Prescription not ready when I go to pick it up. She says I can come back in a few hours to get it. Stupid pharmacy was closed then. Website makes no mention of pharmacy hours. Typical New Haven business.

Do yourself a favor and pick another pharmacy. This pharmacy always gives a problem EVERY single time ! It’s horrible. I mean horrible. They are either out of medicine , or will tell you when your meds will be ready. Only to call two days later and wonder why it’s still is NOT filled. I don’t understand. I am going to have to change my pharmacy next time. This is THEE worse .

The absolute worst pharmacy service ever. I came to pick up my prescriptions 2 hours after they had already been sent by my doctor and one was ready but the other wasn’t. They said to come back and they would be done. I pulled up at 5:58pm and they had their sign up stating they were closed all while the employee was standing at the window ignoring me sitting there trying to get his attention. I have always had issues with this pharmacy but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Phamacy is closed for an hour every day at a inconvenient time, and now closed for the entire weekend. And I can't pick up a script at another location with the Dr canceling it and sending it to anothef location. Of course the Dr doesn't work on the weekends. They make it as inconvenient as possible to pick up a script. So now I just have to go without meds until I get off work monday, if I get off in time to make it there. It's absolutely rediculous. Can't wait to change to a decent pharmacy.

0/5 stars. Doctor called for prescription to be filled at 12:15 pm. Was told by the Doctor to give pharmacy an hour to fill prescription. I show up at 1:15 only to be told to come back at 2:00pm. I show back up at 2:00pm only to be told I have to wait for up to an hour. Mind you, I'm from a small town and have to drive 20 minutes to the nearest Walgreens. This has been a complete inconvenience and subsequently ruined the rest of my day. I recommend getting your prescriptions filled anywhere else but here.

How am I supposed to fill my prescriptions when you are only open from 10am - 6pm?!? Other people have to work too! And to not be open on weekends at that? I hope you lose all business.

Doctor called in script 2 times. 3.5 hour later they claim they have it and would be an additional 30 min wait. Very poor customer service. Tech difficulties happen, but noone apologised, noone put a rush when they fixed THEIR issue. Noone waiting in lobby ahead of me.

The pharmacists & day employees are positive. But, their evening shift manager is insolent &crass; she is confrontational with customers, when she should offer assistance to the challenged since they employ older & challenged persons.

Tried to get medicine but they can’t because they don’t open the pharmacy on weekends. That just shows they care about money in their pockets more than the people who need medicine that can’t wait

Good place only one thing tho what happened to the one kid that worked as a cashier like 2 years ago I went and he wasn’t there and ever since I haven’t seen him kinda miss seeing him in the least weird way lol ???
