Is what it is, small store friendly sometimes usually have to wait in line due to one lane opened and high and low prices depending what you need. Will look at you like you are a criminal if you start taking pictures to review the store. Go else to get your stuff like Batesville or Milan alot more friendly at these stores.

A great little small town grocery store. They have most of the same products and all the great deals that any Kroger will usually have along with the use of your Kroger plus card. I usually get our pop from here because they will usually circulate through the 3 12 packs for $10 or the 3 12 packs for $12 and things like that.Good place to get meats and fresh produce. There is a red box DVD rental unit out front and like Kroger you can purchase money orders or pay your bills up front at the customer service counter. You can depend on great hometown people and friendly employees. I remember years ago when we were a young family just after Christmas we were struggling to pay the bills and I approach the manager and asked if she could learn me just enough groceries to make supper and meals for the next day and I would pay for it the following day. When I return to pay the debt see simply told me it was already taken care of. So 10 stars to this place from me! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Update: 24APR2023This store has gotten much worse the past few years. At first I blamed post-COVID economics and job market, but things are not getting better.There are still some helpful employees, but most of them act like you're being a nuisance if you ask them a question.Tonight, I needed to stop for some other stuff and thought I'd see if they had some of their spicy wings. They did, so I waited at the counter to order them. The woman working the deli ignored me for a few minutes while she boxed up chicken and answered the phone. When she finally got to me, I said I wanted all the wings {there were 10 or 12}. She said, "Half of those are spoken for" and wouldn't sell them to me!Very poor service.==========Decent supply of the basics, plus a pretty good deli. Certainly not the same number of choices you'll find at Kroger, but not bad for a small town.We can get most of the stuff we need here and get the stuff they don't have a large choice of (bakery, fresh seafood, frozen foods) when we're near one of the bigger stores.The staff is always helpful and friendly.

While this is a smaller location than what we are used to, all of the staff members were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The lady that assisted us in the deli was amazing and we look forward to trying her fried chicken! The pricing was very comparable to other locations and the sale items were fantastic. We will definitely be returning to shop with them in the future.

First off. The people are nice ,and helpful,but the deli is a joke! I was there @ 12:20 the chicken was nasty looking. The sides were all crusty,and I couldn't even identify what it was. Management is letting the store roll down hill.

The Osgood Jay C is the best store around! They've got the best prices, a super nice staff, and a very clean, organized store. They have the best fried chicken and potato wedges around too, better than almost any restaurant!

Don't buy steaks here. I have never bought a good one. There T-shirt are as tough as leather and at $10.00 per steak, it's theft by deception in my opinion. The rest of their good are up to standard and the staff is nice and helpful. The beef is sub par. Yuk!

Usually we shop at Milan JayC....always a good experience❤ and love the JayC stores.Last 2 months went to this store in Osgood 4 times...sadly same experience:( lacking customer service.Workers rushing around walking in front of you, reaching over you...saying excuse me in rude tons...boxes everywhere can not even get items needed easily.. I realize stocking shelves are important however but could be done in a friendly manner because customers are what makes a business. And when go during a non "busy time" stand in line for some one to find a cashier as customer line backs up.I am not normally the one who complains...I love to let others know when customer service is amazing...but this time must be said customer service is lacking!#! And makes me not want to shop there unless necessity.I hope changes are made...because love Jayc stores.✨Also on a side note the guy stocking meat was extremely polite helpful and still productive . A great example to others how the store should be stocked.

Every Thursday my husband bring me (23 weeks pregnant) chicken and mac-n-cheese. And it's always perfect chicken and creamy dreamy mac. The ppl who work in deli r absolutely amazing. I wld put them in my will. Lol I love my town

It's a nice enough supermarket but some of the selection is slim and it was unreasonably cold inside. The employees are friendly and helpful though, I feel bad for them because it feels like an igloo in there.

I went to the osgood store to pay my electric bill the 2 women was rude not only that they refused to help me 3 times..then in front of a store full of people said something about well we can't if ur in disconnect or have been shut off! I wasn't in either...but milan is great

Convenient! Some Kroger products. Has become my store of choice for groceries if I don't feel like getting out to Walmart or Aldi's. It's 7-8 min ride from my house.

Store was picked through. Truck had not yet arrived. Store is small with a limited selection. I am surprised since this a Kroger based store. Kroger needs to invest in the area of the county.
