I was told that my dog’s hair wasn’t matted except for a little bit on her belly, and they would be able to do a 1 inch cut. Before I even took her in I was able to run my fingers through her coat…. Get a call about an hour later saying my dog was super matted. I was given the option to pick up a wet dog or get her shaved to the next length shorter than 1 inch which is 5/8, so I went with that option. I get my dog back and she’s literally cut to almost bare skin. I regret telling her she can still shave my dog.The photo attached shows a 1 inch cut and 5/8 cut which are the last 2 options. My dog coat looks like the first 2 options.Our first visit, Rachel did a great very upfront with us saying we needed to brush her more and showed me a product I can use to help detangle her hair. After that visit I took the initiative and started brushing more so there’s no way my dog was as matted as Lovie was telling me she was. I should’ve just picked up her up instead of letting her get shaved. Won’t be getting my dog cut here anymore

This store serves owners of cats, dogs, fresh water fish, birds, rodents, snakes and other reptiles, plus a few other animals. The friendly staff keep the place clean and we'll organized. In the back they also provide veterinary services including vaccines. They sell a large variety of products to choose from. The supply and variety of pet food is huge which made my decision making process slow as I compared the many brands.

Spent 70 dollars in here today. Went up to the register to ask if we could drop them there for just a second while we went to grab a toy. The cashier said sure no problem! An african American middle aged man with glasses jumped in and said “I’d rather you not put that there because I like to keep that area available for my business needs” there was no need for this guy to be a complete douche. We were going to spend extra money here but instead checked out with what we had. Although I was really tempted to put all the food back and say screw it and go elsewhere. I can see that this business does not care about their reviews at all seeing as how it hasn’t replied to a single one.

I've had my recent rescue added to my crew. She is normally very timid but every time I've brought her in for just her normal Wellness Plan visits, vaccines etc she acts like no one is a stranger. Been coming to Banfield for several years and always ALWAYS appreciative of their care. Also the early drop off is an enormous help when you've gotta get your fur baby in and still have to get to work on time! The cost of a wellness plan in my opinion is well worth it. My lil Suki has swallowed phone chargers, eaten pens...you hide, she'll find it and eat it, and was able to get her right in first thing in the morning. Addicted to dog clothing now that I'm having a mid life crisis and plenty to gush over here! Best rib bones around and Suki knows exactly where they are in the store. All in all, been elsewhere and gave returned for many reasons. 24 h availability for Vet Chat is also fantastic is you have even what you may think is the most stupid question ever, you don't feel that way with this option. Highly recommend!

I know this probably won’t reach a lot of people, but i am desperate, so it is worth a shot.A few weeks ago I bought this bearded dragon at PetSmart on Mercantile Blvd, Noblesville. She was absolutely adorable and was very gentle and open to me picking her up and holding her. When I got her she was only about a month/a month and a half years old. Unfortunately, I came home from work yesterday evening (05/28), and she had passed away.The first few days we had her, she was already acting odd, but we just thought she was adapting to her new home, so we didn’t think much of it. But my parents and I started to get worried when she wasn’t eating anything we tried to give her, as well as her sleeping a lot more than usual for a baby beardie. She was nowhere near as active as she should have been. We did everything we could, but sadly, she did still pass.Because of this, I have been doing some research on what I possibly could have done wrong, just to find out it was in fact not me who did anything wrong. As I was looking through PetSmarts reviews, I found a lot of reviews of people sharing very similar, if not the exact same, story as mine. Buying the animal, animal ends up being sick, and animal passes away soon after purchasing. Not only did I find this, but I have also been searching for new places and/or breeders to get a new beardie from.I have paid for everything my beardie had, equipment and all, so just because I had one bad experience does not mean I am willing to throw away all of the hard-earned money I spent. I am desperately searching for new places that sell healthy reptiles (preferably not big-brand places) or even reasonably priced breeders nearby.If you know any good reptile places or beardie breeders near me, Fishers, Indiana, please do comment or contact me in some way. It would be highly appreciated.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've adopted 4 guinea pigs from this location and they are all healthy and happily thriving after having them for almost 2 years.I make most of my pet supply purchases from this location and will continue to do so.

Always take my dog here for nail care. Usually taken care of as soon as I arrive . Not today. Waited as a courtesy outside of grooming area for another customer to check her dogs in. Two other customers walked behind me. A groomer came out addressed the other two customers before taking care of me. When I entered there were three visible groomers. One said she will take care of you. Well that person brought out three dogs to their owners. Then attempted to get my information. Normally they wait so the dogs are not all in front counter area to bring dogs out. Forget it. Long story short. Waited 10 minutes only to be bypassed twice. Left without service. Went to local groomer, in and out, saved money and gave local small business owner my business.

They overcharged me and didn’t do properly job. They didn’t wash my cat even I asked them to wash him with water and shampoo. Over the phone they gave me much lower price and when I was at the grooming salon they didn’t do their job fully and overcharged me. Poor quality of cut also.

Rachel! Brought my furbabies in for a full groom, bath, nails and teeth. It has been at least for months since I gave them a trim, and years since they were professionally groomed. She spent at least four hours on them getting them to a short summer cut and have gotten many compliments. A well-earned big tip!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Brought our dog in for a shampoo and hair cut. They only shampoo him yet still wanted to charge me 125.00 for shampoo and cut. I said I would only pay for shampoo you didn't do the cut. They call a manager and I am glad thinking someone with reason. Nope she says you have to pay shampoo and cut because it's the way our system works and then you can bring him back later for the cut. Then they inform they can't cut him because he bites. WAIT!!?? Bites?? He is 8 years old and has never bit anyone. We have 2 small twins they pull his tail wrestle with him and he has never bitten and the place that boards him always comments what a sweetheart he is. So I tell them I will not pay for anything but the shampoo to which they finally agree to but then inform me I will have to pay more for the shampoo because they didn't do the haircut. I honestly have never felt so taken advantage of.

Grooming left much to be desired. This was my first time at this location and I will not be back. Staff was nice but the haircut was uneven and not worth $61. She also did not smell or look like she had a bath. I asked how she was but wasn’t told she was difficult or misbehaved so I’m not sure what happened. The grooming area in general was messy and when I was picking her up there was another groomer really struggling with a larger dog and she pretty much “gave up” when I was there. Maybe they were having an off day, but I would look elsewhere for your furry friend.

While they did successfully do my dog's nails last week, it seems that every time I set an appointment here it is canceled or they tell me the next day. I've had a very bad experience here and it is not the company's fault but at the same time the customer walked in and got my dog all riled up and kept whistling for him. I think that there should be more rules concerning what type of people come in here and interact with others pets. And at the same time I've used the app and the website to set up my appointment and it was canceled and I was told to come back tomorrow every time.

Super impressed with how they handle credit card systems going down with power outages! Glad they dont just close down, as i needed cat food, and going during the week is nearly impossible with my work schedule. They took credit card payments easily with paper credit card payments, and i was very impressed with their ability to efficiently work through the system outage! And every employee was still happy to help and very friendly, even through a stressful situation. GREAT JOB ALL.

They wouldn't sell us more than 3 fish because we have a 23 gallon tank with live plants and 6 tetras. They were very rude. We asked, even if we are willing to buy more you won't sell it and she said no I can only sell three. This was ridiculous. If you go here and they start asking questions, tell them you have 100 gallons with 3 fish or you won't be able to buy. Lost our service for good.

A lot to be desired. Staff was nice enough, but looked overwhelmed. We came for a basic small dog bath with Fur-minator. The Services Table (on the front desk) offered basic bath for smallI breed at $21 plus Fur-minator $15. I ended paying $50+ and my dog was in the store for 35 mins or less. I would like to think their services table was outdated, but they should have the new one at hand to be clear and transparent.They are pushy as they don’t have a lot of room. Printer wasn’t working??? So I don’t know which package they charged me for. The good part was that they squeezed us in their schedule next day. I tried a couple of locations and they were totally booked for 4 or 5 days.

Staff was not cordial and was not prepared to deal with dog grooming. The staff seemed very unhappy. When I arrived for my appointment the bathing area had no heat so they turned us away. They called yet it was while I was driving there. So I rescheduled and Jazz F who was excellent groomed our dogs. That was 2 months ago. Today I had another appointment and due to icy roads was running late and couldn't call because driving was very dicey. Again they turned us away. I also found out that Jazz F who I had scheduled with no longer works there which was the reason I returned. We are going to return to our local vet and their groomers.

Went to get two items. No help on the floor. Got the conditioner but couldn't find the dog food. I asked the cashier where the brand of Iams dog was she stated that it was mixed in with the cat food because they had no where to put it with the dog food. Signs would have helped. Very unorganized.

Even though they did not have what we needed (bugs for the lizard folk) they explained Thier shipment dates for them and the demands as well as best time for pick up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Way better than expectations. Everything was as good as other reviews suggest. I had ribs and they were awesome. The ribs are on special on Saturdays. Has the roadhouse feel with local food taste. Also tried the wings and they were awesome. The spicy level was below what I expected even for the top of the scale. I could see why people say the service can be poor sometimes. Also the charge for everything. If you add something or want to try a sample of a sauce. Its 60 cents to try it. Great experience overall.

This was our first trip to this particular PetSmart, and we went for a grooming appointment for our cat, Wisp. The overall experience was so pleasant in this store. The front cashier greeted us and our cat and everyone in the salon was super-friendly. When we arrived to pick Wisp up, there was a huge line at the front, but by the time we got up there to pay, it was entirely taken care of, and there was no line. A very efficient store! Most importantly, I can't say enough about the exceptional job Emil did grooming our cat. It's just a perfect cut with no razor slips, uneven edges, etc. Just perfect. We've lived a lot of places and had Wisp groomed by many different groomers, but this is by far the best cut she's ever had. Emil is really a great professional. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a cat groomer. I also recommend this PetSmart in general.
