My car key broke the other day and Ace in North Webster gave me the best service! I had 3 different people helping put my key back together, until they found a key they could make me. The service was great and they sent me safely on my way!

This store is so convenient, easy to ship, and always has someone on hand to help you with your question or to find what you are looking for. I highly recommend stopping here first before you waste your time and energy on the big box stores.

i love this store. everyone is very helpful and friendly. and i am not treated like i know nothing and should be home baking because i am a woman or like a butch lesbian because i’m looking at power tools. they have an awesome selection of basically everything and the prices aren’t salty. i love me a good hardware store but this Ace definitely stands out above the others!

The sign out front says they have everything and I believe it. We were looking for an item we could not find anywhere but they had it in their Boat area. For a store that carries so many items it was easy to navigate because large signs direct you to where you need to go. The staff is also knowledgeable and helpful to meet any needs. Their outside area is equally large and well staffed.

Wonderful staff that is there to answer any of your questions and help find what you need. Some of the employees and many customers do not wear masks, but I kept mine on even though I am fully vaccinated. Until our covid numbers go down lower, I would prefer the masks to be enforced but I understand that as an individual store policy at this time.

When I always go in there it is always filled with helpful and polite employees. The manager there was hire great workers because they are always thinking about the needs of the customer. My family always goes there for small items to fix our boat, grill, and camper when in need of replacing a part.

I enjoy going to this store. The employees are very nice and helpful. For a small store they have a great selection. I would give a 5 star but the prices can be a little high where I catch myself wondering if I want to go there or possible somewhere else, but hey, small town stores...you pay for convenience

Pretty good place, but what really sells this place is that they have some basic lumber in stock (more than you'd think), a decent garden section, and I was able to rent a rototiller through them.

Ace hardware is hands down one of the best local stores you can go to. The customer service is the greatest and the most friendliest I have ever dealt with. The big box stores have their place but nothing will beat your local Ace hardware store.Try it and you will see for yourself.

Glad this place is here ! Can be a real life saver. In a pinch this place usually has what you need to get the job done. The people here are very friendly and couteous. Very helpful. Can be expensive but when your away from the big city your really glad they are here.

I really like the store, there are really knowledgeable staff who will help in the aisles, and they hire really nice high school kids for the registers. They are always vary pleasant. Also Popcorn
