Dislike the unclean atmosphere. Counters, floors, and machines have been filthy for many months now. Flys are all over inside the building even in the winter. Try to use the order ahead app and end up spending twice as long to receive your food. As in the case of my last visit. I ordered my food 20 minutes before arriving at the location. I pull into line only to follow 4 other cars to the side parking because we ALL had app orders which STUPIDLY are NOT created until you reach the store. I had ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and onion rings which takes this place normally 20 minutes plus to make in the first place. Then I was expected to wait inline behind 4 other app orders which should also have been pre-made. However they have NO problem CHARGING you full amount as soon as you make this order. Therefore I had to wait for a refund to come days later after refusing to wait over 30 minutes for my food to be made following the 20 minutes that had already passed since I was CHARGED for the order. This makes NO sense of any sort to me.

40 bucks for 3 shakes and a couple 6 pieces chicken strip baskets is nuts especially when the all the food is cold and the onion rings are cooked to death. I get it, inflation is hitting everywhere, prices are rising but if you are going to charge people what is basically 3 hrs worth of work for alot of folks you could at least make sure the food is good.

Had an issue with the pos system in this location. Our order didn't go through. To the cooks . So we didn't receive our order in a timely fashion. The team went out of their way to make it right,By apologizing and evenGave us. Free meal tickets for the future,So me and my duaghter thank the. North Manchester Indiana team. For going above and beyond.

We waited in the drive through for about 5-10 minutes. When we got up there we were greeted and told that they would take our order in a few minutes. We were fine with that and were greeted almost immediately by an employee walking out the back door telling us that they were closed and were not going to take our order. That is fine, but she told us this at approx 9:16 when they close at 9:30. It says they close at 9:30 both on Google and on their website. I don’t mind getting turned away when a place is actually closed, but it just seemed like the employee walking out the back wanted to get done with work 15 minutes early. Maybe the postings just need updated, but I probably won’t be back for a while. The lady on the drive through speaker did seem pleasant though.

Very very slow. I know it is the only fast food done in, in town. Other 2 can't get any help. People are not seeking employment when get more unemployment staying at home. People are new and are training. The manager should be there all time open. That is their job. One time it was all new people and took an hour to get food. There was one young lady right on the ball except my sister stood there for 15 minutes before getting waited on and she was only one there.

The store was an absolute WRECK! Everything from the counters to the floors were filthy (to the point I almost left without my food) and the workers just walked over it. The atmosphere was just blah, no greetings, no smiles, nothing.

Stay away from this place. I was a cook here. The kitchen is nasty, they dont have a thermometer in back to temp things. I started in sept and they still had chicken from july they tried to cook and serve. Staff dont know how to clean properly and the store is always a messParking: Most of the time its trashed and managers dont enforce the clean up of it

we went to this dairy queen for ice cream we ordered 2 cones and a cherry chip blizzard. the lady taking our order was very rude and fighting with another employee infront of us, she then took our cones and slammed them on the counter. We then asked if she could remake the cones since she touched the ice cream and slammed them she was very rude about this. Ones we got our cones we asked her about the blizzard, then she gave us a half melted blizzard that wasn’t even the correct flavor . very dissatisfied with our service

Friendly and very polite staff. Very clean with adequate distance given the size of the dining area. Our food was fresh and hot. My family enjoyed our dine in. We will recommend this location and visit again whenever we're passing through town.

We go here a lot because it's the only one by our house. The service is slow to say the least. The older manager lady is rude. I visited today and had to take my hot fudge sundae back because they pre-made them and froze them. The hot fudge was hard as a rock! The cashier didn't ask she just took it and threw it away, because this always happens. Drive through waits are as long as 45 minutes! Horrible!

Dairy queen is good. I would recommend the chicken tender basket. They also have very good blizzards and ice cream. The crispy chicken sandwich is extremely good as well. I have the Royal oreo blizzard all the time here as well. The only problem that I have had with them is one time they charged me for a large sundae and only gave me a medium, but after I showed them the receipt then they gave me the right one

Came here with my girlfriend, on our way to see family in Northern indiana. On sunday may 16th, around 4:00PM. The building seems up to date, in my opinion. Staff took order correctly. Long line that went faster than other dairy queen locations. 4 stars because they showed me that it was thick enough to tilt upside down. But i ordered chocolate ice cream in my cookie dough blizzard. It tasted a little like chocolate syrup, more then i like. And it was not like the chocolate ice i get in this same blizzard @ Elwood Dairy queen. The bottom still had vanilla ice UN-Mixed. It was not terrible. Personally I felt as if the long drive-thru line, contributed to this.

To the owner of this store: TERRIBLE!!! Waited 25 minutes in the drive through after placing my order for a simple strawberry malt and a hot fudge sundae, watched the teenagers laugh and carry on with the young lady in the car in front of us taking pictures, etc. even though there were at least 8 cars in line, then, after paying they asked me to pull forward and park to wait another 7-8 minutes when this young man walked out with a half melted sundae which was dripping all down the sides, no lid, no napkins. He then proceeded to inform us that they shut down the equipment and would not be able to make our malt. He started to walk away then said, oh, do you want your money back? Excuse me?? I went in to speak to a manager, and she really had nothing to say. I have been working in some form of business since I was 11 years old. My brothers and my niece worked at this DQ and NEVER would have performed so poorly. We went to McDonald's and were treated with respect and great service. You should take your employees on a little trip to Chic-Fill-A so that they can learn a little thing about customer service-they are packed continuously yet make the customer their first priority no matter what!

We've all gotten frustrated at the slow service in the fast food industry. That wasn't the case at this particular DQ. It was fast and above normal friendly. Very unexpectedly surprised for a Sunday afternoon meal.

What else needs to be said it'sDairy Queen!!!!? The employees have always been very helpful and courteous. If you haven't had a DQ icecream cake recently they are not only for birthdays. I find they are perfect for everyday. This store has a good variety on hand but are willing to make one just for you the way you like it.

Service is a bit slower than average compared to other fast food eateries in North Manchester. They also are prone to make accidental mistakes in orders the busier they get. I usually skip the place entirely if I see more than three cars in the drive-thru.

Waited for over 30 minutes for a couple of sundaes. Watched several families come and go. Went back to the counter and found out the order was never made. While speaking to manager, young man took out the trash and then returned to making food without washing his hands. Promptly asked for money back.
