I went to this location in search of a concrete obelisk statue, but the woman in the office didn’t know what an obelisk was and seemed annoyed that I was asking. I even showed her a photo and she said they'd never had anything like that. The thing is the object in the photo was the obelisk from the garden of my old house which I’d bought at The Concrete Lady two years before. They even had the matching pedestal I’d bought which was embossed with a wreath right in front of the office. My partner and I felt uncomfortable with this haggard woman’s unpleasant demeanor. Perhaps she was just having an unpleasant afternoon, but we wouldn’t recommend this place.

Several items on the buffet were cold. The man cutting the roast beef couldn't speak English and didn't understand medium. Servers were not friendly. Children were out of control. One was throwing cupcakes at other kids. No baked potatoes, but other vegetables were pretty good

Helpful people, lots of different pieces! We went for a dinosaur and came home with 2! It is lovely to be able to walk the lot and look at everything with zero pressure or sales people following you around.Loved the painted and unpainted options and the upfront price book. We will be back on a warmer day to explore the rest of items.

This place is amazing!!! I’m so thankful we stumbled across Sam @ the concrete lady! Their customer service is absolutely amazing! I fell in love with the birdbath that I saw online, was able to do everything through email and over the phone, and even though my birdbath wasn’t in stock… They made one just in time for us to pick up while we were passing through town! I am so pleased with our who experience! We hadn’t planned on making a 4 hour round trip drive just to buy a few concrete items - but I wouldn’t give my money to anyone else at this point! We will definitely be doing business there again!

There is a great selection of concrete figures at this location. However you cannot drive your car back to look at them. you have to walk, if you have difficulty walking up and down hills, it will be very difficult for you to shop here. we drove all the way there to buy a concrete figure and were told we could not drive around to look for want we wanted. As the result of a recent back surgery, I could not walk any distance. so we turned around and went to the concrete place on I65. Because of this inconvenience, I cannot recommend this place.

I've purchased from them SEVERAL years and find them to be gentle, local people ... theyre willing to help with the right approach. Don't be a JERK when you're there .. there's plenty to see and WALKING is the BEST way to reveiw all their concrete items. I've NEVER had any problems with them and we are still enjoying the LARGE statues and figurines we have purchsed from them, since 2003 > I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! The best place to purchase your concreeteat FAIR prices!
