Megan and Stephanie have been very supportive and helpful to me. They took time to get to know my dogs (through the years I've had 3 different dogs come for daycare and boarding). They engage with the dogs and all of my dogs loved coming to Best Friends!!

My husky is a day care reg, and he ALWAYS pulls me through the door when we arrive in the morning - he loves it there and being with his friends. AND ... he's worn out when he comes home (a win for dad!), so I know he's getting plenty of exercise. He also is a client for grooming and for boarding on occasion, and I never have to worry about him. He loves the staff there and they treat him like he's their own. Great place! Great care! Super people!

Great discount rates for 2 dogs sharing the same kennel. I was also very pleased with the grooming services. My dogs are always very excited to be dropped off, which was not the case with a previous boarding location. I highly reccomend their services!

I picked up my grand puppy here after she was groomed. They did an amazing job with her. She had a huge fear of groomers after a very bad experience, but they were able to completely groom her into a beautiful little girl again!! Highly recommend!!!!

These girls are wonderful!! Megan has taken care of our Cooper for many years! He comes home after each visit well groomed and so happy!! We love her!! Thank you for always putting your heart in your work, it shows!!

Took our two dogs there and the older one was unable to walk when we picked them up after being groomed. It's a day later and she still can't hardly walk and won’t eat. Don't know what happened to her back legs but seems to have been injured pretty bad.would not recommend this groomer. Been going here for years and never a problem till now. Don't know if this is a new owner since we were there last year but our dog was fine when we dropper her off and couldn't walk when we picked her up. She weighs 120# and we had to carry her into the house when we took her home

The front desk ladies are always so kind! However, both times we have had our dog groomed, she has come back with an injury that THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE. She had a razor burn/cut on her groin the first time. Her nail was significantly bleeding after getting her nails cut this second time. Communication would have changed my review and opinion of the groomers.

Very professional staff and obviously loves animals! My dog is a rescue and is nervous about new places, but Megan is very comforting to Honey. Honey looks fabulous and is calm after her bath and grooming. We’ve been going to Megan since we adopted Honey and highly recommend her services!

Our pups love this place! It's one of the few places that they know as soon as I pull into the drive. They get excited and make a beeline for the door to get inside.Every time they come home from daycare you can see how happy they were for a good day and how tired they were from all the play.We can't think this place enough for the service that they offer.
