Can't say much about this one as they don't carry the reptile goodies I typically visit pet shops for but the time I stopped in (happened to be in the neighborhood) the lady was very nice and called the Green River store to inquire about an item we were looking for. I would recommend checking them out for your fur baby needs.

Nice place to shop for pet supplies for many different kind of animals. Wide selection and variety of items sold here. Prices were a bit high but a lot of organic and natural choices. Staff were quick to process checkout.

Small but nice pet food place. Friendly staff who helps load heavy products in car.They also work with Warrick County Humane Society to publicize kitties up for adoption. It was hard to not adopt this friendly, cute boy (John Henry).

It’s okay. They have a good selection of items from food and treats to collars and cages but I placed an order for a couple of collars for my dogs and never got a call, never got the collars and I pre-paid. Bummer!

I hate leaving A negative review, but these folks are the worst. I can’t tolerate dishonesty and deceptiveness and that’s what we experienced at this store. My wife made arrangements to adopt a cat for our daughter. She purchased all the accoutrements for a cat (we did not have a cat at the time) and was prepared to pay for the adoption. The clerk said the adoption had to be in cash. My wife stated that she had to take an elderly friend to a doctor and go to the ATM but she would be back. When she returned, the store had already allowed someone else to adopt the cat. The clerk said she called the manager and that was what she was told to do. Who does this? We had purchased the litter box and food - which we wouldn’t do if we didn’t want the cat. Not to mention pictures had been sent to our daughter and a name picked out. The manager has yet to contact us to even apologize for this incident. All of this leads me to have to say “don’t shop at this store.”

Absolutely despicable. Not only are the employees rude and unqualified, this store has ZERO respect for active duty military and/or veterans. We have left notes, we have spoken to management in person, and we have left voice messages. Yet the American flag hanging outside of the building is still waiting to be retired. It is weathered, torn, and goes against the flag code. Fly it right or take it down. It is a disrespectful and downright embarrassing eyesore in our community. Have some class. -USAF Veteran

Convenient and quick stop. They have some fish ( Beta ) to purchase along with crickets / frozen mice. There is a cat to adopt here and there.

The new manager in there really knows her job well. She's very educated and has wonderful customer service skills. I recommend this store, if she's there and has the opportunity to help you, you'll leave knowing you've been taken care of.

Staff is the biggest pro for this location, there's not much at all in the way of pet supplies other than cat and dog food, but they're always happy to assist and make you feel right at home.

Overall, not bad. Lots of options for dogs.Customer service was okay. Friendly and prompt.Downfall, 18 wheeler was making a delivery, so customers couldn't get into the lot to park. Had to park a few blocks away and walk. Less than ideal for a huge truck to be blocking all the parking during business hours.

I love going to this local pet store, I only wish they carried a few of the things I purchase on a regular basis. The store is always very tidy and stocked. The best thing about this place is how awesome and so friendly the employees are!

It's on my way thru Newburgh, so I stop occ. This trip I bought a diffuser for my cats, to keep them from fighting so much. Was on my way home from the Vet, who recommended it. It worked like a charm! It's a Feliway. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of pet foods etc, and cats that can be adopted. They also sell seasonal plants and various soils, which is pretty convenient.

There is no other store that has the food for my pets that they need and love! I love PFC because everything is reasonably prices and anything I need is always in stock! I love that I can take my dog in with me too! It's always an easy trip for us!

The only pet store in Newburgh and they never have anything i need. I went in for a classic bumper toy to play fetch in the water with my dog. Its the most basic dog toy you can find and they didn't have it. I also had to search the entire store twice because they have about 5 different end caps with dog toys placed in all sections of the store. They are always out of everything. I like the other pet food centers. This one needs to figure it out.

Pet Food Center is the only store in the area that carries the brands of pet food and treats I buy for my German Shepherd. I can buy everything I need in one trip. Very helpful and friendly staff. The Newburgh store is much more spacious and orderly since the remodelling.

A little different from the other 2 locations we have visited. More of a neighborhood store vibe instead of a chain store. The outside kind of reminds me of an old neighborhood hardware store. I love it!

This location is out pretty far from my house but it's still worth it to make the trip rather than go to a different store for my dog's stuff. He loves being able to go into the store with me to pick out his own food and treats.
