Last time I am going in this store. No one ever offers to help and they aren’t busy. No greeting, guess women are invisible. I have given them multiple tries, but I would rather go to a Lowe’s or Home Depot.

I always appreciate the help when I visit. I couldn't find some nails I needed at the big box stores and they were less than helpful when I asked. I stopped in at Ace and in less than a minute was greeted in a friendly way and a store team member went out of his way to find the exact nails I needed. Great job... Highly recommend this place.

Sales staff wasn't very helpful. I was there to purchase a bathroom faucet. I walked into the store, went to that section and unassisted, happily found the one I wanted on mounted display for $48. But to my disappointment I didn't see the same model on the shelf to purchase. While checking out, I tell the cashier what I wanted and couldn't find. He says to me, " Well we have them, they're back there on the shelf." And to my slight surprise, he continues with sales transaction. I politely ignore his indifference & start walking back to that section expecting him to follow & assist me with finding the faucet. We get back there he looks on the shelf, hits at an empty spot on the shelf, turns to me and said, "We're out! He wasn't nasty about it, just didn't seem interested in working? Assisting me? I don't really know but it wasn't good customer service. So this time they get a one star rating from me. Maybe next visit will be better?

Like that they had what I was looking for so I did not have to drive across town. Walk in and you are greeted with a nice welcome and if you need any help. I just wish their half off table offered a bit more but was ok.

Ryan's is the place for that one oddly sized screw, the light bulb with the funny base, just the right length of pipe that isn't in the big box stores. The employees know their stock and are happy to help you find exactly the right item. I would rather come here to my local Ryan's than go anywhere else.

everyone was nice but the key I had made didn't work. That could possibly be because the master wasn't removed from the key ring like it should have been. I would have removed it if it hadn't been snatched from my hand. I thought maybe the lady making the key will know to do it, Nope. Since the key fit the lock but turned it half way and stuck. I had to use spray lube and fight to get it to turn back and get it out of the lock. It was one of the painted keys which cost 4.27 and the spray lube removed the paint some inside the lock and the other bubbled off later. Sure hope now there's no future trouble with the other key because of the paint which is now inside the lock. If the key would have been removed from the key ring it would have fit in the key duplicating machine properly and non of this would have happened. Just because you can tack to pieces of metal together doesn't make you a welder and making a key look kind of like the original key doesn't make you a key maker. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE COMPLETELY PLEASE.

Generally very helpful place for everyday hardware needs. Staff is always friendly. The prices are higher than some of the big name stores, but the service and quick in/out access makes it worth going in. Staff is often times not as knowledgeable about the products they sell as I would like, but they do try hard to help you find what you need.

I have gone to Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards and can never find someone to help me.When I go to Ace Hardware in Newburgh it’s actually refreshing. I get helped without waiting too long. They don’t pester me, but it’s like they know when a person doesn’t know what they need and is being a DIYer. This store reminds me of the hardware stores of days gone by. They seem to actually like their jobs and Want to help.Ty guys! Great job!!

Although I just went to the store to buy some plumbing supplies, I noticed the store had a much larger stock and wider variety than it had during previous visits. Shopping was great.

It's a tiny hardware store, they carry the basics but not much else. You'll find screws, just might not be the ones you need. Comes in handy in a pinch when you dont want to drive to the nearest town

Disappointed the selection has gradually been whittled down in the store, however I do appreciate the convenience of having a hardware store in town. I just wish they would stop making the store smaller and smaller.

What ever happened to customer service? At Ryan's Ace Hardware the employees prefer "NO Customers". It's a shame, since I live in Newburgh, and strive to support our local business's. I will be going to Evansville from now on.
