They took 4 hours to take my black lab a bath and she was still wet when I got her back. At first they told me to come at a certain time, which I did then they told me to come back 45 min later and like I said my dog was still wet and not only that but my dog sheds hair like crazy and I’m pretty sure they didn’t wash all the shampoo off either

I have used a couple groomers in the area but Petsmart Grooming is the closest to me and is best when I need an emergency service on my girl. I had always heard bad things about Petsmart but the Noblesville Petsmart groomers are knowledgeable and great with my 65lb Extra Fluffy mix. I am never disappointed in their services or their prices!

They did a super fabulous job and I'm an idiot and forgot to tip Kara!!!! I will be going back next week to do so!!! I'm so sorry Kara if u see this just know I'm not a jerk and I'll get with you after my son's chemo this next week ❤

I specifically asked IF a particular cut was known/able to be orchestrated & was told "yes" - nothing was done as I had requested 😔 very disappointing
