My mom USED to take her 2 dogs there, until about almost 2 mos ago. My mom (who has dementia and is in end stage renal failure) was devastated with her last visit. When she went to pick up her dogs, the lady informed her that she treated both dogs for fleas and charged her $30 extra. Now keep in mind, she NOT ONCE notified her that there was an issue with fleas and took it upon herself to treat them before finding out if they had already been treated. She couldn't even tell my mom what she treated them with.When I took my mom to pick up the dogs, I couldn't believe how DOWNRIGHT RUDE she was with my mom, and wouldn't even assist in bringing the dogs out. She wouldn't let me help. My mom had to attempt it on her own with a walker!! If she was that rude to my mom, we can only imagine how the dogs were treated while they were there.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR PETS TO THIS PLACE!!!

She has taken care of four of my dogs and she does a beautiful job. Kim always tells you if there was any problem but there never is. My dogs love to see Kim. Thank you.

These ladies are great, they do an awesome job and my dog doesn't seem to mind going there which tells me they treat her well. I would recommend them to anyone
