Place is always in disarray! They staff acts like its a burden to check you out or if you ask them a question about inventory/stock! Anymore we take our business to the new Family Dollar because I literally can't stand to go in here. They have sooo much stock in the back but they can never seem to get it out on the floor! I seriously think corporate needs to visit this store and give them all attitude adjustments or something! Its ridiculous!

The place is always a mess, there is always unstocked stock in the aisles it's ridiculous. The place gets so crowded by unstocked stock. The shelves look a disaster as well, things just thrown everywhere.

Always a long line. If you check your receipt you pay more than shelf price.Tried the new pickup. Got an email my order is ready. Wow! Fast! Lol I got 3 items out of 12

Like most stores during this pandemic, Dollar General has shelves that are empty, freezers that are constantly stripped clean, but they did have paper towels and toilet paper today! The staff was friendly and courteous, but none of them had on a mask, not even those who were stocking shelves. This particular Dollar General doesn't feel very well organized, making some things difficult to find.

Picking up candles that say a dollar on the box they're shipped in but they want to mark them up to $2 and argue with me that everything is more expensive nowadays...... Unfortunately this is the only store we have to deal with here

The Dollar General Store corporation needs to invest in employee customer training at this branch. Every company has policies and every company has customer service expectations. You can follow company policy and still promote good customer service. The customer is NOT always right but if you’re taking their money they should be treated with respect.

Isles are full of product in carts, blocking isles can't hardly get around them and Hazzardous for handicap people... might as well take handicap parking out...it's just ridiculous you pull one Cart of product out put it on the shelves then pull another cart not seven carts all over the place...

Downtown knox store is absolutely horrible! There's so much stock everywhere you can't even turn around in the aisles, and some of them, you can't even go down at all... They HAVE to hire more help and get that place under control, before someone gets hurt!! PLEASE!

I bought a 12 pack of Pepsi at Dollar General and it cost me $5.10 which is absolutely ridiculous it's the dollar store not Macy's or a high chain store. It's even cheaper than to buy it from Walmart. I can buy the same thing from Family Dollar a 12 pack for $2.50 I could get two 12 packs for the price of one and save $.10. I am truly not a happy camper over this.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the store was a trash can. You could not get a cart down almost 90% of the aisles. Shelves were not stocked.

Dollar General on hwy 35,Knox in, I have a problem with the workers following the customer around like everyone is a thief. Specifically two of the women. Other than that I had a decent experience.

They need to get a better selection of clothing, shelves aren't always full. They are sometimes outta things I'm looking for.

Although a recently new location it is very cluttered and more then not hard to maneuver a standard shopping cart through. Workers aren't always the most friendliest people around.

Can find really anything you need on fly and locations everywhere. Not all items are cheaper then walmart tho. Shop around you will see

I don't hate this place. As a matter of fact, it is the only store in North Judson that carries everything and is open on Sundays.

North Judson store is so much better than the Knox stores. Too much clutter in the aisles, wont go there to Knox!!

They usually only have 1 lane open so it can take awhile. But when you live in a small town and it is the only place to go they are ok
