Brought my dogs into be groomed yesterday. This was not a good experience. One dogs looked good the second was sort of ok as they just shaved her, but the last one didn’t get her face washed( still had eye buggers) and they left the hair on her head so long that it is hanging in her eyes. Two of them were so terrified that they had diarrhea and the staff didn’t clean their butts before they brought them out. One dog was Sharon bad, and continued until late in the evening. Will never bring them back here.

I used to use the bath for my Aussie. But I think I've finally had my last bad experience.Came in, late afternoon. To bathe my 11 year old senior dog. 20° out. Paid for the bath(14$), got back there, got my dog soaked wet and lathered with soap. Then realized there were no towels. So I rinsed him off and stepped right outside the door to get the cashier's attention. Took a min, but after informing the cashier (a young man) there were no towels his response was something sassy like " oh yeah our washer and dryer are broken. So no towels. Usually I tell people beforehand" then walks away. No apology. Nothing. I have a soaked Australian Shepherd, a senior dog, with 20° Temps outside. I was quite upset. Took FOREVER to dry him with just the blower, not warm air BTW.I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience.My sister, has two dogs. Has been turned away twice. Because, as they say, she came too late to bath her dogs. She came around 6 pm. Plenty of time to get the job done and get out before the store was to close. She just went across the street to Tractor supply to give her dogs a bath. Which is what I will be doing from now on.This company, and it's inconsiderate children who work there, have lost my and my family's support.

I love the dog wash and products they use. It’s does get busy so you want to consider going when it’s slow. My dog loves to ‘shop there…especially when he gets a treat.

This is where we bathe our dog. We love itAlways clean, ready for your dog-2 clean dry towels, a tub with lid to put your jacket, etc you don't want wet. Your choice of dog shampoo, an apron to keep you dry, and hot and cold water with shower hose, and even a little bag of treats! You can buy a Dirty Dog card for 5 washes for $40. Every one who works there is nice, knowledgeable, and ready to help.

Very welcoming staff upon entering and checking out. I went in there for two things a joint supplement for my dog and some neon fish. They don't have any animals out of water or in. Very disappointing I passed up to other pet stores to come to this one. Now I know.

Every time I visit this location I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and asked if there's anything I need help with. This is my favorite PSP! Everyone is so nice and helpful! We also take our dogs to their groomer, Charles, and he is amazing!

I have been ordering dog food for curbside pick up for quite a while now and this has always been a very easy and speedy service. From the time I place my order on-line to pick up it is usually less than an hour and they always bring it out to me right away when I get there. Very pleased with Pet Supplies Plus!

People were very nice, store clean, product selection great. Only minor complaint is that the driers for the self service dog wash don't all have a cone tip and the towels are a little ragged. Could use a little bit of updating.

This was the cleanest animal supply store I have EVER been in! Everything had its place, was well organized, and just so nice!!! It did not smell like animals or dog food (huge plus!) and the animals that they did have for sale were in super clean cages... You can tell they really care for things in this store! The girl that helped me was super sweet as well!

I came in just to get a bag of dog food for my puppy. I stopped just to glance at other products and one of the associate came down the aisle to grab the bag and put it at the register without me asking. Then as I was checking out, the same associate volunteered to carry the food to my car. Now that’s what you call great customer service. I will forever come to this store for the great service and the variety of products.

Great prices and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly, the staff are honest...friend of mine unknowingly left her Christmas money envelope at the register, we get home and the manager called her after backtracking and let her know she had left it. They didnt look in the envelope, and every single dollar of just over $300 dollars, was still in the envelope! She was so happy and thankful. She tried to give them a little bit from the envelope, but they all turned it down. They truly restored my faith in humanity and they all need a big fat raise!

Love pet Supplies plus. Always enjoy going with Our Rottweiler. The staff is super friendly and the prices are great. I take advantage of the sales and use my coupons. They have a great rewards program. The manager gave my children free Christmas ornaments when we were in the day afte r Christmas. That was really special

One of a kind pet store and so much more! Bri is one of the most knowledgeable, personable and helpful people on the staff. Becoming a new dog owner four years ago, I made this pet store a consistent location for our fur- child. There are employees that know my dog by name and speak about her like she's a family member to them. I love the selection of toys, food and treats that Pet Supplies plus offers and they NEVER fail with prices.
