Absolutely loved our experience here! The coffee was so good (I did a strawberry lavender oatmilk latte and my sister got the cherry mocha latte) and the food was delicious (brisket sandwich for me, she did the loaded mac and cheese with pulled pork). Atmosphere was friendly and I could’ve easily stayed there for hours to study or hang out with friends. Love the concept of coffee and barbecue, huge fan and will definitely come back if I’m in the area.

I frequented Dry Bones when they were in the union and am excited they're in New Pal now.Food is great and the coffee is excellent. Coffee is an art and Danny is one of the greatest artists.Parking: Parking is behind the building in a small lot with a few parallel spots and a dozen and a half angled parking spots.

I'm not a big coffee drinker, but that doesn't mean that everytime I'm at the coffee shop I'm willing to try something new. I know that no matter what drink or food item I get, it is going to be delicious. The owner and the employees are so nice and fun to talk to. They make you laugh even when you don't feel like it. You get positive vibes just from walking in the door with a greeting and a smile. It may be a 30 minute drive for coffee, but it is definitely worth it!!

Very appealing to the eye and you can write on their conference table! So the only reason why I’m giving this awesome place 4 stars is the lack of outlets! Gee whiz, if you’re planning to come here and rely on your computer make sure you have enough battery. I found a couple outlets but had to move to a smaller table (I personally like all my work to be spread out since I have papers, journals, etc). Would definitely recommend for everything else (social, reading a book and basically anything that doesn’t involve having access to an outlet).

Wonderful little spot. Great coffee and fresh food, cute and inviting atmosphere. Not awkward to stay and dine in, but convenient to order to-go as well. We went at 10am on a weekday and had the place to ourselves. Will probably be back tomorrow!Dietary restrictions: Offered oat and almond milkKid-friendliness: Bright colors, chairs that wheel around, little checkers game, cute!

Very nice place, loved the decor. Gentleman behind the counter, I’m assuming was the owner, was very welcoming and pleasant. Played a game of checkers while we waited for our meal. Got a turkey melt & my husband got the pizza melt, we enjoyed them very much. Can’t forget the peppermint chocolate tea, amazing. Husband said his nitro was very good quality. If I lived in Indianapolis, I would come here every morning!!!

A very unique, welcoming coffee venue. The building is historic with appealing architecture. Our lattes were expertly crafted by a barista who took great pride in her work, and they were delicious! Will definitely return.

Fantastic Nitro Cold Brew. I was in town for GenCon and made two trips over to Dry Bones to pick up a cup. I'm jealous of any local who has year round access to this place.

This guy is living his dream. Sometimes he may be a little busy and overwhelmed, but aren’t we all. Coffee is 5 star. Breakfast sandwich was great. Atmosphere is 10 stars. I will be back.

This is an amazing coffee shop run by awesome people! The coffee was great, reasonably priced, and in a great location. As someone who works in The Union 525, they added a much-needed central location in the building. The transformation of the entry area of the building has been amazing, and it's all thanks to these guys.Dry Bones Mud House is a great place to bring friends, family, and clients, or just have a nice drink between meetings.

All bias aside since I know the owner, the shop was and is designed with a nice blend of the modern urban feel with some personal and creative touches. The bar seating is a nice feature and a nice opportunity to talk with the baristas or owner about the art that is brewing great coffee.Got the pour over and am not sure what exactly the size was, but the amount for the price was reasonable. The coffee like any good pour over only continued to get better as the coffee cooled and even at room temperature after I had been sipping for a while was still smooth and wonderful. Another neat feature is the glasses for those not taking coffee on the go. The mugs are a special type of glass with an air insulator layer to allow just enough warmth to come through, keep the coffee warm longer, and provide an opportunity to see the beautiful red color coffee brewed right has!All I had was the pour over, but I'd recommend the coffee shop for anyone who wants to make sure they get great coffee brewed rightly, learn about the art of brewing coffee, is seeking a welcoming, friendly, and chill spot to catch up with friends, or get work done with coworkers or classmates.I'm looking forward to with the help of the support of the local community when the owner will be able to get into roasting coffee as well and help develop an Indianapolis community that enjoys the artistry of brewing coffee!

Came in not as a customer but needed some plastic ware. The owner was very gracious and gave me 18 sets of plastic ware. Thanks you for your generosity. I’ll definitely come back for coffee.
