Always Friendly, Always helpful, but it's very difficult to maneuver around the store . Boxes and carts everywhere, All the time . I understand staffing shortages but maybe they should actually look into all the applications they have and do not even attempt to interview. I've heard three different people that I know personally say they put in an application and for unknown reasons wasn't even given the chance to interview but they can't even get all the stock out away before the next truck shows up

The absolute worst DG on earth. Twice I have ran up there this week only for there to be a temporarily closed sign with multiple employees walking around inside.The people are rude, and you have a very small chance of them having what you are looking for. You will be better served by the DG in Napoleon or Versailles. I guess they hate money in osgood?

I like when I see the same ppl at this store because it's important to keep the ppl that live in our little town employed, but in jc foods they r having a hard time keeping ppl and that's because they can be rude to the ppl that work there. Jason from jc needs an attitude adjustment.

Good for quick shopping trips or to get something you really need but not bad enough to drive 20 miles for (DG is at the end of my street, so convenience plays a big part in my review).

the store manager is very rude hateful n mean i asked him about a sale n he stoold there shaking his head n i said wth is that mean n he walked awAy he dilikes me for the fact of penny shopping and i prive him wrong alot n he dont like to be wrong the store is ok on cleanliness could b better n there a old lady who does cashier n she is rude also i asked for the rest room key n i thought ahe didnt hear me went to say again n she threw the key at me

Not a bad place but the staff are not the most friendly. The staff make the store, if they are rude and glaring all the time that gives the store a bad rap. Their current staff just cost the store three stars!

Very rude customer service. I showed up at 9:55 to get toliet paper and they had already locked the doors. Don't advertise that you close at 10pm when you don't!!! I work at a grocery store and we don't ever do that we even let people come in after sometimes when they only need to get a few things. I'm very disappointed!!!!!

I prefer the Versailles store to it's Osgood counterpart. I've had multiple issues with an older lady that works at this location and the store is small and sometimes hard to maneuver.

I try to go to every dollar store seems like most of them are different and the stuff they handle but you get good deals no matter what and they take coupons

The employees are always polite and kind of the member of management the one that's over at the whole store usually not got a very good customer Rapport attitude but the other sure do

Had to wait for 10 minutes for casher other people there stayed in back room while 1 casher working people lined up for while. Not very good service

Good but the prices on you gift bags are awful over $4 dollars wow so I left dollar tree it is or I can make them for less

It's a Dollar general. It's a little bit crowded with inventory. The employees are generally nice, and helpful.
