Ordered Christmas cards. Got notification they were ready. Drove 25 minutes to pick them up. Got told photo machine had been down all day that I should go online to cancel the order and order them at a different location. Couldn't do that. The order had already been marked as ready for pick up. SUPER frustrating.

I want to know. Stop in bought OTC item yesterday evening .. how did i get charged last night and then charged again today .. what’s going on ??? I have my receipt WTH 🤦♀️ it was a boy at cashier acting like he was a little crazy

Its the corner store. Great staff, kinda pricey, but definitely more convenient than driving to Corydon.

I called to see if could transfer a prescription and they told me no. That they have too many in line that they have to do!!!! Not professionalSo if this could be a 0 it would be last week I talked to a cashier about baby formula they said I could use my wic and called me as soon truck came in then had spend 70 something dollars on it. That’s not the point though as a cashier you are suppose to specify. The cashier did not specify they use ebt and not wic. I know this cause I talked the manager i asked if I could bring back and get it reimbursed due to fact I have wic and already got my formula the manger was rude and said we don’t accept wic and said NO WE CANT REIMBURSE THE FORULA OR OUT IT ON A CARD. So thanks Walgreens in new Salisbury we will not even stop in we would rather go to a different Walgreens with how rude the manager and staff is don’t help what so ever and there was no need for him to get smart with me or yell and be rude to me and was being a consenting towards me knowing I’m a stay at home mother as well so thanks for showing me how you care for your store as well lie to customers!!!

We just got Covid tests done. They only had 2 spots available today. My boyfriend and I needed the tests so we signed up for them. When we got there we asked if they could squeeze the kids in also. They took the kids names down, filled out the papers for them and got the kids in. In the middle of their busiest testing time of the day they stopped what they were doing and made sure the kids were taken care of! GrwT custom service here!!

Website says walk-in welcome, and the door also, my mom had an appointment and we didn't and we went in to get the covid shot to get it done and over with and the lady at the front was arguing with my mom. Saying she didn't have an appointment which she did. And denied her. She told my mom to make another appointment. And told us that they didn't do walk INS in a really long time Which was a lie, because my mom was a walk in when she went with my dad.

Michelle in the pharmacy deparment is amazing! I went in the drive thru due to my kids being diagnose with Had foot mouth, I didn't have a prescription for over the counter fever medicine 💊, Michelle was happy to assist me with all my medication needs and some more. I really appreciate that since I didn't wanted to spread the sickness around people

Stood in line at pharmacy counter. The staff was busy doing something. Then the metal grate came down. Apparently it was lunch time. None of the staff said anything. I went to the front of the store to check out with a few items.By the time I complained and finished my transactions, my receipt has the time of 1:32 pm. I'm not that fast of a walker to do all of this in TWO minutes if closing was at 1:30. Obviously the staff clocks out early for lunch, even if someone is standing at the counter.No apologies or even acknowledgement from the staff. Poor customer relationships. Sadly this Walgreen's is the only one in town. Even sadder is my insurance is restrictive in which ones I can use. Therefore, I am stuck.

I’m so sick of dealing with this pharmacy. I moved my sons medications to the Walgreens on state street some time back (they’ve been amazing) and am moving mine as well. You all are rude and I honestly dread having to interact with this store on the phone.

Just left from there. Waited to be checked out 2 ladies that worked there ignored me so I walked out and will never shop there again and will spread the word to all my friends. This was on Jan. 16 at 7 pm

Everyone at this pharmacy is very polite and helpful. We have been going here even before it became a Walgreens, and I have no complaints.
