Can not recommend this place enough! I took my girl here for the first time last year and with it being her first time anywhere I was worried but when they were done she looked amazing! She was full of color and it lasted a long time. She will be back this year for another color job for her birthday ❤️

Took my senior Lab for nail trimming of his extremely thick nails. Nicole did a great job and everyone was so friendly to both me and him. The shop was clean and all the people and dogs seemed genuinely happy to be there. I'll be back for additional services soon!

I trusted my chocolate lab child with this wonderfully sweet lady and I couldn't have been happier! Her staff were warm and attentive to their fur clients and their parents! Happy dogs were all around and I randomly walked in and saw firsthand, how attentive they are to their fur clients.Great service and very fair prices! 👏

They did a great job on my puppy Freddie! He has separation anxiety so I hate leaving him anywhere even if it’s for a few hours. They took great care of him and he looked great! I loved the picture they took of him. I already have his next appointment booked!

I brought both my Yorkies in to get grommed one female 16 years old told the girl she had sensitive area on right side of her mouth. Archie 5 months old. When I came to pick them up Izzy was barking like crazy which she never does. The girl said Izzy tried bitting her several times and Izzy has never done this. Izzy has teeth cleaning at vet this morning and they called wanting to know where bruise camefrom on her chest sense they just seen her Friday. I wasn't given a receipt called left message for them to email, nothing. Also my dogs weren't given a report card or treat. I believe maybe something happened because they hurried me out. Still waiting on receipt and wondering what happened with this bruise 😕

It's nice to walk in and be greeted by other dogs who have been groomed playing together instead of being kept in cages wait their turn. I feel like I'm dropping my dog off for a spa visit instead of putting him in a kennel. And they do a great job including a photo shoot at the end. They go above and beyond in customer service.

My dog Bolin loves it! He loves his groomer Kelsey and he always comes back smelling so nice that you just want to shove your face in the fur. Also you get little report cards for each groom and it's adorable.

Took my bernedoodle to Nicole for the first time and I have found my new favorite groomer!! Incredible heart and soul this woman puts into her pet clients. She is talented and very friendly. She will love your pet as much as you do. If you have not yet seen her new shop in Downtown Newburgh stop on by and say hello to her.
