I try to support my locals but the prices are absolutely ridiculous, 79.99 for a propane tank purchase when you can go right down to Walmart and buy the same thing for $46 with tax. Come on Chris get real

Sometimes I wish I could spend the day here just to learn everything I can from them! I would love to see them do diy workshops. I would attend!

Truly amazing! I walked into the store and said, "show me what you can do like you did in the commercial" and I was not let down. He helped me put together a piece that worked for my boat! I thanked him, the only thing that I didn't do was ask his name. Sorry for that!! Thank you so much!

I don't think I've ever walked in the door without asking if I need any help finding anything. I'm not a big fan of Ace/True Value's (mostly overpriced on everything) so I tend to avoid it, but it's conveniently close so I've been there 20+ times in the last few years. Regardless, I can honestly say I've never been anywhere, literally anywhere, with the level of friendly service they provide at this location.

All new people this time i went in, they always take you to what u need not these lazy guys. I bought 1/4-20 3 inch long @ 1.15$ each. I bought 16 almost 18 $??? At menards 24 count box 6.84$ hi prices so their lazy employees can get paid to do nothing. I lived in o.c. all my life even the hardware sucks now

Simply the best hardware store in town. They have the best service, and fair prices on anything you need to finish your project. A+++You will get lost in Lowe's or Menards and never find anybody to help you... you'll spend an hour just looking for what you need just to save a buck or two. no thanks.This is the place to go. I would gladly pay a little more to get the best customer service around, you will be treated like royalty when entering the store.I have been coming here for 20 years and leave with a smile on my face every time.

Great experience. Had tried bigger "box" store but didn't get the help or direction I needed. It pays to go to an actual hardware store. Cost was less than $2 for what I needed compared to over $10 at other store.

Greatest service of any hardware store- always somebody standing there to ask if they can help you. And they know their stuff, give lots of advice, and they always seem to have what you want even though they are a fraction of the size of the big-box stores.

I have been dealing with Mike and now Chris for several years.They stand behind what they sell and customer service is a example of what the big boys could learn from. ( I hate stores with self checkout and will avoid if possible)I WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Their stock of the unusual nuts, bolt, screws and fittings is a notch above the rest.You can be expect to be waited on and not have a finger pointed in the general direction by someone who doesn't have a clue of what you need or a understanding of the products.If they don't have it they will go out of the way to do their best to get it for you.The merchandise is of good quality which is important to me.They have went out of their way for me recently which I will never forget.I ran across this review to shop online and just had to take the time out to say thank you.
