Lesson learned not to place a single item for pickup, it'll be forgotten or misplaced by the teens working. I didn't check in and was told they'll be right out with my item before I called again 10min later and they came out to my car telling me they couldn't find my order and rudely that I should've checked in. Since when do customers *have* to check in? I told a man that I called 10min ago and that I thought they were coming out with my order. He went to go get his boss instead of just looking for my order, I waited for another 5-10min while he loaded another car before he comes back with my item and no apology.

The store is neat 👌 and well organized..all shelves and racks are full... seems that store doesn't have enough staff !! Was hoping to find someone to ask him/her about items am looking for... was shocked to see staff stacked close to the exit when I was leaving

I just wanted to compliment the guys in electronics tonight, the taller young man who was working this evening was beyond helpful and nice. Both him and the other guy working the counter wished us merry Christmas and made conversation with us. They did a great job at customer service and making sure we found what we were looking for despite the Christmas craziness that was going on.

The customer service is amazing sometimes he gets some bad apples of customer service there is a lot of shoplifting happening and it takes a toll on the ones that do pay for their groceries prices are just going up all because of the shoplifters they need to do something about that not punish the people who are purchasing their items in buying paying for them it's it's ridiculous does self-check go is a disaster it was great but now a lot of people are going straight to the self-checkout cuz they don't have cashiers they need more of the cashiers in probably the shoplifting would be less or take away the the self-checkouts and bring back more cashiers you would probably see less shoplifting cuz they have to go through the line just to put their items in bags it's going downhill sooner or later it's going to become a no man's land because of the the prices are going outrageous send they'll go out obsolete because nobody wants to work here and no one wants to buy stuff that's going up and up all because of shoplifting and these teenagers don't freaking care in self checkout now you got to just pay 90 something dollars just to use them when you have items that are 200 plus prices in at that 90 something dollars to it that's outrageous

This past Thursday morning me& My boyfriend went to this store to get some Christmas shopping & get new carpet cleaner. It was Hoover was $218 but the sale price tag said $187 we had an employee actually show us this & say they will honor it. I still even have the picture of it. So we went to check out rang up as $218 had grab someone some big girl in Grey shirt toke over 15 mins to go back there & look. She came back & said she refuse to give us the same price. So we left. They lost $400 sale cause they refuse to take off like $30. Asked to talk to store manager & he was with a customer about over 15 mins as well so we decided to go to east side store. I tried calling the store to talk to the store manager i got hanged up twice. This is why im writing this review. This is just flat out poor customer service. Me& My boyfriend work third shift it was already 10 in morning. We went to east side got the exact same carpet cleaner exact same sale price. They honored it.

My wife said no one would get her a cart to use she asked 2 ladies for help she said the cart person was on break.I like my Walmart very much But this is not right. I think this is sad my wife was upset and yes I got to hear about it.

Could be please ask the recipet nazis to at least wait till the customer clears the self check out area. Or at least be smart enough to realize they watched people pay.

Very nice Walmart. The shelves were fairly well rearranged and the store well stocked. Some of the aisles were quite small and hard to maneuver. Self checkout was quick and easy.

Only way I'll spend money is through their pickup option. Setting foot in any Walmart is asking for problems. We all know that Walmart does less and less for customers over the years, yet price gouge even more.

Employee at self checkout area was dismissive to my question/concern regarding a price discrepancy on manufacturer coupon attached to product. Per employee since the coupon was for a free product but the original purchased items was on clearance, the product that was supposed to be free wouldn't be free, just discounted at 50¢ off. I questioned the employee, and she said she couldn't do anything about it. I suggested that the remaining boxes which still had coupons attached, and were FALSE ADVERTISING, should have the coupons removed. She just rolled her eyes and walked back to her seat overlooking the self checkout area. If it's a manufacturer coupon it should be honored as written, not a judgement call for a hourly employee.

It is a bit of a drive from St. Philips, however, it is worth it. Much better selection than the West Side of Evansville. It is easier to navigate the store and parking lot than the East Side of Evansville. The only downside is some of shoppers are very impressed with their own importance.

If you need to find a particular item and the Walmart app tells you to look in aisle A26 or C17. There is a tiny sticker on the shelf at the end of the aisle that tells you which one it is. Now that I know the system, it will make life a lot easier.As far as my opinion of the store, I've always had good experiences here. Sure some things could be improved, but no place is perfect.

I like especially like to make a shout-out to the young man in electronics who helped me around 8pm, Colin. I was trying to get something for my mother's phone and he helped me get just the right things that I needed at a very good bargain. He was bright professional and kind! Good work young man!

This Walmart is not too shabby, right off the highway, parking lot is a little confusing but lots of space to park. Staff was fairly friendly, however the electronics staff did follow me while making a quick pass through the section. No big deal but definitely was off putting.

Walmart Newburgh and consistently the Walmart management team there and policies are lacking 1. Went to Walmart vision to try to get a receipt. The girl working was not even answering the phone as I called prior to coming and in the store watching her-not answering. About the receipt she started screaming. As I tried to help her with it which Left me shaking and very upset which I conveyed to management who didn’t care. The store manager did not investigate and tried to blame me for her behavior. She doesn’t work there any more thank- goodness.First off there is a policy that does not allow staff to match online prices in store especially if they are clearance. This is crazy as it’s summerware (1shirt) and you’re stocking christmas. The manager wouldn’t honor the match and I believe this was the same snotty manager that didn’t want to honor a posted price on something else but another manager intervened. Both times he was pretty nasty about it. Whipped the shirt away and was gone. Not wanting to be bothered. Sounds like nasty 3 strikes. 2 of them from this guy!!
