Amazing Easter bunny experience! While walking through browsing people asked if we needed help. It was a great experience. Looked at boats and pricing is very good compared to other boats in the area. We got quotes on a boat and will likely be back!

Walked in prepared to buy a gun. After standing there for about a half hour, I decided to walk out. Three employees behind the gun counter only one of them assisting a customer. The other two were pacing back and forth trying to " look busy'. No other customers besides me standing around. I walked in at the least busy time of day...... 9:05 AM. It is currently 9:46 AM and I will never be back here again. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

The Santa experience at Cabela’s is one of the best since they were bought by Bass Pro. Not only is The set and Santa quality, you can write Santa a letter and build Lincoln Log houses. Our Littles always enjoy watching the fish and seeing all the animals as well. It’s kind of like the zoo only the animals are not alive…. So even if they were terrified of the guy in red suit, overall it was a hit!

This might be the biggest and most beautiful sporting goods store in the state. You could seriously just come here and look at stuff for hours like you're at a zoo.I came here to pick up a pistol and the gentleman at the counter was super nice and great to chat with. He had a pretty wide range of life experiences (pilot) and seemed to just be enjoying his job in retirement. They also have a "take a number" system now for the gun counter due to the high demand.Most of the goods they carry are high quality name brand stuff, so you'll pay a premium for that. Sometimes they have last-season's stuff on sale or closeout, and you can pick up some decent deals.

First time gun buyers. It is so much easier to go elsewhere. All they have is comparable prices. Cabela's will treat you poorly more often than other places. They don't treat you with dignity if you're unaware in a first-time buyer. They deterred me from buying a firearm for 2 years essentially. For 2 years essentially. The first time I went there they acted like I would be incompetent no matter what. The second time I went there I had a spelling error. I was in store and I could not make the correction. They tried to make me buy a years fishing's license to correct the problem. The gun shop I ended up going to and purchasing from could not believe this. It honestly sounds made up. If you want to feel respected go elsewhere. They act like the $22 was a not a big deal. That's because they did not care about me as an individual.

Good prices, that get better with the Cabela’s credit card. Make sure to utilize the 10% bonus on member days. It also has special offers available all the time. The house brand clothing line “Redhead” is not bad for the price, its no Orvis, but also doesn’t require a loan to buy.

I’ve been here many times with my husband, we always encounter a rude employee. Usually by the guns. Tonight we went to buy a new gun and waited for over an hour before deciding we needed to leave because they closed in 15 minutes at that point. We had a number from the queue and everything. When my husband talked to en employee at the counter, Brant, he was rude about the situation. Also keep in mind, Brant was just standing around the entire time we, as well as many others, were waiting to be helped. I wonder how many sales these employees leave on the table because they don’t care to be kind to customers but also because customers are waiting over an hour for any kind of acknowledgment.

Firearms counter is a mess. Terrible communication. Terrible wait times. I was put on hold for a purchase. Which wasn’t their fault. But the guy assured me I would get a text when it was ready. I waited for 20 minutes. Then left never got a text or a call. Had to call to find out it was waiting on me. Just to wait all over again because they can’t seem to get through each customer without it being a 30-60 minute ordeal. I get that they wanna be polite but lots of people waiting and leaving isn’t a good look.

Firearms department never answers their phones, Ive been transferred to their line multiple times on separate days and they never pick up. Ive been there in person after showing up to ask about a firearms purchase that said delivered and the whole time i was there and the whole time i was doing my 4473, i never once heard or saw someone answer the ringing phone. Service aside from that has been great but this has been a real issue.

Hunting/Camping/Outdoorsy/Gun-toting dream store…if that’s what you’re into, you’re set! Our son likes the waterfall and the stuffed game animals. The location in Dundee, Michigan is bigger, but this location is still pretty cool.

Drove 2hrs away to buy a tracker 4 wheeler for my son who was not with me at the time. The salesman asked how old my son was and so I told him even though it was none of his business. He immediately told me that he could not sell me a 4 wheeler because my son was too young. He didn't care that it was me buying it and that my son wasn't with me and refused to sell it to me. I wasted my gas and time. Terrible salesman in my opinion. I bought a brand new quad from a Polaris dealer the next day. I do not recommend buying any power sports from this place.

If you're into the outdoors then this place has everything you could possibly imagine. Hunting, fishing, boating and all sorts of other outdoor gear. The place is huge. They have a large selection of clothes as well as camping gear and other outdoor equipment. They also have a very nice gun selection to choose from. If you can't find what you're looking for for your next outdoor adventure then something's wrong.

It's always a pleasure to visit this location. There's a department for my whole family. The restrooms are always clean and restocked. However, I wish large department stores like this would reconsider not using cinnamon aroma items for the restrooms or in the store in general, seeing as some people have allergies.

I tried to claim a warranty on Muck Boot Company boots and was told by the “customer service” representative that they couldn’t honor the warranty because it’s not a Cabela’s brand. I got in contact with the Muck Boot Company, who told me that was completely wrong. They can honor the warranty because Cabela’s is an authorized seller of the Muck Boot Company brand. Hours of my life wasted after having to deal directly with the manufacturer, when it should’ve been dealt with on the spot. Forget this place.

Second attempt to go buy my handgun. Stood around for an entire hour getting stared at by everyone before I realized you have to sign in at front on the computer. So I left. Another day spent going here for nothing. Place entirely too busy for the amount of help on the firearms sales floor. I'm not happy. This is twice I've stood there waiting for assistance just to be sent away or ignored..

Great store! My son, who is am avid fisherman, couldn't be dragged out of the fishing section. And my two year old grandson was fascinated by all the animals and the fish tank. It was well worth the hour drive!

Not a big selection to be had unless you're fishing or hunting in Indiana. Hunting clothes selection doesn't contain a single piece of upland material. Tons of camo. Boots are pretty limited unless you wanna spend 200 bucks after tax.
