I was looking to replace my current HVAC system, I called 3 companies.Barney, from A+Derr came out ,spent over an hr,walking me through what I needed, & What I could expect from their company. I already had an estimate from another company and was considering going with that one, but during the 2nd hr of Barney's visit,he did a very knowledgeable comparison of their service & product,vs the other company & their product & services, then ran the financing #s, it was a no Brainer. A higher end product, more options, and he threw in a free water heater to boot.They got the business, because they earned it,through their patient,professional, and cost efficient way they do business,understanding the need of their customers, and the products they offer.I live on a budget, and it was about Dollars and Sense. It made No Sense to spend extra dollars for less.I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their HVAC serviced or replaced. Very reliable & Honest.Thanks Barney,and thanks A+DerrI will post an update after the installation.**********UPDATE ***********Damien and the crew came in on Thursday, busted their butts removing the old system (Furnace, AC, water heater, Duct work, no easy task,I have 8 rooms), He kept me updated on the progress, what was planned for that day,& Friday.They finished the installation on time, cleaned the trash, and showed my how to operate the touch screen thermostat. Professional, Polite, Punctual, = Perfection.Great Job, A+Derr = A+ Service.Thanks so much.Highest recommendation!!

Always super nice people. I always have great techs that visit the house for our routine maintenance calls. The customer service reps are always a pleasure to talk to. Just all around great service! I live that I get a text ahead of time when my tech is showing up. It shows me who they are, gives me a profile of them and even allows me to track their location for an eta arrival time. I sleep during the day so I don't usually ever track their arrival, but it's nice that they can do my service without waking me up. Definitely A+ service.

Excellent experience! James came on Wednesday and gave me an estimate to replace my system. He had a crew, lead by Nick at my house on Thursday with a new high energy A/C and furnace. They were here at 8:30 and done before 2:00. Nick taught me how to use my new thermostat and walked me through my new furnace. You couldn't even tell they were here, they left no mess at all.

Shawn with A+ Derr came to check out the flue and surrounding equipment. Before arriving, I got an automated text with who would be showing up that included a picture, top notch for safety.I had someone coming out to look at a potential issue because I was told I should by a different service group (plumbing). Shawn discussed all the things he looked at and went over in detail how things should be and ultimately that everything was in working order. There wasn't an issue, but I also feel confident in that assessment. He was knowledgeable and professional.

The answering service was very polite. My technician Zach...greeted me with a big smile and hello. He went to work right away. He apologized that he couldn't get the part today. And explain to me why because it was a weekend and the warehouse was closed. He explains things very well. I was happy to have Zack as my technician today. We had 2 previous quotes to replace our heating and air condition system along with the water heater as all were ove 20 years old. Barney took extra time to be sure we had all the answers we needed. By far it was the most helpful quote we had. I was able to speak with him on a Saturday afternoon and ask even more questions before we made our decision. Definitely recommend this company!

We always get great service, but today we saw why they are called A+. We called A+ Derr about our blower going out on our furnace. After days of running space units and changing out a circuit breaker on our panel, the blower to the heater still wasn’t working. We figured what was coming was bigger than us, so we called. My window was 12-2, but Frank called and asked if we were available he would head on over. Frank came in and was very professional, he even had dog treats for our Dog. He spoke with us about the issue, accessed our issue and told us that is was the blower, the bill was high, but you gotta have a blower. He said that he would take it, but his manager wanted to look into it a little further to make sure the part wasn’t still under warranty. After they took everything and fixed it, came back to reinstall. Triple checked to make sure everything was working properly, he asked if we were ready for the damage, (we were not) Frank then told us the amount which was less than a 1/4 of what we were expecting. The manager Mark had personally went to get the part so he could find out about our warranty, he found out we had 1.5 months left. Today Mark and Frank were our super heroes for going over and above when they didn’t have to do any of it. We are impressed and thankful for such caring and high quality service and it was all taken care of before our original Window

Asked this company to provide an estimate to replace my heat pump to compare to other company’s estimate. They showed up on time after responding to my request on a weekend night promptly. They were very professional and provided an estimate immediately after looking at my system. They were half the price of my first quote and would ultimately install my new ac unit 2 days later. I would highly recommend giving them a chance.

Our technician, Andy, does a great job in explaining all the maintenance checks that he does on our heat and air. He's very knowledgeable and thorough, he even found a leak on a previous check that required replacing the A coil, which was fully under warranty, now the everything is running at top efficiency and keeping us comfortable and saving us money. I will request that he is our technician for future maintenance checks because I know I can count on him to do a great job.

Wow, what an amazing experience! This company is top notch, and James is the man! I had a different company give me a first estimate for thousands of dollars minimum 3k total rebuild. James had it fixed within a few hours, and with very lil expense. So grateful for his honestly and integrity, and I highly recommend. Don't waste time elsewhere, call A-plus!
