Erin in the pharmacy department is the rudest and WORST customer service person I have seen in my 60+ years of doing business with CVS! I will refuse to do business with her in the future! She should NOT be aloud to deal with the public. Worst customer service ever. Will take my prescriptions to Walgrens in the future, I do not need this disrespectful attitude,I would given a rating of 0 stars if possible! Worst pharmacy customer service my wife and I have apexed encountered!,Management needs to address this pharmacy personnel situation ASAP, or continue to lose business like mine.Read other reviews posted on this website, I’m not the only one giving poor pharmacy reviews!

Pharmacy is horrible. Gave me someone else meds and her first name was the same as mine. I took it for 11 days before noticing as I was feeling weird. Selection of greeting cards is highly questionable and VERY racist. I’ll never set foot in that store again. They need a staff overhaul.

Pharmacy staff was so rude. I know medication costs are not their fault but I was taken by surprise when my 4 year old’s antibiotic rang up to $75. Before paying, I asked if they could look to make sure they had our insurance on file. I was treated as if this was a ridiculous request. I was told in a short tone of voice to go to the drop off counter. Once the pharmacist arrived, I had my insurance card ready and she simply said that’s the one we have on file and then abruptly walked away. This was all after I waited 45 mins in the pharmacy line. I understand they are busy and short staffed, but little customer service would go a long way.

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service. After a slew of reminder texts to pickup I arrived before the deadline (per texts) to find they "Never" had a rx. However, they do keep contacting my dr to refill an rx I don't take anymore, several times now which causes my dr to call me to make sure I know it is dangerous for me to use that medication now. When asked "what needs done to correct that" They just respond that is the automated system can they can't correct or fix anything with it. Horrible wait times, awful customer service, and just leaves a bad feeling every time you come in.

I asked the pharmacy about a prescription medication and the answer seemed off. I called my doctor and they told me that the instructions from the pharmacist could have killed me and at the very least caused me horrible pain. Consult your doctor.

If I could have given them zero stars, I would! Their staff and pharmacist are absolutely RUDE and they never have a clue what is going on or how to fill a prescription. It's the same thing every month, can't find the prescription, won't look up the details, they tell me I have to call another pharmacy to transfer my prescription since they are out of stock...the list goes on and on. Today, I was told the prescription would be ready in 1/2 hour when I was in the drive thru (again they couldn't find the prescription and suddenly they found it but had not filled it) and show up 2 hours later to only be told that they are not done with the prescription and are getting ready to go to lunch (it was 1:09 PM and they go to lunch from 1:30-2:00 PM) and that it won't be ready for another 2 hours. Don't WASTE your time, even the pharmacist is RUDE!

CVS NEW PALESTINE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are a busy little home town facility with a need for some upgrades to better accommodate their guest and do their jobs better, but they make do with what they have. They are caring, kind, and do the best they can with what they have. You are greeted with a smile never left hanging, if they don't have the answer they find it, or at least go out of their way to try. I have been a customer along with my children and family for almost 25 years at this facility and have never had a bad expierence that I ever remember. They make everyone feel special when they walk in the door and even when they are short staffed they do the best to accommodate with the little space they have, it is the best little kept secret in New Palestine , our little hole in the wall pharmacy. I know of several CVS store around here big stores all fancy and they don't have what mine has!! I am going to share it with the world, the secret???? AWESOME EMPLOYEES WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPIERENCE!!!! PROUD OF MY LITTLE HOLE IN THE WALL HOMETOWN PHARMACY AND PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT ME!!!° Rather have my pharmacy than a fancy upgraded store with bad customer service any day of the week!!

They called incessantly for me to pick up a prescription that then they said didn’t exist. They also tried their very best to correct the hot mess while I was there. The staff is polite and tries. However they do announce your prescription in front of everyone standing there, so that’s a little weird. Not very private! Still, I’m grateful for their efforts to help. Only three stars due to the delays, mistakes and announcements.

If I could give zero stars I would. The minute clinic staff were however kind so the 1 star is for them. All other employees were beyond rude and were talking bad about other customers in the store!! Not sure where they get their sense of entitlement from, but I cannot fathom why CVS would want their name tarnished by such inconsiderate, ill-mannered, discourteous staff. They all need let go and they just need to start fresh or based on other reviews this location just needs shut down. The employees would rather stand around and disrespect the people who are keeping such a poorly run store open than do the job they're being paid for. Pathetic. That was my 1st and certainly my last time visiting this location.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled and making general purchases at this store for 11+ years. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I cannot think of a time upon entering the store, that a CVS staff member did not greet me with a hello and let me know that they are available if I need assistance.

Most generally the pharmacy staff is rude. I feel like Im a inconvenience when I go to get my prescriptions or even call with questions about my prescriptions. I take Klonopin ( a narcotic) for anxiety. I've taken this medication for years. My 11yr old also takes a narcotic for her ADHD. She has been on that medication for over a year now. I get completely different reactions from them according to what kind of medication I am picking up. If it's just an antibiotic or something they treat you just like the next person but when it's a narcotic they are more rude. Seems more often than not they have to order the medication when it's due to be refilled so it may take almost a week to get the medication. This time her doctor called the refill in Wednesday I called and spoke with a guy that said it had been ordered and would be there Monday or Tuesday. So Monday morning I called to find out the progress on her prescription and I had the pleasure of speaking with the same guy as before. However he seemed agitated and said he had just spoken with me the day before and told me when it would be in. I hadn't called and said as much because I really didn't appreciate the manner in which he was speaking to me almost as though I had blowing him up asking about the refill. Just snappy and rude. The only darn reason I even bothered sending it there is this CVS is so close to home. But truth be known I'm better off driving to Greenfield or Indianapolis because they do not treat me differently because of the medication and they don't make accusations and assumptions at least not verbally to the customers.

We have to use CVS due to our insurance. But will be switching all prescriptions to a new location. Multiple times we have had a prescription on file that was due to be filled. And when we come to get it they are out of stock. The latest incident they had my son’s prescription on file for a week. And could have filled it for 5 days according to them it was on hold for three due to the timing from the previous months filling. But when we came in they never took it off hold or filled it and allowed their inventory to be depleted knowing they had prescriptions on file to be filled. Now they are giving excuses that it will be an additional two days to get some in. My son has in the mean time been out of his medicine. This is unacceptable behavior. A pharmacy should be aware of its inventory and order accordingly.

Horrible management and customer service I'll never go back to this location also if you a problem or a complaint do not call the store to speak to the gm. We had an issue in the store and wanted to simply inform the gm. We waited for days for a response back. We stopped in there to buy a card and he was luckily there. We asked him why he had not returned our call back. He said, "I don't not call customers back if they are unhappy!" We were completely in shock. He also had no idea why we were calling because we had only left our name and number. He obviously calls no one back. We told him we were calling corporate then and he said " go ahead they won't do anything except have me call you!" This was the worst management I've ever seen! So unprofessional. He also kept talking over us! Very rude! More than likely changing pharmacies too!

I had ran out of feminine products and had to go to cvs in my pajamas for more in the morning. I cashed out and spent over $30 in the store on products. I went back to use the restroom for obvious reasons and the lady looked me up and down and obviously judged me. Asked me to leave my bag with her if I needed to use the restroom. I completely understand- but why would she want me to leave a bag sitting out during a pandemic full of feminine hygiene products if the first question as well. I had to physically stand there in front of the clinic and open a box of pads and tampons in front of everyone to just get access to the restroom! I will be calling corporate. I’m sure if I was dressed in my normal everyday attire this would not have an issue especially there are no signs saying I couldn’t have MY PURCHASED ITEMS with me in a cvs bag. When I exited the bathroom she turned around to watch and see if I put anything in my bag? This was all so tormenting and judgemental!

Set an appt for a Covid vax, that I'm already skeptical about btw, on CVS's web page for 1pm, only to be told that they're at lunch when I get there & I'll have to reschedule online for another day & time. What? You walked outside to tell me that you're at lunch, but couldn't just bring the shot with you & do it real fast? This kind of rude ignorance is exactly why I won't transfer my prescriptions to CVS.
