Sold me spoiled cucumbers, refused to refund me over the phone as i already moved away from store as I don’t live nearby. Store manager Tom was not accommodating and he refused to even go check on their shelves for spoiled food. I guess i have to call credit card company and dispute the transaction. You guys gave me no choice.

Be sure to check the dates of everything. Do not trust the meat selection. I brought some chicken home that was on sale and I’ve been puking my guts out for 2 days. The date on the package said it was fine. It was not. Also, mind the ground beef. Purchased that the same day and it was rancid today. Never will I go back and if you are smart you will find another market.

The nicest little grocery store in New Palestine. A great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. A wonderful selection of deli items and fresh baked deserts. The staff is always helpful and friendly. As is expected with all smaller independent chains, it’s a little more costly than larger operations but I’ll gladly pay a little more for the friendly service, and the super fresh supply of groceries. Super quick in and out also.

Small town grocery with big city selections. Employees are helpful and friendly! It's a convenient grocery store; you can find all your grocery needs and unique items. Prices are a bit higher than typical grocery stores, butconvenience of driving a shorter distance, saving time helps when you have a busy life. Great alternative for getting your grocery needs when you don't want to drive to a bigger town to do all your grocery shopping.

Update 20230628 Fairly well stocked but prices still 10-30% higher, you just don’t see a lot of full large shopping carts yet has a reasonable amount of foot traffic.Original post: Local grocery store, seems to be stocked with many off-brand items. Pricing seems to be more for convenience of quick pick trips. But this is serving a more rural market.

No beets, not even turnips I could substitute. Only one carton of arugula and it’s two days past it’s use by date (you’re supposed to pull greens two days BEFORE the use by date) and it’s soggy so I can’t even use the greens that aren’t soggy because they’re wet with the soggy juice. Staff is great but with Needlers being the only grocery store within a 15-20 minute drive for most New Pal residents, this doesn’t cut it and there’s no excuse. Produce manager pls do better.

Decent enough store, just a bit lackluster and the prices are higher than what they should be. Nothing really of any higher quality. Not bad, but not a store worth going out of your way for. Service was friendly though.

Great place that always has the essentials in stock. Always double check your receipt before leaving, past 3 visits been double charged on an item and had to get a refund. Not sure how much they've got before noticing?!Edit: adding a star since as it has gotten a lot better. Thank you for noticing and making a consciences effort.

Love shopping here. It's small but I like that. Variety in products is good. Produce is awesome. Meats are great. Deli is great..Variety in Frozen Foods is fabulous..If you live around a Needler's you should stop in and give it a try!

Sure, the prices are a bit higher than you-know-who, but it's worth it. I am new to shopping in this area.I have had it with Indy. This is a great store in a nice small town. Sign up for their emails and such to get the best deals. The employees, many who are high school students, are always pleasant and professional. I really enjoy shopping here.

As a black woman I was offended when the young man called his manager over, and I proceeded to ask her a question and she did not make eye contact with me and proceeded to be very dismissive of me. The youth cashier and bagger was great but the older woman needs customer service training.

I occasionally go to the New Palestine location when I am in that area. This store originally was Arthur's Fresh Market then a Marsh for several years until that company went toes up. When it was a Arthur's it had a very nice wine selection on the east side of the store. Today that is no longer there but in the same general area is an expanded meat counter with knowledgeable butchers. The quality of the meat is higher than what you would get at the two local supermarkets in the area. Some things are a little pricier than those supermarkets but the plus side is the store is a little smaller and has just a few registers. But those are always occupied by cashiers so you don't have the wait that you would at a Meijer or Kroger. Good store.

Needlers, New Palistine has a great vegetable selection, fresh meets, and a great Deli. Their prices are competitive and it's a friendly clean store, only downside is the number of stocking personnel when shopping early. But a great grocery!

You know this is a family-owned supermarket and it's a nice little place although there are several areas that don't smell very well and give you that impression to be clean especially back by the meat counter. It carries a fair amount of things and IT services a small area I understand the original one is in Pendleton I visited one in New pal. Prices are about average for these kind of small stores serving the small area. The people were friendly I will say they were very nice.

Shhhhhh it's a secret that place is the best for shopping prices are about the same as I'd say a kroger but if any of yall ever have been to a Publix I'd say this was the closest thing we have to one up here if you havent been I'd recommend the freshness of produce and meats is excellent to start. The rest will leave you coming back wish there was more of these around

Needlers is really close, which is convenient, but also high quality and good selection. For a small grocery store, I have found everything I needed when we have visited. If we had one near Morristown I would shop there frequently.

Needler’s puts out their own set of coupons for people that are registered with them. They had a coupon in there for the week of 11/15 for money off a half gallon of velvet ice cream. Now I shop at this store frequently and I know for a fact they haven’t had velvet ice cream since earlier in the year. So I went up to the service desk to inquire about a substitution. There was a young man working the desk and he told me to read the bottom of the coupon where it says no substitutions. I told him I understood that but you haven’t carried that brand for months. He couldn’t care less about getting someone more knowledgeable than him to assist. So if Needler’s puts out coupons for products they no longer carry that is false advertising. I was disappointed in this store because the front desk usually has very good workers there. I went to the checkout and purchased just the few items I had already in my cart. At that point I was done shopping at Needler’s.

Love this store! We live in Christian Park but had driven out to New Pal for corn and stopped in the old Marsh. We were blown away by the meat selection and the availability of small packs under$3. Store was probably 95% in stock. Selection good and they had three items we could not get at Kroger. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

Good grociery store, customer service has increased since my last visit a few months ago. Strong produce section and highly quality products for all essentials. This isn't your normal mega sized store which makes it much more home town feeling. The service is great but all employees are either very young or very old and not very knowledgeable of locations of certain items but still willing to help.
