Fairly nice grocery store to pick up a few items. Selection is a bit sparse and the store itself is a bit shabby. Cashier was friendly and quick to checkout. You have to pay to use a cart.

Awesome prices and good selection. Staff is very friendly and very willing to help with any of your shopping needs. Make sure you bring a quarter for the cart it is refunded when you return the cart and is but a minor inconvenience for the money you'll save shopping here vs any other local grocery store all in all its a great store and i have shopped here many times before and will continue in the future. I both have and will continue to recommend this store

The employees are kind and helpful if you need assistance. However I would like to say something to the public you people who just throw your trash in the parking lot😒seriously should use a trash can there's a car wash right by there take your trash there. Stop being disrespectful and appreciate what you have in this world.

Friendly and pretty clean. Small, don't carry lots of different brands but good prices. Great fruit and vegetables. Love price and freshness of grapes. Milk very reasonable.

Love shopping at Ruler. Great prices, increasingly more choices, constantly fresh goods and friendly accommodating staff. Easy in and out for quick runs, but lots of stock for weekly shopping.My first stop on grocery shopping day.

Could you please order Party Pail Frozen Yougart in chocolate. You had some in your store last month and it was very good, and it went fast. It is better for you to eat and even taste better than the Ice Cream. And the price is right. Thank You for you attention!!

Know this sounds picky... But Kroger's Change n packaging on 12pks of drinks are very cheap and cheesy looking.... The hamburger has turning brown, and a few edges of pork chops "green"... NEVER seen that before... I love shopping at RULERS.. BUT not if that continues!!! Please leave boxes for people... We pay for cart usage, could we have cut up boxes to carry????

Went in about 15 mins after they opened for a couple gallons of milk. I'm probably the only customer in the place as I approach the check out. The only employees I saw were an older lady (manager) and a young man (checkout). As I approached, the young man said to the woman, "there's a customer." She turns around, looks at me for a second, turns back to the young man and says "he can wait" and continued talking to the young man. Wow... I sat my items down and left. If I can wait then you don't need my business!

Went here for a few things. Did not like that you had to deposit a quarter to get a cart(which I did not have at the time). Was hard for me to find things and apparently you have to bring your own grocery bag.

Newburgh Rulers is good and clean, the others I don't go to as their standards ate not near as good as the one in Newburgh is, very clean, friendly workers, and have not come across bad fruits or veggies. Keep it clean Rulers.
