I had some issues getting and affording my medicine, but the pharmacy and tech worked so hard to help me find an RX coupon and didn’t make me feel rushed even when it accidentally went into their scheduled lunch time. They were both very sweet!

I just left there and tried to get the covid shot for my son, but the lady working in the pharmacy was very rude. She said he needed insurance so they could bill them, I told her I did not have the insurance information with me, and I was told that these were free shots and that you did not need insurance. She just kept saying she needed it and nothing else could be done. So I told her that we would go and get the covid shot somewhere else and she did not care and she said bye to us. This make me think that they really don't care about people or their health.

They will LIE to you about when they will have your meds ready for pick up! Nobody cares about doing their job anymore!!! 😡😡😡I absolutely HATE this place!!!

I gave one star because zero wasn’t an option. My doctor called in prescriptions to be filled to the pharmacy. I just moved to the city and was establishing Walgreens as my home pharmacy. I’ve always had bad experiences with Walgreens pharmacy but I decided to try one more time since it’s literally right around the corner from the house and going to be on my way home from work. Bad mistake. They never contacted me to request any insurance information. I arrive to get my prescriptions two days after they were called in and they’re not ready because they “has an insurance issue”. Yes, it’s called not reaching out to your customer or the physician about the issue. They ran my insurance and said one of the medicines they would have to order. They knew they needed to order the medicine two days ago when the script was sent in. I’m told they will fill the other script and to come back in 20 minutes. I come back and it’s still not ready. Said to give them 20 more minutes. The pharmacy staff was rude when I told them I had already been told that once, citing “busy” and “under staffed”. You can be busy and understaffed and still not be rude to your customers, especially when the customer has made three trips to get medication that should have already been ready. I’ve never experienced any amazing customer service out of Walgreens pharmacy, yet they remain in business. Unbelievable.

Manager at this pharmacy is worthless. He is unintelligible. I called in a prescription using the rx# and they tried filling an old rx with a different number from another doctor. Last year I took in a prescription on Wednesday and the manager said it would be ready the next day. The next day I received a call that said it would be ready on Friday. Monday I went to pick up the prescription and the manager said he had not ordered it yet and it would be ready Wednesday. Had to go to Evansville and got it filled that day. Will never be back. Going to Evansville instead.

I waited 10 hours for the prescription to be filled for my three year old that woke up with pink eye… drove 20 mins to the store after calling multiple times saying it wasn’t ready yet… only to find out that the pharmacist wasn’t even there so they couldn’t fill the script….. now it’s in both her eyes and I had to send it to cvs just to get it filled!!!! A simple phone call or communication goes a long way.

I came in looking for nail glue and didn’t know where it was. A young man with glasses who was working the floor that day looked it up and went out of his way to help me find it and was very kinda. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name but he made the process super simple

The rude young lady that rang me up gave the impression she doesn't want to be there or didn't want to help. Poor customer service. Check your bags before you leave as well. She seemed to not be able to get everything I paid for in the bag. 2 stars because the ATM welcomed me. At least the ATM knows how to greet customers.

Pharmacists will just close the window on you even when they see you standing there and then ALL file out and proceed to walk past you like you aren't human when you try to ask questions.

The pharmacist actually asked my elderly mother what she takes pain medicine for. Well guess what, it is none of her business!!! The doctor that prescribed it obviously felt that she needed it. The pharmacist is simply there to fill the orders from the doctors. This particular pharmacist was way out of line. I wasn't with my mother at the time that this happened and she felt that she needed to tell her. Very sad, rude and a misuse of her position as a pharmacist. I had a similar situation with this same pharmacist, who has a severe God complex. I never filled anything there again, and my doctor said that she was wrong, and had no authority to treat me the way that she did. But unfortunately my elderly mother does not have the ability to go to a different pharmacy, due to the distance from her home. Truly sad!! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!!

I have been using Walgreens for a while. I order Prescriptions, and I have order pictures many different times. Today was the worst experience I ever had with them. I ordered a picture for same day pick up. First, Amy, the assistant store manager, was upset that I was early. I didn't think that would be an issue since it has never been an issue before. It was only one picture, and I didn't mind waiting. Once the picture was done she started harassing me about needing a copyright release because it had, what she thought was a logo. I explained to her that it wasn't a logo, and that I actually put the letters on it. I tried showing her the picture I took of my computer where it showed how I made it. I took it because I had concern it may be an issue, but I wanted the lettering on it. She wouldn't look at my phone. She said she had to research it. I could tell she wasn't finding anything, but she wouldn't give up. I got loud with her, because I just wanted to go. She kept telling me she had to do more research and kept going on about how she signed a form that she wouldn't let people have copyright stuff. I explained that I understood that, but what I printed wasn't. When I kept pushing her to let me have it, she informed me that I would now have to wait until Monday to know if I can have my picture. I told her I didn't want to wait until Monday. Since I told her I wanted it while I was there, she decided to call the police. I left, but I have no idea what happened to my picture. Be careful what you create on your computer, and want to print. If it has any logo look at all, you may be going through this too.

First time shopping at Walgreens. I purchased a Walgreens brand blood pressure monitor. First off, I was charged $49.99. Then I looked it up on the website and noticed I could order it and pick it up at the same store same day for $47.99. Why? Next it turns out it does not read correctly. It reads my BP way lower than it really is. I mean something like this can cause someone to have a heart attack or stroke when they think their BP is 25 lower than it really is!!!!! And from a drug store. It’s no wonder CVS is destroying this place. I’ll stick with CVS from now on!!!

I went to the Newburgh, IN Walgreens to pick up a prescription on 8.1.19. I went inside and saw that there were only 2 employees working. I overheard 1 of them apologizing to the customer in front of me. There was only 1 register working, so the 2 had to take turns with customers in the drive through. There were customers in the lobby complaining because they had to wait, which I know made the poor girl behind the counter even more nervous. She did an excellent job! The poor girls both were running around trying to take care of every customer as quickly as possible. Once I got to the counter the girl got what I needed quickly, apologized again, and was very pleasant. Although there was complete chaos she still did a great job!

Anytime I place an order it gets cancels I try to use coupons they are offering. Coupon policies change with no notice. Will not even try them anymore

First time in this Walgreens to pick up a prescription. I was greeted right away and was told they were just about to finish getting it ready. As I walked the aisles I couldn't help but notice that the shelves were neatly stocked. Glad that this Walgreens is so close so I don't have to drive out to a different big box store.

Store manager has no idea what he is doing. Kept telling me that my WIC card was not activated or did not have benefits on it. I tried to explain to him that it does a I recently used it. He told me I need to go else were cause it doesn't work here. I went right down the road to a grocery store and used it no issues. If that walgreens does not accept WIC then the manager should know that. A waste of my time and huge disappoint.

Some places the joke is this would be a great place to put something but this is no joke it really would be a good place for a pharmacy but Walgreens they don't believe that it has to be the worst ran Pharmacy in the tri-state area

Always takes 20 plus mins in the drive threw. 1 person runs both lanes. can be me and 1 other and always 20 mins or more waiting. If 3 in line gonna be 30 + min wait. .longer wait inside.

If you can avoid this Walgreens pharmacy ,by all means do so!The only thing worse than incompetence is rudeness and incompetence and they have both in spades.They have even given me someone else’s prescription.Customer service does not exist in the pharmacy.

All the employees except for a couple I've had contact with are especially in the pharmacy rude gruff and seemed very unhappy to be there they act like the customer is a bother and we're interrupting them in what there doing that's what they are there for if you don't like the job go somewhere else or take some customer services classes to learn how to treat customers and just in general how to interact with other human beinds

The Pharmacy rep I encountered today was rude and unprofessional. I will never use this Pharmacy. Highly recommend you avoid this locations Pharmacy.
