they left 3. And said they can pull them later. They charged for food to take home and didn’t even ask if we wanted it, the cat won’t eat it, I can understand why it’s so chunky. Then when you take in multiple kitten at one visit they charge for a office visit for each kitten. It was a simple exam just needed antibiotics for upper respiratory. They are only about money, my sons cat almost died because of them.

I wish there were more stars! Dr. Keffer and staff had never met our family or our 14 1/2 year old lab. Unfortunately we met this wonderful vet during our darkest day. The amount of compassion and love shown by the staff was immeasurable!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there and guiding us. When the time comes to add a new fur baby....we will be part of the Heartland family for sure! I cannot recommend this vet enough!

I cannot rave enough about this vet. We moved here from New Mexico with 2 large dogs who live an active lifestyle (and are exposed to a lot of issues due to that - parasites, ticks, etc.) and they have taken such good care of our pups. They are very informative about preventative options, are quick with diagnoses, have very affordable treatments compared to our vets in New Mexico, and are so awesome with their customer service. I wish I could transplant their office to NM when we move back!

The staff here are so wonderful, loving, and caring. They take great care of my pets and Dr. Keffer lets you drop off samples, buy products through them or vetsource, gives out coupons, and does price matching on products which is a real money saver. She has a great personable and friendly manner towards pets and humans alike. She responds to after hour messages and genuinely cares for her patients, always asking how they're doing. Today I had to say goodbye to my Dora. I called Heartland and could hardly talk through my tears and pain yet they were very patient with me while it took everything in me to say what I needed. The staff was very understanding and caring from the time we walked in the door, spent more time with our cat had the procedure done and left.
