Well where does a person start with this place, I guess dirty, the store doesn't make you feel like it would have clean fresh foods, and it doesn't. The produce is old and wrinkled, the fruit is moldy, the salad is sad and brown. A lot of the meat is grey, doesn't smell good, and if the back where they cut and package it, looks anything like the rest of the place, no thanks.

Nice grocery for small town. Supplies the essentials for quick pickup. The prices are high compared to groceries in towns with competition. My most recent visit, I did notice some of the meats were outdated or near outdated and some had already turned brown. Could improve on restocking and rotating perishable products. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a very good store! It is clean and they have a very good selection of fruits, vegetables and other food. Their brand of food is really good as well. We didn't buy any meat but when I do need meat we will go their to buy it. We seen some really good deals. I'm very happy we went to this store.

Good store. Not my go to shopping center because they have the highest prices in town, but a good store. Lots of deals with the app card available. Always clean and friendly

Nice store, prices were not bad but not great. S Produce section was small, but it's located in a small town so understandable. I was impressed with the kindness of the staff.

Have been in 4 or 5 times, the rudest kids work here. No smiles or greetings, act like they are mad when you come through the line. Can't even say you're welcome after I thank them, just glare. Retail isn't for everyone, and definitely not for the kids they have working. Will just go to Warsaw from now on.

Expensive. But, nice selection, nice small size to zip through...if you are visiting the area come with provisions as this is the only grocery store in town! Very friendly workers, and easy to pick up hot broasted chicken or bloody mary mix, or Chai tea. Who knew?

I'm back in town for a few days. I always love this store. Great meats. Bought 3 baby-back ribs. Super! Can't wait to smoke them next week. If I was going to be here longer I'd have bought their t-bone and NY strip steaks. On sale and looked awesome!

I want to shout out Debbie (sp), and her colleagues, who were some of the nicest neighbors you can ask for. Not that you have many choices for groceries in Syracuse or N. Webster, but they make ya feel right at home ❤️ 10/10 recommend

Clean and well stocked. It was a nice change of pace from places like Walmart and Krogers. Only deducted one star for higher prices, but that atmosphere is what you are paying for. No crazytown people in here. We really liked it. Great place to get in and out quickly!

Convenient and friendly service and many fresh items that are on sale all the time. Seasonally a little higher prices as it is located on a busy lake resort area, the prices do waiver for the better in the off season for many items. Like all things food and living they are getting more expensive like anywhere else around us

I am from out of town and needed some grocery and other I tems for a camp out. Needed to shop twice at lances. They had everything l wanted, fair prices, staff was super helpful, and l even found fresh sweet corn at a bargain to feed the volunteers setting up In advance for the camp out, as well as appropriate gifts for a surprise bridal shower hosted at the camp out.By the way, I purchased a gift card for the soon-to-bride. My clerk had it activated and there was no problem. (Unlike the complaint about such in another review)It was a very positive experience both times. Local people hosting the camp out highly recommended Lance’s as well.

I live in Syracuse,but I will drive to N.Webster to go to Neighborhood fresh. The employees are much more courteous and helpful. The selection in meats and prices are better.The store is played out better as well. I would refer all my friends to the N.Webster store. Most definitely my store of choice.

Wonderful customer service. The deli is the best for salads, lunch meat and more. Always fresh. If you can't find something just ask, the staff is great and always happy to help find it. The personal concept of service is here at New Market in North Webster.

Nice clean small town grocery, haven't been there in a while so I'm not sure if prices were on target, or high because it's a small town....and COVID doesn't help! But it has all you could possibly need if you couldn't get to a Wal-Mart or Meijer or if you didn't want 6walk a large one stop store.

I have lived in Denver for 7 years now. Whenever I come home to Syracuse/North Webster, I look forward to the cinnamon raisin biscuits at the grocery store. I went in to get some this weekend, and she said they didn't have any. I told her how much I looked forward to those biscuits when I come home, and she saw how sad I was. The baker, Nanette, asked me how long I would be in town, and she would bake me some! So she made two special orders of cinnamon raisin biscuits and even put extra icing on them! This was so far above and beyond what anyone would expect that I just had to write this to say thank you! Nanette and the rest of the bakery staff are the best!

I like the store and staff. Prices are a little high, and the hamburger can be very disappointing as it's not very fresh and goes bad within a day or two after buying. We have actually bought an it and went to use it as soon as we got home just to be disappointed in the fact the outside of package was nice and red, when middle was the grayish brown and stunk! We shop there alot, and feel we have wasted our money so many times on the hamburger, we hesitate big time if we want to buy it or not.

Great staff! Groceries priced too high example Dean's Gallon Milk usually a dollar more than next door at Dollar general. Meat quality is lacking. But it is more convenient at times than driving to Wally world if you're in a pinch.

Feel theire prices are way too high for most itemsI they don't have much variety. The staff are usually friendly. When I was there this past time didn't have a bagger. I I had to do it and put my own groceries in my cart. Tha cashier wasn't very nice and didn't seem to care.

Dont consider this my stock the pantry place to shop, but awesome for quick trips or those weekends on the lake. Great deli lunch and chicken. Fabulous Steak and chop selection with Stellar deals on multi/family packs for those beer, grill and back deck kinda nights.Unlike walmart, you dont have to spend money and click in to work at New market. Checkout and Bagging free of charge!!!😁
