Although the store is dated and could probably use some remodeling it's always clean and the employees are very helpful and kind. They offer hot food options like fried chicken, fish, potato wedges, pizza, etc. The food is always fresh and very good. There is an outdoor covered area with tables for eating. I can't say anything negative about the place.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. I love the pizza. Yeah it is a bit more pricy, but it is convenient. A really nice out in the middle of nowhere store.

Nice staff except for the one girl works in morning she is nice to some people and rude to others makes me fill like I'm doing something wrong food is good out of deli but pricey I buy cigarettes and gas there the main guy is really helpful we will try to please customers polite

Pirates has the best fish! Just be sure to get it early, 11am or so is a good time. I originally thought it was catfish but it isn't. It's lightly breaded with a great combination of spices and cooked up perfectly. The potato wedges are amazing too. Chicken tenders are excellent. The pizza is pretty good too.

Very Friendly. Nice selection of a variety Hot Foods made in store daily. They have a selection of snacks, drinks, small grocery items, and other miscellaneous items. You can purchase lottery and tobacco products. They even sale fishing bait! It’s a small town connivence store and gas station. In fact it’s the only place that sells gas in Otisco. So if you’re low on gas I would suggest stopping in. It’s about 10 miles until you hit another fuel station.

This is the BEST Gas Station in Indian!! Nicest employed ever, Once We had ordered a pizza at 8:10 on a Sunday and 8:00 is their closing time but they still made us a pizza. GREATEST GAS STATION IN INDIANA!

The food and service here is great. They have some of the best pizza, especially for a gas station. Their fish is also pretty good. They have pretty good chicken wings and chicken strips, as well as super good potato wedges.

I love this little store and hopes it stays in business. It has deft changed for the best. All it needs to have is more people to keep giving it business. If you are ever here in my little town please stop by. I was a cousin of the original owner and hated that Betty had to sell. I just love having a little store that has decent prices right across the highway from my house so please keep it open. I give it a 5+ it is a great little store.

If you're nearby you have to stop in for their fish, chicken, fried mushrooms, pizza or breakfasts. They have delicious food, gas, propane, beer, vapes, cbd and the quick necessities.

The store in Otisco, Indiana , in the past few years has had a bad reputation. Being a convenience store it basically had nothing to offer so it closed down a few times over the past few years . But now, under New ownership This place has drastically taken a change! This place is now actually a convenience store. It offers a great variety of things. From a piece of gum to a piece of hot catfish and Hot biscuits and gravy in the mornings. It's a great place to visit, a great place to shop and a great place to eat . Very, Very, nice!!

Almost every week. I buy there awesome Chicken & Fish YUMMY YUMMY GOOD And they carry the Lottery up there. They also have a place in there to enjoy your meal's like Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Etc.👍👍👍👍

I wish I could give less than one star. I am a long time resident of otisco. I have always enjoyed living here until this store was taken over by its current owners. The employees pick and choose who they want to be polite to. They have been SO rude to me every time that I have gone in. I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich once, something that my aunt got the day before with no problem, and they told me NO! What do you mean NO? it’s my sandwich. They told me that they would not give me extra sauce because the sandwich would be too sweet. Sorry not sorry sir, but that is NOT your choice to make. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal, if I wouldn’t have sent my aunt down there the day before to get the same sandwich, they gave her the extra sauce, no questions asked.SO RUDE! I won’t even go in there anymore. I’d rather go all the way to Charlestown than deal with them.(This is only ONE of the occasions that they were rude to me, I could go on forever)

Owners dont speak best english. but if they dont have something you want just ask and they will do their best to get it.....i got them to get a dippin dots vendor soo anything possible for them.also has About the same pricing of a dollar store

If I could rate lower then 1 star I would, the heavier guy caused a huge scene cause I handed him $2 in quarters. He slammed the change on the counter and yelled at me. So rude, they are named pirates for a reason and it's cause they steal our money then cry if they have to count a few quarters.
