I have been in customer service for over 27 years. It’s hard to find excellent customer service. From the time I called in to see if they had a product, Sophia Cenova was more than helpful! Got to the store, her and Miranda Johnson greeted me with a huge smile and even walked me back to where the product was! Like I said, you can’t get better customer service than this!!

Sofia Noelle is the best person I've met in a long time! She is so genuinely nice and kind-hearted. Hamilton Town Center is our favorite location to shop Five Below, and Sofia sealed the deal even more. I was able to check everything off of my list in that one visit. I really enjoy shopping here. You really can find some cool stuff. We had to get a present for my son's classmate for the secret santa they are having on Tuesday. The limit was $10 and we got her a neon light up sign (butterfly), a throw blanket, light blue glitter nail file, and a water bottle. I went a little over $10 but it was only like $4 extra. I feel like she's really gonna love her presents. A little money can go a long way here. We also got a phone holder for the car and it is such good quality. It's insane it's only $5.

I purchased a T shirt at the 5 below in noblesville and it didn't fit,so I called to see if I could exchange it for another size. I spoke with Sophia Cenova! She helped me over the phone resolve this. She helped me find my receipt so I could exchange it!Good customer service is hard to find this day and age. She was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient,knowledgeable and kind.She definitely deserves a raise, like for real. Like I said most ppl don't even care about their jobs any more. Talking to her was so refreshing!!! She took care of everything in a timely manner and I was able to get along with the rest of my day quickly. That's priceless!! She is a Gem!!!!!The good ones do not get recognized enough!! I really hope she does!Thank you sophia!!!

I came to this store yesterday to get a gift card for a christmas gift and had a great experience. I asked about the location of gift cards and holders and was given four options of holders by Sohpia Cenova. She found them while I was paying for the giftcard making my trip quick. I espcailly appreciate this as the store was quite crowded at the time.

Took my granddaughter in here to shop, and we got quite a few things. When we did self check out, one of the employees came over and helped bag our items.She above and beyond. Awesome customer service!

We love Five Below! They have a great selection of cute stuff for all ages (mostly teen) and everything is affordable of course. The staff is also friendly and I appreciate that the store is always clean.

The layout was a tad different from other 5 Below stores i have been to. Very clean. Lots of products. Prices are $5 and up to $10 from what I saw. It's not just $5 Below anymore LOL... No staff interaction at all (greeting or otherwise). On the plus side this location has "self checkout"... totally awesome for sure : ) check it out!!!

we were in there at probably 9:00pm on Black Friday. The lady working the register (had a cross necklace on) was the most rude & disrespectful women I have come across in a long time. I simply needed to exchange something, mind you, I have never had to return or exchange anything, so I didn’t know the process… she started to scan the item that was broke and when I said I’m exchanging this she goes “so we just did this for nothing, we didn’t need to do any of this” in the most rude tone. Why have someone like her working check out if she’s going to treat people like that. Also, while we were checking out these two ladies came in and said they lost their wallet and asked her if someone had turned it in, she opened the drawer moved a few things around & told them no, it isn’t here. They asked about a safe and again, in a rude tone, the lady said “it wouldn’t be in the safe”. Why would she not call simply call someone to have them look for the ladies peace of mind? I will definitely never visit again if I walk in and see that she’s checking people out. She may want to take her cross necklace off too - considering she doesn’t treat people the godly way.

I'm not the biggest fan of cheap junk made in China which is most of the store but I have found some nice bullet journals and stationary there that's inexpensive. They sell clothing and shoes there too. My mom bought a pair of sandals there and got about a week of wear out of them. I bought a tshirt for $5 that is ok tho.

Nice, clean store, pleasant employees. Great variety of items, nice candy section. Almost all the phone cases are iPhone, very few Samsung. This location has all self-checkout registers. Overall, I really like this store much better than the Castleton store.

Five Below is like an entire store of the Target Dollar Spot. Nothing is great quality but at that price I wouldn't expect it to be. Case in point we needed some water shoes for the kids most stores had them for $20-$25 I could buy 4 or 5 pair at Five Below. After 2 weeks at camp the shoes are starting to fray but I still have a few pair left for the kids.

A really fun place to buy toys, home organizers and esstentials for DIY projects at really affordable price. Not every thing is below $5 though. All in all a good place.

Love love love this place. able to find anything and everything is definitely a great store it would be even better if they did accept food stamps snap EBT cards cuz I do not and I did not know that but if they did that they would be like number one for sure!!! So I'm giving it a four star only because they do not accept the snap EBT food stamps.
