Kylie always does a wonderful job with my dog snoopy. He is happy to see her and always is well taken care of. I was not feeling well at the time of our last appointment, and she went the extra mile to help make the pickup as easy as possible.

Groomer (Kylie…I think: thin blonde girl about 5’6”) was awesome. Our dog Ringo is a big boy and very vocal.It can be a little intimidating for some.Not her.It was his first grooming and he was nervous.She was very sweet and patient and got Ringo all cleaned up and ready for his Christmas picture.Ringo was a little stinky before his visit.After, he smelled much better.Great experience for Ringo and myself.We will definitely be back.My apologies for forgetting the young lady’s name.

I wish I caught her name but the gal that checked me in was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service or better attention for my boys. She went above and beyond for sure!!!

The service was fine but we were required to stay in store. This was never communicated to me after her last visit so I was unaware. When my husband asked if he could sit in the car and wait, the gentleman was extremely rude about it. We will not be back. Sad bc we’ve been customers for over a year.

Everyone was very kind at the Noblesville Petco, and the facilities looked very nice & well-kept (unlike the one on 96th St that looks older and unkempt).
