I was pleased to see this Walmart has refinished their floor and obtained new or repaired their shopping carts. The carts have new wheels so they roll very smoothly. General appearance of the store was good.

It's Walmart. Same stuff they have been selling for years. I like the new layout for this store. The expanded bakery section is nice. Wish they would clean up their parking lot though. Lots of trash everything I go there. Not a good first impression as you walk to the store. The two self checkout guys were busy on their phones and not paying attention to anything.

Walmart has always been conveniently located near my home, but the store has been completely rearranged and it’s lay out is now more inconvenient to find things.Walmart in general are notoriously under staffed with staff that are for the most part uncaring towards customers.I do go to Walmart for things occasionally for low prices, but have been frequently going to Meijer and Kroger where the staff seem to be more helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the level of quality seems a little better, but that could just be a perception because the atmosphere is more appealing.

My brother and I went there today in the freezing cold. He's from Florida but he loved it! That place is awesome! We found everything we needed and we even had two people to help us check out!

I want to leave the most honest NEW YEAR REVIEW. THANK YOU FOR THE MORAL DAMAGE ON NEW YEAR'S EVE.I placed an order while in another city, meaning I live in Cicero, and the attachment shows this address. Not only that, the DELIVERER delivered my food to a person from NOBLESVILLE. Did it not bother him that we have different cities listed? Why doesn't the courier check the orders and is so irresponsible in his work?+ when I called Walmart support centre, they just apologised and said they will refund me within 10 days. I WANT MY FOOD BACK. Why was I not given a way to contact the person who delivers the groceries? Why was I not given the contact information of the person the order was mixed up with?I have received no support, no help in this situation from pseudo support.I have no more trust in the shop.

The worst! Tired to ask 3 walmart employees about finding something in the store and everyone of them said sorry I don't speak English! Finley found someone that could understand English !!Here's an idea make sure your employees an understand your customers or should I say ex customer now!!

I received horrible service in their automotive division. I checked in at 10:17 am for an oil change. I was told that it would be two and a half hours. Just after three hours and no visible activity in the service area I was told they had just gone to lunch and wouldn’t be back for an hour. I asked for the manager. She was paged twice and no one ever responded. I call the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was transferred and no one ever answered the phone. I ended up driving my own car out of the garage without being serviced. Not good customer service!

A few weeks ago, a friend of my wife was nice enough to give her a Vanilla Gift Card from Walmart as a token of her appreciation. However, this gift card has turned into a gift card from hell!It all started when I went to BJ’s to purchase gas for the car. I went to the pump and tried to use the gift card and it was declined. I then went to the attendant’s window at BJ’s where a teenager was on his iPhone for almost 5 minutes before I cleared my throat to let him know someone needed his assistance. The attendant acted like he was not happy about me interrupting his TikTok session and I decided to leave before I put him over my lap for a good spanking!I then discovered when I went home that BJ’s had put a hold on the balance of the card for gasoline that was declined. I called and spoke with a store manager who told me that typically the hold would be released within 24 hours. I decided to wait until the funds were released as the BJ’s manager had suggested. A week later the hold is still on the card!After searching for about 30 minutes, I found a phone number buried in the cardholder’s agreement copy online, and when I called the number I was put into a relentless unending repeat of this and that and no options for a live person. Finally, I selected the number for a problem with multiple cards which was not my issue and I was put on hold for the next representative. That hold lasted over an hour!I finally got someone from India who I could barely understand and he just kept repeating over and over, “Can I get the card number!” After about the sixth time of this obvious English non-comprendo representative, I realized that my wife’s friend had probably bought the cheapest low-cost card that was on the shelf and you certainly get what you pay for! I hung up in defeat!I also learned from this experience that nobody these days believes in helping their customers and that 99% of workers are just in it for the money and need lots of extra training in soft and hard skills. I also learned that companies realize that most Americans don’t want to work anyway and outsource as many American jobs as possible to unskilled labor overseas whom American companies probably pay way below a living wage and the poor agents are unknowing experts in frustrating Americans with their broken English and defective customer service skills. I mean, why pay an American big bucks for the same outcome?So moral of the story is DO NOT BUY VANILLA GIFT CARDS from Walmart or anywhere else that sells these cheap cards or at any time if you care for the person you want to give a gift card to!!!The really sad thing about this whole nightmare is that the initial balance of the card was $50 and I feel like I’ve already put more than double that into efforts trying to resolve the issue in both time and major headaches! Again DO NOT buy Vanilla Gift cards!

We order and have delivery of groceries almost weekly. Today the Door Dash employee hired by Wal-Mart left our groceries in the rain at the end of our driveway! Couldn't be bothered to drive the 50 yards to our front porch! Buyer beware that Walmart won't have anything to do with you if you can actually get ahold of anyone. We are done spending our money here! Noblesville Walmart sucks!

I used the app to see if they had the item I was looking for, and they did. Picked up a few other items,but it was difficult due to store reconfiguration, lots of boxed stock sitting around, and the area of the craft section I was in was a mess.The best part was that there were several checkouts manned by staff! Kudos to management! No one really wants to stand around and self checkout and deal with all the hassles.

Curbside employees have always been kind, and I’ve never experienced some of the wait times others are reporting, but I use the watch my drive feature and check in within the app when it prompts me to. However, I’ve officially placed my last order for curbside pickup. I’m convinced this location couldn’t correctly pick an order with the customer holding their hand. Over the span of the past few weeks I’ve received everything from expired items, to busted items, to completely incorrect items which weren’t even in my order (bonus items? I am sure that upset the customer who didn’t receive their items), to being charged for said item but not receiving said item, to my personal favorite when I was charged for the hundreds of dollars worth of groceries but Walmart cancelled the order and I had to wait days on end to finally receive my refund. When you take into account the whole point of this service these types of inconveniences make the whole thing kind of pointless and inconvenient for the customer. I understand human error is going to happen, but every single time? This location is far too congested and difficult to navigate with a cart for me to justify making the trip in, especially when Aldi is right next door. Aldi also picks their orders correctly so if your aim is to use the curbside service, save yourself the frustration and go next door.

Did curb-side pick up and the staff is absolutely super slow and avoids everyone who has been there the longest. I sat there for half an hour past the promised wait time and multiple cars that came after me left before me. I hate leaving bad reviews, but that was ridiculous 😅

For all of their self promotion of good customer service and want you to have a good shopping experience, they have failed. Not one department will answer the phone except pharmacy, who puts you on hold. They're too busy. And requests to talk to management get answered by hanging up the phone. Managers can't talk to customers. They're not available. No one is available!

Decent store, but often in disarray, and the women’s clothing section is usually horrible (carts full of clothes, messy racks full of miscellaneous clothes). Employees are scarce, and you do find someone they don’t want to help.

We were to pick up our television set at the Wal-Mart store in Noblesville, Indiana.The first problem was that I did not know where pick up was.Number two problem, they could not find my order of the TV set, they told me had in their store.I waited forty-five minutes to no avail!Customer service told me it would be 6:00 until they could bring it out.Before that, they told me to be at pick up a 2:00.Last but not least, they would have to ship it from California. The date we should receive the TV is November 11th.Unbelievable!!Their communication skills sure could be improved dramatically.

I went and parked 5 minutes before your store was supposed to open and I waited. I walked up ti the door at 6:02 doors weren’t open. Then at 6:05 some employees sees the doors aren’t opening they pull them apart and close them making sure I don’t come in. I waited until 6:10 and I left. There is no reason with the amount of employees you all have that you can have your doors open on time.

Hadn't been in there for a while because it always seemed messy and was never a store that I liked to be in. However, I must say, the remodel has improved it greatly. It feels more open, cleaner, and more pleasant to shop in now. I think I'll go there more often, and that is saying something!

What country are we in...Can't find help that speaks English! Shouldn't this be a requirement???? The guy in the meat department didn't speak good English, but used signs to figure out what we needed. Better than the lady who kept saying said "no ingles!!!" Ridiculous!!!
